Methods: A total of 80 patients with facial scars were randomly selected and divided into a control group (n = 40, treated with 595 nm laser alone) and a study group (n = 40, treated with 595 nm laser combined with rhEGF). The scar area, scar healing status, scar score, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The study group showed significantly lower scar area, shorter scab and eschar shedding time, faster wound healing time, and lower scar scores compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of 595 nm pulsed dye laser and rhEGF exhibits remarkable efficacy in the treatment of facial scars, promoting wound healing, reducing scar area, and improving facial scar conditions.展开更多
