Patients with complete spinal cord injury retain the potential for volitional muscle activity in muscles located below the spinal injury level.However,because of prolonged inactivity,initial attempts to activate these muscles may not effectively engage any of the remaining neurons in the descending pathway.A previous study unexpectedly found that a brief clinical round of passive activity significantly increased volitional muscle activation,as measured by surface electromyography.In this study,we further explored the effect of passive activity on surface electromyographic signals during volitional control tasks among individuals with complete spinal cord injury.Eleven patients with chronic complete thoracic spinal cord injury were recruited.Surface electromyography data from eight major leg muscles were acquired and compared before and after the passive activity protocol.The results indicated that the passive activity led to an increased number of activated volitional muscles and an increased frequency of activation.Although the cumulative root mean square of surface electromyography amplitude for volitional control of movement showed a slight increase after passive activity,the difference was not statistically significant.These findings suggest that brief passive activity may enhance the ability to initiate volitional muscle activity during surface electromyography tasks and underscore the potential of passive activity for improving residual motor control among patients with motor complete spinal cord injury. 展开更多

Passive intermodulation(PIM) has gradually become a serious electromagnetic interference due to the development of high-power and high-sensitivity RF/microwave communication systems, especially large deployable mesh reflector antennas. This paper proposes a field-circuit coupling method to analyze the PIM level of mesh reflectors. With the existence of many metal–metal(MM) contacts in mesh reflectors, the contact nonlinearity becomes the main reason for PIM generation. To analyze these potential PIM sources, an equivalent circuit model including nonlinear components is constructed to model a single MM contact so that the transient current through the MM contact point induced by incident electromagnetic waves can be calculated. Taking the electric current as a new electromagnetic wave source, the far-field scattering can be obtained by the use of electromagnetic numerical methods or the communication link method. Finally, a comparison between simulation and experimental results is illustrated to verify the validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

This paper presents a novel impedance matching approach for passive UHF RFID transponder ICs,which are compatible with the ISO/IEC 18000-6B standard and operate in the 915MHz ISM band. The passive UHF RFID transponder with complex impedances is powered by received RF energy. The approach uses the parasitic inductance of the antenna to implement ASK modulation by adjusting the capacitive reactance of the matching network, which changes with the backscatter circuit. The impedance matching achieves maximum power transfer between the reader, antenna, and transponder. The transponder IC,whose operating distance is more than 4m with the impedance matching approach,is fabricated using a Chartered 0.35μm two-poly four-metal CMOS process that supports Schottky diodes and EEPROM. 展开更多

A behavior model for the receiver of the Ethernet passive optical network(EPON) is presented. The model consists of a fiber, a photodetector, a transimpedance amplifier (TIA) followed by a limiting amplifier and a clock and data recovery' circuit (CDR). Each sub-model is constructed based on the architecture of a circuit. The noise and jitter in each block such as shot noise, thermal noise, deterministic and random jitter are also considered. The performance of the whole receiver can be evaluated by the simulation of the behavior model, which is faster than the ordinary circuit model and more accurate than the analytical model. The whole model is implemented with C ++ and simulated in Microsoft Visual C ++ 6. 0. Using the Monte Carlo method, the EPON receiver is simulated. However, PCBM is extremely expensive and is not suitable for future industrialization. Herein, the various concentrations of PCBM as an additive are adopted for PSCs. It not only avoids the routine process of spin coating the multi-layer films, but also reduces the PCBM material and cost. Meanwhile, PCBM can passivate the grain surface and modulate morphology of perovskite films. Organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted much attention due to their high photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)and low cost.The certificated PCE of small active area(below 0.1 cm^(2))device has reached 26.7%[1].However,when considering the scaled-up commercialization of PSCs,an obvious efficiency drop exists for the translation to large-area perovskite submodules(PSMs)with areas more than 200 cm^(2),thus limiting the practical commercialization[2].The major PCE gap between small area cells and large area modules arises the drop of open-circuit voltage(VOC)and fill factor(FF).Formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI_(3))is now the mostly widely used and highly efficient perovskite composition.However,the photo-active black α-FAPbI_(3) phase will spontaneously transform into photo-inactive yellowδ-FAPbI_(3) phase at room temperature[3]. 展开更多

无线移动通信系统的多业务并行趋势导致频率碎片化和射频电路通道数指数级上升,射频电路多频技术已经成为关键难点。该文报告了课题组在宽带多频带理论与方法方面的研究进展,以及相应射频器件的发展路线。首先回顾了多频阻抗匹配理论方... 无线移动通信系统的多业务并行趋势导致频率碎片化和射频电路通道数指数级上升,射频电路多频技术已经成为关键难点。该文报告了课题组在宽带多频带理论与方法方面的研究进展,以及相应射频器件的发展路线。首先回顾了多频阻抗匹配理论方法,总结了双频实阻抗、恒定复阻抗以及频变复阻抗这3种情形的匹配方法;在此基础上,进一步介绍了多频无源器件,包括滤波器、功分器、耦合器、天线的设计与电路实现,以及多频有源放大电路设计及其精简线性化方法。目前,双频电路设计和电路构建覆盖了全部有源无源电路,频率间隔在2~3个倍频程以上,双频累计带宽已达1.1 GHz,三频电路设计和电路构建进展明显,实现了多种典型三频有源无源电路。最后,对未来多频带射频技术的发展趋势进行展望。 展开更多

Stainless steel(SS)is one of the most widely used engineering materials in marine engineering.However,its corrosion in the marine atmospheric environment due to the high concentration of Cl-is a problem.The SS corrosion is a threat to the development and security of marine industry;therefore,evaluating the corrosion resistance of SSs is necessary.In this work,atmospheric corrosion detection probes based on a symmetrical electrode system were used to study the corrosion behaviors of 304 SS and 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS)in a simulated marine atmosphere.A theoretical model for electrochemical noise(EN)data analysis based on the Thevenin electrochemical equivalent circuit(EEC)model was established.The relationship between the EN characteristic parameters and the corrosion rate was obtained.The Thevenin EEC model analysis showed that the relationship between the noise resistance(Rn),the noise impedance[Rsn(f)],and the impedance modulus(|Z(f)|)was Rn≈Rsn=■.Thus,Rn and Rsn can be used as indicators for quantitative corrosion evaluation.The results of EN detection for the 304 SS and 2205 DSS showed that in a simulated marine atmospheric environment,the passive fi lms on the two SSs were relatively intact at the initial exposure stage,and their dissolution rates were slow.The corrosion resistance of the 2205 DSS was higher than that of the 304 SS.With the deposition of Cl-on the SS surface,pitting was initiated and the dissolution rate increased.The pitting initiation process on the SS surface was random,and part of the active pores could be repassivated. 展开更多

In order to utilize integrated passive technology in printed circuit boards (PCBs), manufacturing processing for integrated resistors by lamination method was investigated. Integrated resistors fabricated from Ohmega technologies in the experiment were 1 408 pieces per panel with four different patterns A, B, C and D and four resistance values of 25, 50, 75 and 100 fL Six panel per batch and four batches were performed totally. The testing was done for 960 pieces of integrated resistors randomly selected with the same size. The value distribution ranges and the relative standard deviation (RSD) show that the scatter degree of the resistance decreases with the resistor size increasing and/or with the resistance increasing. Patterns D with resistance of 75 and 100% for four patterns have the resistance value variances less than 10%. Patterns C and D with resistance of 100 Ω have the manufacturing tolerance less than 10%. The process capabilities are from about 0.6 to 1.6 for the designed testing patterns, which shows that the integrated resistors fabricated have the potential to be used in multilayer PCBs in the future. 展开更多

This paper presents an analysis and validation by advanced system simulation of compact and low-cost six-port transceivers for future wireless local area networks (WLANs) operating at millimeter-wave frequencies. To obtain realistic simulation results, a six-port model based on the measurement results of a fabricated V-band hybrid coupler, the core component, is used. A frequency-division multiplexing scheme is used by introducing four quadrature phase-shift keying (QPSK) channels in the wireless communication link. The data rate achieved is about 4 Gbit/s. The operating frequency is in the 60-64 GHz unlicensed band. Bit error rate (BER) results are presented, and a comparison is made between single-carrier and multicarrier architectures. The proposed wireless system can be considered an efficient candidate for millimeter-wave communication systems operating at quasi-optical data rates. 展开更多

Modeling and analysis of far field power extraction circuits for passive UHF RF identification (RFID) applications are presented. A mathematical model is derived to predict the complex nonlinear performance of UHF voltage multiplier using Schottky diodes. To reduce the complexity of the proposed model, a simple linear approximation for Schottky diode is introduced. Measurement results show considerable agreement with the values calculated by the proposed model. With the derived model, optimization on stage number for voltage multiplier to achieve maximum power conversion efficiency is discussed. Furthermore, according to the Bode-Fano criterion and the proposed model, a limitation on maximum power up range for passive UHF RFID power extraction circuits is also studied. 展开更多

为深入研究p型TOPCon结构的制备工艺和钝化性能,本文通过实验研究了隧穿氧化层生长过程中氧气流量、氧化温度和氧化时间对氧化层质量的影响,以及在不同硼扩散温度下p-poly的钝化性能和方块电阻。实验结果表明,氧气流量达到15 slm(标准... 为深入研究p型TOPCon结构的制备工艺和钝化性能,本文通过实验研究了隧穿氧化层生长过程中氧气流量、氧化温度和氧化时间对氧化层质量的影响,以及在不同硼扩散温度下p-poly的钝化性能和方块电阻。实验结果表明,氧气流量达到15 slm(标准升每分钟)以上,p-poly的隐开路电压平均值达到730 mV,暗饱和电流密度低至3.5 fA/cm^(2)。氧化温度和时间分别达到620℃和30 min时,p-poly的隐开路电压可提升至735 mV;随着氧化温度的提高或者氧化时间的延长,p-poly的隐开路电压趋于稳定。硼扩散温度为960℃时,p-poly的方块电阻保持在132Ω/,硅基体中的掺杂结深为0.25μm,获得了良好的钝化性能。本文所确定的工艺参数可制备出具有良好钝化性能的p-poly结构,对未来p型TOPCon结构在高效晶硅电池上的产业化应用提供了一定的数据支撑。 展开更多

文中建立某卫星用电路板传热模型,对其在初步热设计下工作时的温度场进行研究,并针对印制电路板上大功率过热元器件的散热问题开展优化设计。借助ANSYS软件模拟该电路板工作时的温度场。依据热阻理论,采用被动热控优化设计方案,通过焊... 文中建立某卫星用电路板传热模型,对其在初步热设计下工作时的温度场进行研究,并针对印制电路板上大功率过热元器件的散热问题开展优化设计。借助ANSYS软件模拟该电路板工作时的温度场。依据热阻理论,采用被动热控优化设计方案,通过焊接导热铜条直接连接箱体来实现导热,降低元器件温度。分析优化前后大功率器件的温度变化,发现设置导热铜条能有效降低元器件温度。研究结果表明:在卫星用电路板设计中,通过ANSYS模拟结合热阻理论进行被动热控优化,采用导热铜条连接箱体的方式,在解决大功率过热元器件的散热问题方面具有显著效果,为卫星用电路板的热设计提供了有效参考。后续可进一步研究不同工况及元器件布局下该方法的适用性与优化空间。 展开更多

双三相电机系统在发生缺相故障后无需任何硬件或软件重构即可以维持运行,因其安全性和经济性备受工业界青睐。然而,只有在完成故障诊断和定位,并重构控制策略后,才能实现满意的容错性能。同时,故障诊断和存储不同故障情况下的控制策略... 双三相电机系统在发生缺相故障后无需任何硬件或软件重构即可以维持运行,因其安全性和经济性备受工业界青睐。然而,只有在完成故障诊断和定位,并重构控制策略后,才能实现满意的容错性能。同时,故障诊断和存储不同故障情况下的控制策略也增加了算法的复杂性。为解决这些问题,提出一种双三相电机系统开路故障被动容错控制策略,通过修改谐波子空间电流控制器,使其能够同时应用于正常运行和容错运行工况。仿真结果表明,提出的被动容错控制策略能够实现从正常运行到容错运行的平稳过渡,无需额外的硬件和软件重构。 展开更多

随着5G通信和毫米波技术的快速发展,射频微系统对高频无源互连结构的性能需求日益提升。针对传统设计流程中工艺数据分散、模型孤立导致的效率瓶颈,本文提出了一种1~40 GHz硅基无源互连结构工艺设计包(PDK)的自主开发方案。基于等效电... 随着5G通信和毫米波技术的快速发展,射频微系统对高频无源互连结构的性能需求日益提升。针对传统设计流程中工艺数据分散、模型孤立导致的效率瓶颈,本文提出了一种1~40 GHz硅基无源互连结构工艺设计包(PDK)的自主开发方案。基于等效电路模型与HFSS全波仿真数据融合校准方法,构建了接地共面波导(GCPW)、微凸点等核心结构的参数化模型,并通过梯度优化算法实现模型的高精度匹配。在Keysight ADS平台上完成了PDK开发,包含符号库、参数化单元、设计规则及验证流程。实验结果表明:所开发的PDK在1~40 GHz频段内S参数均方根误差低于10%。基于此PDK,完成了X频段射频微系统仿真设计,微系统满足指标要求,验证了PDK的有效性。该PDK为高频射频系统的高效设计与工艺协同提供了可靠支撑。 展开更多
