Sixth Generation(6G)mobile communication networks will involve sensing as a new function,with the overwhelming trend of Integrated Sensing And Communications(ISAC).Although expanding the serving range of the networks,...Sixth Generation(6G)mobile communication networks will involve sensing as a new function,with the overwhelming trend of Integrated Sensing And Communications(ISAC).Although expanding the serving range of the networks,there exists performance trade-offbetween communication and sensing,in that they have competitions on the physical resources.Different resource allocation schemes will result in different sensing and communication performance,thus influencing the system’s overall performance.Therefore,how to model the system’s overall performance,and how to optimize it are key issues for ISAC.Relying on the large-scale deployment of the networks,cooperative ISAC has the advantages of wider coverage,more robust performance and good compatibility of multiple monostatic and multistatic sensing,compared to the non-cooperative ISAC.How to capture the performance gain of cooperation is a key issue for cooperative ISAC.To address the aforementioned vital problems,in this paper,we analyze the sensing accuracy gain,propose a unified ISAC performance evaluation framework and design several optimization methods in cooperative ISAC systems.The cooperative sensing accuracy gain is theoretically analyzed via Cramér Rao lower bound.The unified ISAC performance evaluation model is established by converting the communication mutual information to the effective minimum mean squared error.To optimize the unified ISAC performance,we design the optimization algorithms considering three factors:base stations’working modes,power allocation schemes and waveform design.Through simulations,we show the performance gain of the cooperative ISAC system and the effectiveness of the proposed optimization methods.展开更多

To investigate the effect of structural variation of rye 6RL arms on their meiotic behavior and to locate powdery mildew resistance gene(s),we developed a wheat–rye T6BS.6RL^(Ar)translocation chromosome and its delet...To investigate the effect of structural variation of rye 6RL arms on their meiotic behavior and to locate powdery mildew resistance gene(s),we developed a wheat–rye T6BS.6RL^(Ar)translocation chromosome and its deleted translocations,T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-2 and T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-4.Some 6RL-specific markers were used to determine that the segments from 733.91 to 849.52 Mb and from 832.72 Mb to the telomere of 6RL^(Ar)arms were deleted from T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-2 and T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-4,respectively.Translocations T6BS.6RL^(Ar)and T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-4 were resistant to powdery mildew and T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-2 was susceptible.The segment of 6RL^(Ar)with powdery mildew resistance was about 100 Mb.Deletion of the 6RL^(Ar)telomeric region inhibited the pairing and recombination of T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-4.Compared with T6BS.6RL^(Ar)and T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-4,T6BS.6RL^(Ar)-2 showed a normal meiotic behavior.Immunolocalization using anti-ZYP1,anti-DMC1 and anti-MLH1 proteins indicated that more DSBs(DNA double-strand breaks)and crossovers formed on the 6RL^(Ar)arm in T6BS.6RL^(Ar),and this might be related to the formation of anaphase I bridges of 6RL^(Ar).Although the 6RL^(Ar)deletions were used to physically locate powdery mildew resistance gene(s),more accurate location through meiotic recombination was needed.The results in this study indicated that altering the structure of the 6RL^(Ar)arm promoted normal meiotic behavior,and this might facilitate the localization of resistance genes through meiotic homologous recombination.展开更多
Liver diseases with the central pathogenetic mechanism of oxidative stress are one of the main causes of mortality worldwide.Therefore,dihydroquinoline derivatives,which are precursors of hepatoprotectors and have ant...Liver diseases with the central pathogenetic mechanism of oxidative stress are one of the main causes of mortality worldwide.Therefore,dihydroquinoline derivatives,which are precursors of hepatoprotectors and have antioxidant activity,are of interest.We have previously found that some compounds in this class have the ability to normalize redox homeostasis under experimental conditions.Here,we initially analyzed the hepatoprotective potential of the dihydroquinoline derivative 1-benzoyl-6-hydroxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline(BHDQ)for carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver injury in rats.Results suggested that BHDQ normalized the alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase in serum.We also observed an improvement in liver tissue morphology related to BHDQ.Animals with CCl4-induced liver injuries treated with BHDQ had less oxidative stress compared to animals with CCl4-induced liver injury.BHDQ promoted activation changes in superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase,and glutathione transferase on control values in animals with CCl4-induced liver injury.BHDQ also activated gene transcription in Sod1 and Gpx1 via nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 and forkhead box protein O1 factors.Therefore,the compound of concern has a hepatoprotective effect by inhibiting the development of necrotic processes in the liver tissue,through antioxidation.展开更多

The...The complex of Eu(IH) with 1-(6-hydroxy- 1-naphthyl)- 1,3-butanedione (HNBD) was prepared for the first time and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, fluorescence spectrum, and DTA-TG-DTG techniques. The IR and UV-visible spectra showed that Eu(Ⅲ) ion was coordinated to the HNBD ligand. The fluorescence spectrum showed the presence of Eu^3+ characteristic emission. The TG-DTA-DTG curves showed that the thermal decomposition of the anhydrous complex was a two-stage process and the final residue was Eu2O3. The thermal decomposition kinetic parameters of the complex were evaluated from TG-DTG data by using three kinds of integral methods (Coat-Redfem equation, Horowitz and Metzger equation, Madhusudanan-Krishnan-Ninan equation). The kinetic parameters of the first stage are E^* = 164.02 kJ.moll, A = 1.31 × 10^15 s^-l, AS^*= 42.27 J·K^-l·mol^-l, △H^* = 159.51 kJ·mol^-l, △G^*= 136.54 kJ·mol^-l, and n = 3.1, those of the second stage are E^*= 128.52 kJ·mol^-l, A = 1.44× 106 s^-1, △S^*= - 136.89 J·K^-l·mol^-l, △H^* = 120.41 kJ·mol^-l, △G^*= 283.85 kJ·mol^-l, and n = 1.1.展开更多
文摘基于广义约化R矩阵理论,使用RAC程序(R-matrix analysis code)综合分析了^(6)He系统中所有可以利用的实验数据,给出了氚核入射10-2—20 MeV能量范围内主要反应道的评价核数据.其中积分截面包括T(t,2n)^(4)He,T(t,n)^(5)He,T(t,d)^(4)H;微分截面包括T(t,2n)^(4)He,T(t,n)^(5)He,T(t,d)^(4)H,T(t,t)T.结果表明,RAC的评价结果与实验数据和ENDF/B-Ⅷ.1的评价数据整体符合良好.重点关注T(t,2n)^(4)He反应,评价值在10^(-2)—20 MeV范围内与已有实验数据一致,在2.9 Me V附近出现由2+能级主导的共振,在1.9 Me V处,已有实验同时测量了积分截面和角分布,本工作的评价结果在两类数据上均表现出良好的一致性,积分截面与微分截面的联合约束有效提升了R矩阵参数的稳定性和评价结果的可靠性.基于6He系统的整体评价,进一步补充了T(t,n)^(5)He和T(t,d)^(4)H反应的截面数据.本工作完善了聚变反应相关的数据基础,并为后续与镜像系统6Be系统的联合分析奠定了基础.
