BACKGROUND Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome.The Chinese herbal compound preparation Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe has been used to treat chronic heart failure;however,the underlying molecular mechanism...BACKGROUND Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome.The Chinese herbal compound preparation Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe has been used to treat chronic heart failure;however,the underlying molecular mechanism is still not clear.AIM To identify the effective active ingredients of Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe and explore its molecular mechanism in the treatment of chronic heart failure.METHODS The effective active ingredients of eight herbs composing Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe were identified using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform.The target genes of chronic heart failure were searched in the Genecards database.The target proteins of active ingredients were mapped to chronic heart failure target genes to obtain the common drugdisease targets,which were then used to construct a key chemical componenttarget network using Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.The protein-protein interaction network was constructed using the String database.Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analyses were performed through the Metascape database.Finally,our previously published relevant articles were searched to verify the results obtained via network pharmacology.RESULTS A total of 227 effective active ingredients for Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe were identified,of which quercetin,kaempferol,7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone,formononetin,and isorhamnetin may be key active ingredients and involved in the therapeutic effects of TCM by acting on STAT3,MAPK3,AKT1,JUN,MAPK1,TP53,TNF,HSP90AA1,p65,MAPK8,MAPK14,IL6,EGFR,EDN1,FOS,and other proteins.The pathways identified by KEGG enrichment analysis include pathways in cancer,IL-17 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,calcium signaling pathway,cAMP signaling pathway,NF-kappaB signaling pathway,AMPK signaling pathway,etc.Previous studies on Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe suggested that this Chinese compound preparation can regulate the TNF-α,IL-6,MAPK,cAMP,and AMPK pathways to affect the mitochondrial structure of myocardial cells,oxidative stress,and energy metabolism,thus achieving the therapeutic effects on chronic heart failure.CONCLUSION The Chinese medicine compound preparation Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe exerts therapeutic effects on chronic heart failure possibly by influencing the mitochondrial structure of cardiomyocytes,oxidative stress,energy metabolism,and other processes.Future studies are warranted to investigate the role of the IL-17 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,and other pathways in mediating the therapeutic effects of Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe on chronic heart failure.展开更多

Methods: A total of 60 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, n...Objective: To study the effect of Taoren Quyu Decoction (TQD) on endometrial cells in patients with endometriosis (EMs) and EMs in rats. Methods: A total of 60 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely, normal group, model group, positive group and TQD group, each group having 15 rats. Except the normal group, EMs model was established in the other three groups by transplanting the rat autologous endometrium. After 4 weeks of intragastric administration, blood, eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of rats in each group were collected to detect the serum levels of estrogen (E2), cancer antigen 125 (CA125), endometrial antibody (EMA13), and expressions of microvessel density (MVD), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiopoietin (Ang-2). The volume of endometriosis cyst was determined simultaneously. For the in vitro culture of human endometrial cells, 4 groups, namely, normal group, model group, positive group and TQD group were used. The positive group and TQD group were treated with danazol and TQD respectively. Then 24 h after the treatment, the expressions of survivin and tumor suppressor gene (p53) of each group were detected. Results: The volumes of the endometriosis cysts in the positive group and the TQD group were significantly reduced compared with the model group (P<0.05). The serum levels of E2, CA125 and EMAb, and the expressions of MVD. VEGF and Ang-2 in the model group were significantly increased compared with the normal group (P<0.0.5): while they were all significantly reduced in the positive group and TQD group (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the expression of survivin in the model group was significantly up regulated (/1/40.05), and expression of p53 was significantly reduced (P<0.05); compared with the model group, the expressions of survivin in the positive and TQD groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and expression of p53 was significantly up-regulated (P<0.05). The difference between positive group and TQD group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions: TQD has a significant anti-EMs effect, and its mechanism of action may be related to anti-angiogenesis and promoting apoptosis of ectopic endometrial cell.展开更多
Objective:To investigate how Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Quyu granule (YYHO) improves skeletal muscle insulin resistance in a type 2 diabetic rat model and to discover whether the molecular mechanism is related to the pro...Objective:To investigate how Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Quyu granule (YYHO) improves skeletal muscle insulin resistance in a type 2 diabetic rat model and to discover whether the molecular mechanism is related to the promotion of the AMPK/SIRT/PGC-1α signalling pathway.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the normal group,the model group,the YYHQ granule group,and the pioglitazone group.The type 2 diabetic rat model was established by feeding a high-fat diet for 5 weeks along with a single intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ).After modelling successfully,the appropriate drug was intragastrically administered to diabetic rats for 2 weeks,once per day.The YYHQ granule group was given a dose of 4.8 g/kg body weight per day,the pioglitazone group was given a dose of 1.35 mg/kg body weight per day.The doses for both groups were equivalent to the clinical equivalent dose based on a previous study.Other groups were gavaged with the same amount of saline water.Body weight,food intake,water intake,urine volume and grip strength were recorded weekly.The fasting blood glucose(FBG) was determined weekly using blood glucose test strips.The related glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,e.g.,fasting insulin (Fins),glycated haemoglobin (GHb),HOMA-IR,ISI,triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and free fatty acid (FFA),were determined using biochemical method.The mRNA expression levels of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1 alpha (PGC-1α),carnitine palmitoyl transterase-1 (CPT-1),Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1),and Sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) were assessed using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR).The protein expression levels of creatine kinase (CK),Ca2+ ATPase,α-Actin,AMPK,PGC-1α and CPT-1 were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (ELISA).Results:Body weight decreased significantly (P <.01),food intake,water intake and urine volume increased significantly (P <.01),and grip strength decreased significantly (P <.01) in the model group compared with the normal group.The levels of FBG,Fins,GHb and HOMA-IR increased significantly (P <.01),and the ISI decreased significantly (P <.01) in the model group.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and FFA increased significantly (P <.05 or P <.01),and the level of HDL-C decreased significantly (P <.05) in the model group.These changes were reversed after treatment with YYHQ granule or pioglitazone.Compared with the model group,the YYHQ granule and pioglitazone groups significantly improve body weight,water intake and urine volume (P <.05 or P <.01),however,both treatments had no significant effect on food intake (P >.05).The levels of FBG,Fins,GHb,HOMA-IR and ISI were improved significantly (P <.01) and the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were improved significantly (P <.05 or P <.01),however,both treatments had no significant effect on the levels of HDL-C and FFA (P >.05).Further results indicated that YYHQ granule significantly decreased the mRNA expression of AMPK,PGC-1α,CPT-1,SIRT1 and SIRT3 in skeletal muscle (P <.01) and the pioglitazone group showed similar effects;moreover,the protein expression levels of CK,Ca2+ATPase,α-Actin,AMPK,PGC-1α and CPT-1 in skeletal muscle significantly decreased (P <.01),however,pioglitazone had no significant effect on CK and α-Actin (P >.05).Conclusion:The possible molecular mechanism of YYHQ granule improving skeletal muscle insulin resistance in a type 2 diabetic rat model may be related to the stimulation of energy metabolism in skeletal muscle via the AMPK/SIRT/PGC-1α signalling pathway.展开更多

Step: select 100 patients from the patients rec...Experimental objective: to study the effect of Huatan Quyu Decoction on patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome. Step: select 100 patients from the patients received by the hospital in the past two years, and then randomly divide them into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group. Use different treatment methods to compare and study the differences between the two. The patients in the first group were treated with conventional methods, mainly isosorbide dinitrate, while the patients in the second group were treated with Huatan Quyu Decoction. The experiment is mainly to analyze the differences of the related physical indexes between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and the main parameters include: cardiac function, degree of angina pectoris. Experimental results: There was no significant difference in physical indexes between the two groups before treatment, while the physical condition of the second group improved after treatment, while the physical condition of the first group did not improve significantly. Conclusion: Huatan Quyu Decoction has certain effect in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and has good effect in improving cardiac function of patients, which can be used clinically.展开更多
目的研究益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗干燥综合征对患者腮腺核素动态显像指标、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月医院治疗的干燥综合征患者84例,根据随机数表法随机均分为两组,观察组、对照组各42例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,...目的研究益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗干燥综合征对患者腮腺核素动态显像指标、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月医院治疗的干燥综合征患者84例,根据随机数表法随机均分为两组,观察组、对照组各42例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗,两组用药疗程3个月。比较两组的中医症状量化评分,疾病活动度改变[干燥综合征疾病活动指数(European League Against Rheumatism SS disease activity index,ESSDAI)和EULAR干燥综合征患者报告指数(EULAR SS Patient Reported Index,ESSPRI)],腮腺核素动态显像指标[摄取分数(intake fraction,IF)、排泌分数(excretion fraction,EF)],免疫功能指标[血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation Rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、抗干燥综合征抗原A(Sj9gren's syndrome type A,SSA)抗体、抗干燥综合征抗原B(Sj9gren's syndrome type B,SSB)抗体]及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的各项观察指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症状舌红津少、无苔/少苔/花剥、口干欲饮、眼干少泪评分均显著低于对照组[(1.72±0.53)(1.96±0.70)(2.03±0.91)(1.70±0.84)分vs(1.98±0.61)(2.36±0.59)(2.89±0.72)(2.13±0.77)分](P<0.05),观察组ESSDAI、EULAR评分均显著高于对照组[(5.92±1.60)(4.36±1.02)分vs(6.87±1.54)(5.39±0.96)分](P<0.05),腮腺核素动态显像IF、EF均显著高于对照组[(1.87±0.26)%、(21.07±4.20)%vs(1.74±0.19)%、(17.96±3.75)%],免疫功能指标ESR、IgG、抗SSA抗体阳性率、抗SSB抗体阳性率均显著优于对照组[(19.83±1.84)mm/h、(6.90±1.37)g/L、(41.28±5.69)%、(28.91±4.03)%vs(21.05±1.69)mm/h、(8.81±1.19)g/L、(53.47±5.18)%、(36.28±3.71)%](P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.14%与对照组11.90%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗干燥综合征效果满意,其能够更有效地缓解患者症状,改善机体免疫功能和腮腺核素动态显像指标,且用药安全性可靠,具有应用价值。展开更多
目的基于控糖效果及胰岛素抵抗变化情况探究化浊疏肝祛瘀法联合穴位贴敷在2型糖尿病前期(T2DM)患者中的应用价值。方法选择张家口市中医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的118例2型糖尿病前期患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各59例,...目的基于控糖效果及胰岛素抵抗变化情况探究化浊疏肝祛瘀法联合穴位贴敷在2型糖尿病前期(T2DM)患者中的应用价值。方法选择张家口市中医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的118例2型糖尿病前期患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各59例,对照组给予生活方式干预,观察组给予生活方式干预+化浊疏肝祛瘀汤+穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组疗效、中医证候积分、控糖效果、胰岛素抵抗变化情况。结果干预后,观察组的疗效等级及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组各主次证候积分均较降低(P<0.05),且观察组的倦怠乏力、纳呆便溏、头身困重、脘腹胀满、口淡无味或黏腻的积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血红蛋白(HbAlc)降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均降低、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均升高(P<0.05),且观察组的HOMA-IR低于对照组、HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期间,观察组患者未出现肝肾降低情况及不良反应。结论化浊疏肝祛瘀汤联合中药贴敷治疗糖尿病前期疗效确切,可明显改善患者症状,降低血糖及胰岛素抵抗,改善胰岛β细胞功能,且安全性较好。展开更多
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Quyu Jiedu Recipe (祛瘀解毒方,QJR) in treating endometriosis (EM), and to explore the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cell proliferative nu...Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Quyu Jiedu Recipe (祛瘀解毒方,QJR) in treating endometriosis (EM), and to explore the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cell proliferative nucleoprotein antigen (Ki-67), their changes before and after treatment and the clinical significance in the trial. Methods: Fifty patients of EM were randomly assigned to two groups. The 26 patients in the Q JR group were treated with Q JR, and the 24 patients in the gestrinone (GT) group with gestrinone. Besides, a normal control group with 20 healthy women was set up. The therapeutic effects in the two treated groups were compared. Expressions of VEGF and Ki-67 in eutopic endometrium of all subjects (with both patients and healthy women at the median secretive phase) were determined with immunohistochemical stain before treatment, and the determination in the two treated groups was repeated after 3-month treatment in the same phase. Results: Before treatment, the VEGF and Ki-67 expression positive rates and their mean optic density (MOD) were higher in patients than in healthy women (P〈0.05). After treatment, the positive rate and MOD of VEGF expression lowered significantly than before treatment (P〈0.05), but those of Ki-67 changed insignificantly, and comparison between the two treated groups showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Q JR could markedly improve the symptoms of menorrhagia and menstrual disorder, and its mechanism might be related with the lowering of eutopic endometrial VEGF expression. VEGF and Ki-67 show a high expression in eutopic endometrium of patients with EM.展开更多

Methods: Ninety-six patients with seve...Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Qingre Quyu Granule (请热祛瘀颗粒, QQG) on the patients with severe carotid stenosis, and to explore the mechanism of it. Methods: Ninety-six patients with severe carotid stenosis were enrolled in the study and were classified into a QQG group (n=48) and a control group (n=48) randomly using consecutively numbered envelopes. The patients in the QQG group were given QQG and Western medicine, those in the control group were given Western medicine merely, the course of treatment was 16 weeks. All patients went through endarterectomy after treatment. Plaques were subjected to the analysis of CD3, CD68, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1), matrix metalloprotease-9 (MMP-9), CD40L, tenascin-C, and collagen content lipid content by immunohistochemistry or polarized light analysis. Results: By the end of experiment, the expressions of CD3, CD68, ICAM-1, MMP9, CD40L and tenascin-C on the plaques were statistically significant lower in the QQG group compared with the control group (P〈0.01), The lipid content of the plaque was also significantly lower in the QQG group compared with the control group (P〈O.01), The interstitial collagen in the tissue sections of the plaques was also significantly higher in the QQG group in comparison with the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: QQG could stabilize carotid artery plaques through inhibiting pro-inflammation factors and restraining the tenascin-C and MMP9 pathway.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate how Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Quyu granule (YYHO) improves skeletal muscle insulin resistance in a type 2 diabetic rat model and to discover whether the molecular mechanism is related to the promotion of the AMPK/SIRT/PGC-1α signalling pathway.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the normal group,the model group,the YYHQ granule group,and the pioglitazone group.The type 2 diabetic rat model was established by feeding a high-fat diet for 5 weeks along with a single intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ).After modelling successfully,the appropriate drug was intragastrically administered to diabetic rats for 2 weeks,once per day.The YYHQ granule group was given a dose of 4.8 g/kg body weight per day,the pioglitazone group was given a dose of 1.35 mg/kg body weight per day.The doses for both groups were equivalent to the clinical equivalent dose based on a previous study.Other groups were gavaged with the same amount of saline water.Body weight,food intake,water intake,urine volume and grip strength were recorded weekly.The fasting blood glucose(FBG) was determined weekly using blood glucose test strips.The related glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,e.g.,fasting insulin (Fins),glycated haemoglobin (GHb),HOMA-IR,ISI,triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and free fatty acid (FFA),were determined using biochemical method.The mRNA expression levels of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1 alpha (PGC-1α),carnitine palmitoyl transterase-1 (CPT-1),Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1),and Sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) were assessed using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR).The protein expression levels of creatine kinase (CK),Ca2+ ATPase,α-Actin,AMPK,PGC-1α and CPT-1 were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (ELISA).Results:Body weight decreased significantly (P <.01),food intake,water intake and urine volume increased significantly (P <.01),and grip strength decreased significantly (P <.01) in the model group compared with the normal group.The levels of FBG,Fins,GHb and HOMA-IR increased significantly (P <.01),and the ISI decreased significantly (P <.01) in the model group.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and FFA increased significantly (P <.05 or P <.01),and the level of HDL-C decreased significantly (P <.05) in the model group.These changes were reversed after treatment with YYHQ granule or pioglitazone.Compared with the model group,the YYHQ granule and pioglitazone groups significantly improve body weight,water intake and urine volume (P <.05 or P <.01),however,both treatments had no significant effect on food intake (P >.05).The levels of FBG,Fins,GHb,HOMA-IR and ISI were improved significantly (P <.01) and the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were improved significantly (P <.05 or P <.01),however,both treatments had no significant effect on the levels of HDL-C and FFA (P >.05).Further results indicated that YYHQ granule significantly decreased the mRNA expression of AMPK,PGC-1α,CPT-1,SIRT1 and SIRT3 in skeletal muscle (P <.01) and the pioglitazone group showed similar effects;moreover,the protein expression levels of CK,Ca2+ATPase,α-Actin,AMPK,PGC-1α and CPT-1 in skeletal muscle significantly decreased (P <.01),however,pioglitazone had no significant effect on CK and α-Actin (P >.05).Conclusion:The possible molecular mechanism of YYHQ granule improving skeletal muscle insulin resistance in a type 2 diabetic rat model may be related to the stimulation of energy metabolism in skeletal muscle via the AMPK/SIRT/PGC-1α signalling pathway.
文摘Experimental objective: to study the effect of Huatan Quyu Decoction on patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome. Step: select 100 patients from the patients received by the hospital in the past two years, and then randomly divide them into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group. Use different treatment methods to compare and study the differences between the two. The patients in the first group were treated with conventional methods, mainly isosorbide dinitrate, while the patients in the second group were treated with Huatan Quyu Decoction. The experiment is mainly to analyze the differences of the related physical indexes between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and the main parameters include: cardiac function, degree of angina pectoris. Experimental results: There was no significant difference in physical indexes between the two groups before treatment, while the physical condition of the second group improved after treatment, while the physical condition of the first group did not improve significantly. Conclusion: Huatan Quyu Decoction has certain effect in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and has good effect in improving cardiac function of patients, which can be used clinically.
文摘目的研究益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗干燥综合征对患者腮腺核素动态显像指标、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月医院治疗的干燥综合征患者84例,根据随机数表法随机均分为两组,观察组、对照组各42例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗,两组用药疗程3个月。比较两组的中医症状量化评分,疾病活动度改变[干燥综合征疾病活动指数(European League Against Rheumatism SS disease activity index,ESSDAI)和EULAR干燥综合征患者报告指数(EULAR SS Patient Reported Index,ESSPRI)],腮腺核素动态显像指标[摄取分数(intake fraction,IF)、排泌分数(excretion fraction,EF)],免疫功能指标[血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation Rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、抗干燥综合征抗原A(Sj9gren's syndrome type A,SSA)抗体、抗干燥综合征抗原B(Sj9gren's syndrome type B,SSB)抗体]及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的各项观察指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症状舌红津少、无苔/少苔/花剥、口干欲饮、眼干少泪评分均显著低于对照组[(1.72±0.53)(1.96±0.70)(2.03±0.91)(1.70±0.84)分vs(1.98±0.61)(2.36±0.59)(2.89±0.72)(2.13±0.77)分](P<0.05),观察组ESSDAI、EULAR评分均显著高于对照组[(5.92±1.60)(4.36±1.02)分vs(6.87±1.54)(5.39±0.96)分](P<0.05),腮腺核素动态显像IF、EF均显著高于对照组[(1.87±0.26)%、(21.07±4.20)%vs(1.74±0.19)%、(17.96±3.75)%],免疫功能指标ESR、IgG、抗SSA抗体阳性率、抗SSB抗体阳性率均显著优于对照组[(19.83±1.84)mm/h、(6.90±1.37)g/L、(41.28±5.69)%、(28.91±4.03)%vs(21.05±1.69)mm/h、(8.81±1.19)g/L、(53.47±5.18)%、(36.28±3.71)%](P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.14%与对照组11.90%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗干燥综合征效果满意,其能够更有效地缓解患者症状,改善机体免疫功能和腮腺核素动态显像指标,且用药安全性可靠,具有应用价值。
文摘目的基于控糖效果及胰岛素抵抗变化情况探究化浊疏肝祛瘀法联合穴位贴敷在2型糖尿病前期(T2DM)患者中的应用价值。方法选择张家口市中医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的118例2型糖尿病前期患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各59例,对照组给予生活方式干预,观察组给予生活方式干预+化浊疏肝祛瘀汤+穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组疗效、中医证候积分、控糖效果、胰岛素抵抗变化情况。结果干预后,观察组的疗效等级及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组各主次证候积分均较降低(P<0.05),且观察组的倦怠乏力、纳呆便溏、头身困重、脘腹胀满、口淡无味或黏腻的积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血红蛋白(HbAlc)降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均降低、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均升高(P<0.05),且观察组的HOMA-IR低于对照组、HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期间,观察组患者未出现肝肾降低情况及不良反应。结论化浊疏肝祛瘀汤联合中药贴敷治疗糖尿病前期疗效确切,可明显改善患者症状,降低血糖及胰岛素抵抗,改善胰岛β细胞功能,且安全性较好。

文摘Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Quyu Jiedu Recipe (祛瘀解毒方,QJR) in treating endometriosis (EM), and to explore the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cell proliferative nucleoprotein antigen (Ki-67), their changes before and after treatment and the clinical significance in the trial. Methods: Fifty patients of EM were randomly assigned to two groups. The 26 patients in the Q JR group were treated with Q JR, and the 24 patients in the gestrinone (GT) group with gestrinone. Besides, a normal control group with 20 healthy women was set up. The therapeutic effects in the two treated groups were compared. Expressions of VEGF and Ki-67 in eutopic endometrium of all subjects (with both patients and healthy women at the median secretive phase) were determined with immunohistochemical stain before treatment, and the determination in the two treated groups was repeated after 3-month treatment in the same phase. Results: Before treatment, the VEGF and Ki-67 expression positive rates and their mean optic density (MOD) were higher in patients than in healthy women (P〈0.05). After treatment, the positive rate and MOD of VEGF expression lowered significantly than before treatment (P〈0.05), but those of Ki-67 changed insignificantly, and comparison between the two treated groups showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Q JR could markedly improve the symptoms of menorrhagia and menstrual disorder, and its mechanism might be related with the lowering of eutopic endometrial VEGF expression. VEGF and Ki-67 show a high expression in eutopic endometrium of patients with EM.

文摘Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Qingre Quyu Granule (请热祛瘀颗粒, QQG) on the patients with severe carotid stenosis, and to explore the mechanism of it. Methods: Ninety-six patients with severe carotid stenosis were enrolled in the study and were classified into a QQG group (n=48) and a control group (n=48) randomly using consecutively numbered envelopes. The patients in the QQG group were given QQG and Western medicine, those in the control group were given Western medicine merely, the course of treatment was 16 weeks. All patients went through endarterectomy after treatment. Plaques were subjected to the analysis of CD3, CD68, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1), matrix metalloprotease-9 (MMP-9), CD40L, tenascin-C, and collagen content lipid content by immunohistochemistry or polarized light analysis. Results: By the end of experiment, the expressions of CD3, CD68, ICAM-1, MMP9, CD40L and tenascin-C on the plaques were statistically significant lower in the QQG group compared with the control group (P〈0.01), The lipid content of the plaque was also significantly lower in the QQG group compared with the control group (P〈O.01), The interstitial collagen in the tissue sections of the plaques was also significantly higher in the QQG group in comparison with the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: QQG could stabilize carotid artery plaques through inhibiting pro-inflammation factors and restraining the tenascin-C and MMP9 pathway.
