文摘Background:Cyperi Rhizoma, derived from Cyperus rotundus L.,is a widely used medicinal herb in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with Shandong Province recognized as its geo-authentic habitat. However, the quality of Cyperi Rhizoma varies significantly across different regions, potentially influencing its therapeutic efficacy. This study investigates the influence of geographic origin on the chemical composition and overall quality of Cyperi Rhizoma. Methods:A comprehensive approach, including traditional quality assessment,GC-MS(g as c hromatography-m ass s pectrometry),RP-HPLC(r everse p hase h igh-p erformance l iquid c hromatography),and FT-IR(f ourier t ransform i nfrared s pectroscopy)techniques, was employed to analyze Cyperi Rhizoma samples from Shandong Province. These methods examined the physical appearance, chemical profile, and content variations, particularly focusing onα-cyperone.Results:Traditional quality assessments revealed noticeable differences in the external characteristics of the samples.GC-MS analysis identified a variety of unique chemical constituents, while RP-HPLC and FT-IR showed significant variations inα-cyperone content, with higher levels found in Shandong samples. Conclusion:These results demonstrate that geographic origin is a critical determinant of Cyperi Rhizoma quality, with Shandong specimens exhibiting superiorα-cyperone levels and characteristic phytochemical profiles. This validates the geo-authenticity concept in TCM and provides actionable data for developing evidence-based quality standards, suggesting that provenance should be prioritized in medicinal material selection and pharmacopeial specifications.

文摘Background:Rosa chinensis Jacq.and Rosa rugosa Thunb.are not only of ornamental value, but also edible flowers and the flower buds have been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as traditional medicines. The two plants have some differences in efficacy, but the flower buds are easily confused for similar traits. In addition,large-scale cultivation of ornamental rose flowers may lead to a decrease in the effective components of medicinal roses. Therefore,it is necessary to study the chemical composition and make quality evaluation of Rosae Chinensis Flos(Yueji)and Rosae Rugosae Flos(Meigui). Methods:In this study,40 batches of samples including Meigui and Yueji from different regions in China were collected to establish high-performance liquid chromatography fingerprints. Then, the fingerprints data was analyzed using principal component analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis, and partial least squares discriminant analysis analysis chemometrics to obtain information on intergroup differences, and non-targeted metabolomic techniques were applied to identify and compare chemical compositions of samples which were chosen from groups with large differences.Differential compounds were screened by orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and S-plot,and finally multi-component quantification was performed to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Yueji and Meigui. Results:The similarity between the fingerprints of 40 batches roses and the reference print R was 0.73 to 0.93,indicating that there were similarities and differences between the samples.Through principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of fingerprints data, the samples from different origins and varieties were intuitively divided into four groups.Partial least-squares discriminant analysis analysis showed that Meigui and Yueji cluster into two categories and the model was reliable.A total of 89 compounds were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry, mainly were flavonoids and flavonoid glycosides,as well as phenolic acids.Eight differential components were screened out by orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and S-plot analysis.Quantitative analyses of the eight compounds, including gallic acid, ellagic acid, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, etc.,showed that Yueji was generally richer in phenolic acids and flavonoids than Meigui, and the quality of Yueji from Shandong and Hebei was better. It is worth noting that Xinjiang rose is rich in various components, which is worth focusing on more in-depth research. Conclusion:In this study, the fingerprints of Meigui and Yueji were established. The chemical components information of roses was further improved based on non-targeted metabolomics and mass spectrometry technology. At the same time, eight differential components of Meigui and Yueji were screened out and quantitatively analyzed. The research results provided a scientific basis for the quality control and rational development and utilization of Rosae Chinensis Flos and Rosae Rugosae Flos, and also laid a foundation for the study of their pharmacodynamic material basis.

文摘The construction of human settlements plays a vital role in achieving sustainable development goals. With the growing population, both urban and rural planning—as well as the development of human settlements—on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China have received increasing attention. This study proposed a comprehensive framework to assess the quality of human settlements and identify their limiting factors of Nyingchi City, southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China. The framework integrated a region-specific evaluation system tailored to the plateau’s unique characteristics and utilized multi-source data collected through field-based questionnaires and remote sensing.Analytical methods employed include the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)weighting method, difference analysis for evaluating spatial and categorical variations, and a novel approach introduced in this study for identifying limiting factors. In August 2021,a questionnaire-based survey was conducted in the southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, yielding 823 valid responses. The average evaluation score for human settlement quality(HSQ)was(6.96±0.94),indicating that settlement conditions were approaching the satisfaction threshold.Notably, the score for the health dimension was(6.28±1.41),reflecting relatively underdeveloped health services in the region. From the perspective of spatial patterns, despite its favorable natural conditions, the HSQ in Medog County was relatively backward, reflecting uncoordinated development that warrants attention.Significant differences were observed in the perceptions of human settlements among different groups in terms of ethnicity, income, and educational background.Low ratings for income and employment conditions represented a major limitation to the local HSQ.The development of human settlements in the southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau still needs further promotion due to population disparities and the challenges of creating a healthy environment in high-altitude regions. The results are valuable for improving human settlements in plateau regions, which can help make targeted policy recommendations.

文摘Coastal areas face challenges in updating and enhancing the quality of coastal shelterbelt forests due to limited soil resource utilization, the biological characteristics of tree species, and the impact of coastal storm surges. This study, based on clarifying the connotation of stand quality(SQ)for Casuarina equisetifolia(C.equisetifolia),a typical coastal shelterbelt species, integrates stand growth conditions and structure, applying the AHP-EWM method to construct an SQ evaluation model. The model identifies key factors influencing the quality of C.equisetifolia stands and explores the mechanisms driving their growth processes. The results indicate that mean tree height, mean diameter at breast height, and stand density are key indicators for assessing the SQ of C.equisetifolia stands. The SQ of C.equisetifolia coastal shelterbelt stands varies across different land-sea positions, mainly influenced by stand age and soil nutrient levels. As stand age increases, the SQ initially improves and then declines.Additionally,C.equisetifolia trees growing in nutrient-rich soils exhibit better growth and higher SQ than those in poor soils. The findings of this study provide a theoretical foundation for the management and quality enhancement of coastal shelterbelt forests.

文摘The evaluation of rock mass quality and its mechanical properties is crucial for tunnel construction. The basic quality(BQ)method is the national standard for rock mass classification in China, with the BQ value determined by the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)and the integrity index(Kv).However, traditional rock mechanics testing methods have inherent limitations, which complicate the rapid evaluation of rock mass quality at tunnel sites.Digital drilling process monitoring(DPM)offers a novel approach for evaluating rock mass quality and its mechanical properties.A hydraulic rotary drilling rig, equipped with the DPM system, was used to conduct digital drilling tests at the tunnel face. The DPM data for the net drilling process and each sub-process were then analyzed. The correlations between DPM parameter indices and rock mechanical parameters were investigated. Finally, the rock mass quality and its mechanical properties along three boreholes were evaluated. The results indicate that drilling speed in the linear zone(V_(DPM))is quantitatively correlated with rock UCS.Higher UCS values of the drilled rocks correspond to lower V_(DPM) values of the drilling rig.The variability in specific energy is associated with structural disturbances within the rock mass. There is an approximately linear relationship between the standard deviation of normalized specific energy and rock mass K_(v) across the three boreholes. The rock mass quality along drilling depth generally ranges from good(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)to poor(Ⅲ-Ⅴ).This digitalization method provides more detailed information for tunnel stability analysis and design optimization than geological survey data.
文摘Objective To systematically evaluate the quality of pharmacoeconomics on hypertension management, and provide reference for promoting the development of pharmacoeconomics in China. Methods Some Chinese databases including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,as well as international databases such as PubMed and Web of Science were searched to collect studies of economic evaluation on hypertension management in China. The quality of health economic studies(QHES)scale was used to assess the quality of the literature and to analyze the current situation and shortcomings of pharmacoeconomics in the field of hypertension in China. Results and Conclusion A total of 363 articles were included in this study. The quality assessment results showed that the average score of pharmacoeconomics on hypertension management was 42.54 points. The quality of literature published by medical institutions was significantly lower than that published by universities/research institutes(41.25 vs.54.68,P<0.05).Among the 363 articles,3.31%(12 articles)were of high quality(75-100 points),29.20%(106 articles)were of moderate quality(50-74 points),66.12%(240 articles)were of low quality(25-49 points),and 1.38%(5 articles)were of extremely low quality(0-24 points). These papers have such problems as unclear research perspectives, single research methods, ambiguous data sources, inappropriate study duration for disease characteristics, and insufficient sensitivity analysis factors.Overall, the quality evaluation of pharmacoeconomics on hypertension management in China is generally low with poor standardization, which should be improved in the future.
