OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of Tong-Qiao-Huo-Xue decoction(TQHXD)on the bloodbrain barrier(BBB)permeability and the expressions of related proteins on the rats;and to analyse the constituents in the cerebrospina...OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of Tong-Qiao-Huo-Xue decoction(TQHXD)on the bloodbrain barrier(BBB)permeability and the expressions of related proteins on the rats;and to analyse the constituents in the cerebrospinal fluid on the rats with cerebral ischemic injury.METHODS Cerebral ischemia rats were induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Adult male sprague-dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into seven groups:sham-group;model group;nimodipine(NMP)-treated group and nao mai tai(NMT)-treated group were set as positive drug control groups;TQHXD-treated group(3,6 and 12g·kg-1body weight);The neurological function of rats was estimated by neurological defect scoring after the 1,7and 15 dafter administration.Histological structure of the brain in rats were observed by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining.Ultramicrostructural features of hippocampus neurons and the opening of tight junction(TJ)of BBB in rats were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM).Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of ZO-1,occludin,claudin-5,AQP-4 and MMP-9 in BBB after cerebral ischemia injury.Component analysis experiments:adult male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:Distilled water was administered intragastrically sham-operated rats;Distilled water was administered intragastrically model rats by MCAO;TQHXD was administered intragatrically to rats in sham-operated group;TQHXD was administered intragestrically to rats in model group by MCAO.GC and HPLC was used to detect three compounds,namely,muscone,ligustilide and hydroxysafflor yellow A,in rats cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)after oral administration of TQHXD.Finally,samples of cerebrospinal fluid of rats in each group were compared with single medicine so as to explicit the three compounds come from which herb.RESULTS TQHXD significantly reduced the neurological defect scores.Histological examination indicated that dense neuropil and largely surviving neurons had been seen in TQHXD-treated rats.TEM observation revealed that TQHXD could significantly inhibit the damage of hippocampal neurons and reduce the opening of TJ.The decreased protein expression levels of claudin-5,occludin,ZO-1 and the increased protein expression levels of AQP-4 and MMP-9in cerebral ischemia tissue were significantly prevented by treatment of TQHXD.Analysis of experimental results showed that muscone,ligustilide and hydroxysafflor yellow A could penetrate the BBB into the CSF,and the content of the model group was lower than that of sham group after intragastric administration of TQHXD.CONCLUSION These results demonstrated that TQHXD may act as a potential neuroprotective agent against BBB damage for cerebral ischemia through protecting of hippocampus neurons,reducing the opening of TJ and decreasing the permeability of BBB by up-regulating ZO-1,occludin,claudin-5 expressions,down-regulating AQP-4 and MMP-9 expressions.The effect of TQHXD on the decrease of the opening of TJ also reduced the content of muscone,ligustilide and hydroxysafflor yellow A in cerebrospinal fluid.展开更多

There are compara bility on different diseases, courses of the disease, ages and so on between the two groups. On the treatment method, Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture manipulation and acupoints prescription were adopted in the Xing Nao group, and the method descriped in the fifth edition textbook was applied in the traditional group. Acupuncture treatment was given two times a day. After 60 days, evaluation of clinital therapeutic effects were made and the changes of blood rheology, blood liPOids microcirculation and electromyogram in the two groups were observed before and after acupuncture treatment. The re sults of therapeutic effects suggested that the cure rates were 26. 67% in the 6. 67 % in the Xng Nao group and traditional group respectively, obvious improvement rates were 46. 69 % and 20.00% re spectively in the two groups. There was an obvious difference between the two groups according to sta tistical analysis (P<0.05, P <0.01 ). It showed that Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture method could obviously improve blood rheology and blood-lipoids (P <0.05 ), and played an active regulation role in the nail fold microcirculation. After treatment, electromyogram showed that electric potential of motor unit was markedly incrcased, myodynamia became stronger. It indicated that the Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture method was better than the traditional acupuncture method on the treatment of apoplectic sequelae. It is worth popularizing.展开更多

Objective To investigate the prevention effects and the physicochemical mechanisms of action of Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang on delayed cerebral vasospasm(DCD) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods Macaca cynomolgus we...Objective To investigate the prevention effects and the physicochemical mechanisms of action of Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang on delayed cerebral vasospasm(DCD) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods Macaca cynomolgus were divided into two groups and underwent craniectomy,a semipermeable microdialysis catheter was placed adjacent to right middle cerebral artery (MCA).Therapeutic group were exposed to Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang and control group to placebo via oral .Results The diameter of proximal MCA in therapeutic group changed slightly on 7th day after operation(P >0.05),whereas it decreased prominently(P< 0.05) in control group with severe vasospasm.OxyHb concentration:There’s no significant difference between the two groups on 2nd ～5th day(P >0.05),the concentration of therapeutic group(was zero after 8 days) was lower than that of control group (became zero after 12 days) on 6th ～8th day(P< 0.05).The peak value of therapeutic group (on 5th day) was lower than that of control group (on 7th day)(P< 0.05).Conclusion Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang can prevent DCV after SAH effectively and decreasing OxyHb concentration around vessels after SAH maybe the mechanism.展开更多

文摘Objective To investigate the prevention effects and the physicochemical mechanisms of action of Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang on delayed cerebral vasospasm(DCD) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods Macaca cynomolgus were divided into two groups and underwent craniectomy,a semipermeable microdialysis catheter was placed adjacent to right middle cerebral artery (MCA).Therapeutic group were exposed to Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang and control group to placebo via oral .Results The diameter of proximal MCA in therapeutic group changed slightly on 7th day after operation(P >0.05),whereas it decreased prominently(P< 0.05) in control group with severe vasospasm.OxyHb concentration:There’s no significant difference between the two groups on 2nd ～5th day(P >0.05),the concentration of therapeutic group(was zero after 8 days) was lower than that of control group (became zero after 12 days) on 6th ～8th day(P< 0.05).The peak value of therapeutic group (on 5th day) was lower than that of control group (on 7th day)(P< 0.05).Conclusion Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang can prevent DCV after SAH effectively and decreasing OxyHb concentration around vessels after SAH maybe the mechanism.

文摘As one of the representative Chinese writers who was born in the 1970s,Qiao Ye's writing exhibits considerable diversity and varied understandings of literature across genres.In her full-length novels,Qiao Ye is exceptionally innovative and exploratory,and each novel is distinct in subject matter and style.However,her medium-length and short stories tend to be more conservative,characterized by a simple and natural style,imbued with the charm of literary tradition.This artistic stance in writing style is different from other writers and unique to Qiao Ye,which is not only indicative of her vivid artistic individuality but also holds value for further research into creative writing and stylistics.
文摘Novel writings in China in 2023 display a tendency toward locality which exhibits two characteristics:One is the“sense of hometown,”and the other is the“integration of locality with modernity.”Qiao Ye's novel Baoshui Village is a representative work that achieves“modernity”through“locality”How contemporary novels portray the changing countryside,and how they handle and grasp the relationship and proportion between change and constancy;how to find the right way to integrate the geographical,ethnic,and modern aspects of a novel;how locality generates modernity;and how modernity can accommodate and activate locality are not only theoretical questions that need to be deeply explored but also issues of writing that need continuous exploration in practice.In this sense,Baoshui Village is worth cherishing.
文摘Baoshui Village,a full-length novel by Qiao Ye,presents to its readers an open,sensitive,holistic,and reflective experiential texture thanks to the writer's years of preparation spent"going into"and"immersing herself in villages,"as well as her rural narrative focusing on the complexity,contemporaneity,and problem of rural revitalization.The novel employs dual-narrative technique of recounting emotional and village history to advance its plot,paints pictures of village life with polyphonous scenes of village gossip,and engages in participatory observation through the use of the narrator to construct an open subject consciousnesss that discovers blind spots,surprises,disparities,and paradoxes in the rural experience.By selectively reconstructing the experiences of three archetypal villages and creating the new literary imageofarural construction expert,"the novel conveys a realistic attitude that values the subjectivity and endogenous power of the countryside.In doing so,this method takes the structure of reality as its core and calls for a pragmatic standpoint that suspends any judgment,so as to"read"the Chinese countryside through the texture of reality.

文摘目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法对老年患者全麻下行全髋置换术后苏醒质量及谵妄(postoperative delirium,POD)发生的影响。方法将84例择期行全髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组于麻醉诱导前30 min以及手术结束后行醒脑开窍针刺法干预,对照组采用假针刺。比较两组手术时长、术中出血量、输液量、苏醒时间、拔管时间、拔管后10 min和30 min的Steward评分以及Aldrete评分。比较两组麻醉诱导前、拔管后和术后第3天血清去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NA)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)、微管相关蛋白Tau、神经丝轻链蛋白(neurofilament light chain protein,NfL)、中枢神经特异蛋白(central nervous system specific protein β,S100β)的水平及POD发生情况。比较两组术后不良反应的发生情况。结果与麻醉诱导前比较,两组拔管后和术后1 d血清中NA、CRP、IL-6和TNF-α均明显升高(P<0.05)。与术前1 d比较,两组术后1 d和术后3 d血清NSE、NfL和S100β浓度均明显升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组苏醒时间明显缩短,拔管后10 min Aldrete评分及拔管后30 min Steward评分较高,拔管后、术后1 d血清中NA、IL-6及TNF-α浓度较低,术后1 d、术后3 d血清NSE、Tau、NfL浓度较低,术后1 d、3 d POD发生率及术后恶心呕吐发生率较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组拔管时间、拔管后10 min Steward评分、拔管后30 min Aldrete评分、术后7 d POD发生率以及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法可有效改善老年患者全髋关节置换术后的苏醒质量,减少围术期应激和炎症反应,降低术后谵妄的发生。
