[Objectives]To investigate the therapeutic effects of combined treatment on children diagnosed with pseudomyopia,based on the theoretical framework that the liver is associated with eye health in traditional Chinese m...[Objectives]To investigate the therapeutic effects of combined treatment on children diagnosed with pseudomyopia,based on the theoretical framework that the liver is associated with eye health in traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]A multicenter randomized controlled trial was conducted involving 100 children,with the treatment group consisting of 50 participants receiving a combined treatment,while the control group,also comprising 50 participants,received conventional tuina.In the treatment group,the Yizhichan Pushing Manipulation was applied at a frequency of 120 times/min and a strength of 0.5-1.0 kg,targeting acupoints such as Ganyu and Guangming.The alterations in naked eye visual acuity,diopter measurements,and ciliary muscle regulation function were compared between the two groups of children both prior to and following treatment,and the clinical efficacy was assessed.[Results]The treatment group demonstrated a statistically significant enhancement in visual acuity(1.74±0.49 lines vs.1.02±0.52 lines),diopter improvement(0.91±0.29 D vs.0.46±0.25 D),and overall efficiency(96%vs.78%)when compared to the control group(all P<0.01).[Conclusions]This combined treatment exerts a therapeutic effect through a dual mechanism that involves the regulation of liver meridian qi and blood,as well as the enhancement of ciliary muscle function.This approach merits further dissemination and application in the prevention and management of myopia in children.展开更多
This study focuses on the talent supply-demand contradiction in grassroots employment under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It systematically analyzes the internal and external driving mechanisms behind rural colleg...This study focuses on the talent supply-demand contradiction in grassroots employment under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It systematically analyzes the internal and external driving mechanisms behind rural college students decisions to pursue careers at the grassroots level,exploring the"push-pull"factors and the guiding role of university counselors.Employing a mixed-methods approach combining literature review and in-depth interviews,the analysis reveals that urban employment competition pressure,high cost of living coupled with economic burdens,and household registration and social resource barriers constitute the primary"push"factors.Conversely,national policy support,emotional attachment to one s hometown and the need for value realization,as well as grassroots development opportunities and growth potential,serve as the main"pull"factors.University counselors play a significant guiding role in the employment decision-making process of rural college students.Through ideological guidance,information dissemination,capacity building,and psychological support,they enhance students job-seeking capabilities and adaptability to grassroots work,thereby strengthening their identification with such career paths.This paper provides practical insights for counselors facilitating the return of rural college students to grassroots employment.展开更多
Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite a...Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite advancements in intelligent and digital technologies,assembly process design still heavily relies on manual knowledge reuse,and inefficiencies and inconsistent quality in process documentation are caused.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes a knowledge push method of complex product assembly process design based on distillation model-based dynamically enhanced graph and Bayesian network.First,an initial knowledge graph is constructed using a BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model trained with integrated human expertise and a fine-tuned large language model.Then,a confidence-based dynamic weighted fusion strategy is employed to achieve dynamic incremental construction of the knowledge graph with low resource consumption.Subsequently,a Bayesian network model is constructed based on the relationships between assembly components,assembly features,and operations.Bayesian network reasoning is used to push assembly process knowledge under different design requirements.Finally,the feasibility of the Bayesian network construction method and the effectiveness of Bayesian network reasoning are verified through a specific example,significantly improving the utilization of assembly process knowledge and the efficiency of assembly process design.展开更多
