This review investigates the utilization of pulmonary rehabilitation training among individuals who have undergone surgical treatment for lung cancer,with an emphasis on the underlying theoretical principles,implementation methodologies,clinical results,and future perspectives.Patients recovering from lung cancer surgery frequently encounter a deterioration in pulmonary function,diminished exercise capacity,and a reduced quality of life.As a comprehensive intervention involving multiple disciplines,pulmonary rehabilitation has demonstrated effectiveness in mitigating these challenges.This article methodically evaluates the various elements of pulmonary rehabilitation,the appropriate timing for its initiation,the customization of rehabilitation programs,and its influence on physiological indicators,mental health,and long-term outcomes.Additionally,it addresses the prevailing obstacles within clinical settings and strategies for enhancement,with the goal of offering evidence-based recommendations for healthcare providers and rehabilitation specialists. 展开更多

It was one of the most potential pandemic diseases and had affected more than 20 other countries.^(1,2) There have been a lot of resear-ches^(2-7) in terms of its etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnostics, treatment and prevention, vaccines and so on.Along with control of the epidemic situation, a great number of SARS patients were in the recovery phase, therefore, we undertook a half-year follow-up investigation on their clinical, laboratory and image situations. 展开更多
