Through a mixed-methods approach incorporating surveys of 523 employees across 78 SMEs, qualitative interviews, and case studies, the research examines how psychological factors influence cybersecurity behaviors and policy effectiveness. Key findings reveal significant correlations between psychological factors and security outcomes, including the relationship between self-efficacy and policy compliance (r = 0.42, p β = 0.37, p < 0.001). The study identifies critical challenges in risk perception, policy complexity, and organizational culture affecting SME cybersecurity implementation. In the context of the continuous advancement of teaching reform,the optimization of the curriculum evaluation system has become a key issue in the field of education.This study focuses on the course of educational psy...In the context of the continuous advancement of teaching reform,the optimization of the curriculum evaluation system has become a key issue in the field of education.This study focuses on the course of educational psychology,using the final examination papers and scores of the 2022 Physical Education Major and 2024 Early Childhood Education Major undergraduate students at Yunnan Technology and Business University as samples.Basic statistical analysis methods are employed to conduct an in-depth investigation.The results show that the overall difficulty of the exam papers is moderate(0.7),with acceptable reliability(0.78)and good validity(0.7-0.8).However,the failure rate among students reaches 21.3%,reflecting learning difficulties.There is no significant difference in scores between students from different majors,attributed to the same teaching conditions and equal emphasis on the course by both majors.This study provides data support for the teaching of educational psychology courses,assisting teachers in improving their teaching based on the results,meeting the demands of teaching reform for precise teaching evaluation and quality enhancement,and promoting the development of educational psychology course teaching.展开更多

It is important to research the cultural context and meaning of...OBJECTIVE: Complementary, alternative and traditional medicine (CATM) is a new field, as well as a promising area of study and practice in psychology. It is important to research the cultural context and meaning of CATM, including its definitions and examples, among different communities of psychology because CATM's use is dependent on how it is understood by the members. The aim of this pilot study is to provide an interpretation of the Indonesian psychology community's understanding of CATM through a qualitative approach. METHODS: Online interviews with open-ended questions and purposive sampling were used. Participants were dominantly psychologists or lecturers in clinical psychology area. Ten males and 12 females with an average age of 28.0 + 2.5 years voluntarily participated in this study. Interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and reviewed and analysed by the two authors to ensure accuracy of interpretation. RESULTS: It was found that there was no single meaning of CATM among the Indonesian community of psychology. Participants were not familiar enough with the terms and tended to use them with overlap. It can be suggested that "complementary medicine" and "alternative medicine" or "complementary- alternative medicine" combined provides more suitable terminology for use among Indonesian psychology community when communicating with other health care professionals. CONCLUSION: The understanding of the terms and examples of CATM were diverse and were often used interchangeably in the projects/interviews. It was also found that Indonesian psychologists required more education regarding CATM. In addition, future studies with more participants from various aspects of the psychology community should be conducted to capture a more representative sample.展开更多

In particular, the existence of malicious node aggravates this contradiction. To resolve this contradiction, social relationship theory and group theory of social psychology were adopted to do an in-depth analysis. The concrete balancing approach which leveraged Nash equilibrium theory of game theory was proposed to resolve this contradiction in reality. Thus, a new congestion control routing algorithm for security defense based on social psychology and game theory (CRSG) was put forward. Through the experiment, this algorithm proves that it can enhance the message successful delivery ratio by more than 15% and reduce the congestion ratio over 15% as well. This algorithm balances the contradiction relationship between the two key performance targets and made all nodes exhibit strong cooperation relationship in DTN.展开更多

Then, it has proposed principles for road landscape design. Based on environmental facilities on streets, urban environmental psychology has been put forward because transport function has been highlighted while space function has been neglected in urban construction, so that facilities' design and construction can be considered from the perspective of human. Finally, some suggestions have been raised in view of problems in mechanism and management during the design and construction of domestic street facilities.
文摘This article takes a discursive psychology approach to the analysis of Non-English major students' English learning experience narrative. The students took part in my survey are those just say goodbye to the high school and are freshmen in college now. The English learning experience narrative is in a form of diary. Through the students themselves' own point of views in recounting their English learning experiences, I want to find the reality hidden behind their failures in learning English. And hope this can give the most teachers who work for public English education in colleges or even universities some inspiration about teaching.
文摘Everyone responds to their psychological emotions,which affects all aspects of their lives.Therefore,psychology is not an independent discipline;it can react chemically with many other disciplines,such as finance and architecture.A person who is not careful and unconcerned about precision is more likely to fail a project.Investment decision-making always appears in people’s daily life and takes an important role.Through linking psychology to investment,people can learn a deep understanding on their investment decision.Human Misjudgment Psychology is a not widely taught discipline although it has great influence on the decision-making.As a result,the focus of this paper will be on the impact of Human Misjudgment Psychology on investment decisions.However,due to the limitation of time,only five biases from the Human Misjudgment Psychology will be covered,so further research and studies of the other biases will be looking forward to being finished.

文摘In this paper,the theory of"Fear injury kidney"in traditional Chinese Medicine is systematically reviewed,and it is found that long-term or excessive psychological changes of fear are likely to damage kidney qi and kidney essence.On this basis,the psychological studies of patients,medical staff and the public during the COVID-19 epidemic in China were analyzed,and fear psychology was found to be prevalent among all kinds of people.Modern researches on"Fear injury kidney"have also found that long-term or excessive fear could cause changes in the neuro-endocrine-immune system,which can induce diseases or susceptibility to some diseases.Therefore,during or after the prevalence of COVID-19,different groups of people may have emotional reactions such as stress and fear,which should be paid long-term attention,and the influence of fear on the body cannot be ignored.According to the change rule of psychological state under stress reaction,we should actively respond to and take psychological crisis intervention measures in time to reduce the harm of psychological stress to the body.
文摘This study investigates anxiety in foreign language learning from a positive psychology perspective,and in doing so,it considers some of the ways in which anxiety can interact with other aspects of language learner psychology to contribute to improved learning outcomes and improved learner well-being.The paper reports on a small-scale mixed-method study of English learners at a university in northern Japan.It shows how for many learners some of the most anxiety-provoking episodes were also the most rewarding and enjoyable,suggesting a need to reconsider simplistic accounts that present anxiety as an impediment to successful language learning.This is done by shifting to a positive psychology perspective.The paper concludes with a tentative model of how anxiety,when reframed as tension,can function as a core component of a more productive language learning experience.

文摘OBJECTIVE: Complementary, alternative and traditional medicine (CATM) is a new field, as well as a promising area of study and practice in psychology. It is important to research the cultural context and meaning of CATM, including its definitions and examples, among different communities of psychology because CATM's use is dependent on how it is understood by the members. The aim of this pilot study is to provide an interpretation of the Indonesian psychology community's understanding of CATM through a qualitative approach. METHODS: Online interviews with open-ended questions and purposive sampling were used. Participants were dominantly psychologists or lecturers in clinical psychology area. Ten males and 12 females with an average age of 28.0 + 2.5 years voluntarily participated in this study. Interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and reviewed and analysed by the two authors to ensure accuracy of interpretation. RESULTS: It was found that there was no single meaning of CATM among the Indonesian community of psychology. Participants were not familiar enough with the terms and tended to use them with overlap. It can be suggested that "complementary medicine" and "alternative medicine" or "complementary- alternative medicine" combined provides more suitable terminology for use among Indonesian psychology community when communicating with other health care professionals. CONCLUSION: The understanding of the terms and examples of CATM were diverse and were often used interchangeably in the projects/interviews. It was also found that Indonesian psychologists required more education regarding CATM. In addition, future studies with more participants from various aspects of the psychology community should be conducted to capture a more representative sample.

文摘As the essence of traditional Chinese educational thought,heuristic teaching has gradually enriched and devel-oped its ideas through the continuous efforts of educational researchers of the past dynasties.In front-line teach-ing,heuristic teaching,as a teaching principle that can help teachers and students to interact and learn,undoubtedly plays an important role in students’acquisition of knowledge and scientific thinking activities.But teachers’understanding of heuristic teaching is not the same.In actual teaching,there are obvious gaps in language ability among different teachers.This research aims to enrich the heuristic teaching theory based on the perspective of psychology,and provide a certain theoretical basis for teacher training.Through the research and analysis of the generation path of the heuristic teaching language,this paper helps more teachers realize the advantages of the heuristic teaching language,improve their own heuristic teaching language level,and provide reference for the scientific teaching evaluation standard.We apply the heuristic instruction language approach proposed in this study and apply it to real classrooms.In the application,it can be clearly found that the students’thinking and participation have been strengthened,and the teaching effect has been significantly improved com-pared with the past,which indicates that the heuristic teaching language generation path in this study has certain practical application value.

文摘The inherent selfishness of each node for the enhancement of message successful delivery ratio and the network overall performance improvement are reflected in the contradiction relationship of competition and cooperation in delay/disruption tolerant networks (DTN). In particular, the existence of malicious node aggravates this contradiction. To resolve this contradiction, social relationship theory and group theory of social psychology were adopted to do an in-depth analysis. The concrete balancing approach which leveraged Nash equilibrium theory of game theory was proposed to resolve this contradiction in reality. Thus, a new congestion control routing algorithm for security defense based on social psychology and game theory (CRSG) was put forward. Through the experiment, this algorithm proves that it can enhance the message successful delivery ratio by more than 15% and reduce the congestion ratio over 15% as well. This algorithm balances the contradiction relationship between the two key performance targets and made all nodes exhibit strong cooperation relationship in DTN.
