Methods: patients with perianal abscess (100 patients) were taken as the main study subjects. Cases were selected from June 2019 to June 2020. According to the different nursing methods, one is routine care (as control group) and one is predictive nursing (as experimental group). Compare the effect. Results: quality of care: the experimental group showed higher conditions after its implementation (P <0.05). Pain score, negative psychological status, and quality of life: the above indicators were detected between the two groups, before the implementation of nursing methods (P> 0.05). In the control group, the experimental group showed higher quality of life and lower pain score and negative psychological status than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Taking predictive nursing care of patients with perianal abscess can not only improve the quality of nursing and quality of life, but also reduce the negative mood and pain.展开更多

Methods: the number of children receiving treatment in the operating room was 4,850, and the time range was 2018.5 to 2020.5. In order to compare the nursing effects, the children were randomly divided into the control group (conventional) and the observation group (seamless throughout the process), each with 2,425 cases. Results: the operative stress index, adverse psychological mood and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of the whole-course seamless nursing method in the nursing of childrens operating room has completed the effective nursing of the whole process of the operation of the patients, and the various links are closer. The seamless nursing of the patients has been completed, the operation stress situation has been optimized, adverse psychology has been avoided, the occurrence rate of complications of the patients has been significantly reduced, and the patients have higher satisfaction with the nursing work.展开更多
