Methods: 68 patients with depression and sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given psychological and behavioral intervention, and the effect was analyzed. Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in the comparison index (P > 0.05). After nursing, the depression score and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion: psychological and behavioral intervention has a significant effect on depression patients with sleep disorders. We should pay attention to improving sleep quality and reducing the degree of depression.展开更多
