Methods: from July 2019 to December 2020 as the research subject entry time, the total number of samples was 60, and the puerpera were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, the number of each group was 30, respectively, with conventional nursing and conventional plus psychological cognitive intervention therapy intervention, observation and comparison of nursing results. Results: before intervention, the EPDS score of the observation group was 16.25±6.15, and that of the control group was 17.01±5.97. There was no significant difference in the data between the two groups (P > 0.05). After 15 days of intervention, the EPDS score of the observation group was 9.95±2.62, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (13.05±3.45). There was significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: psychological cognitive intervention therapy is an ideal nursing service for parturient women with postpartum depression, which can effectively improve the degree of parturient depression and is worthy of promotion.展开更多
