Focusing on the ultralow expansion functionality of the crystalized glass containing the cordierite crystal phase with the molar composition 20.7MgO·20.7Al_(2)O_(3)·51.6SiO_(2)·7.0TiO_(2),we systematically investigated impacts of thermal treatment protocols on T dependence of coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE).Except for the phase compositions,morphology is identified as another important factor to control the T dependence of CTE.By using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope,various modes of T dependence of CTE for crystallized glasses are ascribed to their different phase compositions and microstructure with finely dispersed nanoparticles.These understanding contributes to the further modification of CTE of the crystalized glass by altering their thermal treatment scenarios. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The discovery of induced pluripotent stem cells revolutionized regenerative medicine,providing a source for generating induced pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells(iMSCs).AIM To evaluate and compare five iMSC differentiation protocols,assessing their efficiency,phenotypic characteristics,and functional properties relative to primary mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).METHODS Five iMSC differentiation protocols were assessed:SB431542-based differentiation(iMSC1,iMSC3),an iMatrix-free method(iMSC2),growth factor supplementation(iMSC4),and embryoid body formation with retinoic acid(EB-iMSC).iMSC identity was confirmed according to the International Society for Cell&Gene Therapy 2006 criteria,requiring expression of surface markers(CD105,CD73,CD90)and absence of pluripotency markers.Functional assays were conducted to evaluate differentiation potential(osteogenic and adipogenic),proliferation,mitochondrial function,reactive oxygen species,senescence,and migration.RESULTS All iMSC types expressed MSC markers and lacked pluripotency markers.EBiMSC and iMSC2 showed enhanced osteogenesis(runt-related transcription factor 2;P≤0.01 and P≤0.0001,respectively),while adipogenic potential was reduced in iMSC2(Adipsin;P≤0.01)and EB-iMSC(Adipsin and peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor gamma;P≤0.0001 and P≤0.01,respectively).Proliferation was comparable or superior to bone marrow MSCs,except in iMSC1,with iMSC4 showing the highest rate(MTT assay;P values ranged from 0.01 to 0.001).Despite reduced mitochondrial health in iMSC3 and iMSC4(P≤0.001),reactive oxygen species levels were lower in all iMSCs(P values ranged from 0.001 to 0.0001),and senescence was significantly reduced in all iMSCs with the exception of iMSC1(P values ranged from 0.01 to 0.0001).Migration was most reduced in iMSC4(P≤0.001 at 24 hours and P≤0.0001 at 48 hours).CONCLUSION While all protocols generated functional iMSCs,variations in differentiation,proliferation,and function emphasize the impact of protocol selection.These findings contribute to optimizing iMSC generation for research and clinical applications. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Diabetes mellitus has become one of the major pandemics of the 21st century.In this scenario,nursing interventions are essential for improving self-care and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Nursing interventions are crucial for managing the disease and preventing complications.AIM To analyse nursing interventions in recent years through a systematic review and meta-analysis and to propose improvements in care plans.METHODS This study conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of the impact of nursing interventions on quantitative glycaemic variables,such as glycated haemoglobin and fasting plasma glucose.RESULTS After confirming that the combined effect of all studies from the past 5 years positively impacts quantitative variables,a descriptive analysis of the studies with the most significant changes was conducted.Based on this,an improvement in diabetic patient care protocols has been proposed through follow-up plans tailored to the patient’s technological skills.CONCLUSION The combined results obtained and the proposal for improvement developed in this manuscript could help to improve the quality of life of many people around the world. 展开更多

单次与多次抗生素方案对关节置换术护理负荷及医疗成本的影响

目的评估多部门合作下,不同抗生素使用方案在关节骨科中的应用,对优化护理人力资源配置、降低医疗耗材支出方面的效果,并验证其预防感染的安全性是否不劣于传统方案。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,选取2021年5月10日至2024年5月22日广东... 目的评估多部门合作下,不同抗生素使用方案在关节骨科中的应用,对优化护理人力资源配置、降低医疗耗材支出方面的效果,并验证其预防感染的安全性是否不劣于传统方案。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,选取2021年5月10日至2024年5月22日广东省中医院膝关节病科的患者1948例,对其中303例(髋关节44例,膝关节259例)的炎症因子进行亚组分析,按抗生素使用方案分为单次组(972例)和多次组(976例),单次组术后仅单次给药,多次组术后多次给药。主要观察指标:术后12个月假体周围感染(PJI)发生率。次要观察指标:(1)炎症因子:白细胞计数(white blood cell count,WBC)、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、血沉(ESR);(2)成本效益指标:抗生素输液费用(单项住院费用);(3)护理负荷:输液距离加拔针距离。统计分析采用logistic回归、Mann-Whitney U检验等。结果单次组与多次组PJI分别为1.5%(15/972)和1.3%(13/976),差异无统计学意义(OR=1.039,95%CI:0.927~1.164,P=0.512)。亚组分析结果:髋置换术使用头孢呋辛钠炎症指标(WBC、中性粒细胞、CRP、ESR),在各时点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);膝关节置换术使用头孢唑啉钠的患者(WBC、中性粒细胞、CRP、ESR),炎症指标在各时点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间差异CRP两组具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。膝关节置换术使用头孢呋辛钠(WBC、中性粒细胞、CRP、ESR),在各时点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ESR组间差异不具有可比性(P<0.05),其余指标组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。成本效益指标:单次组抗生素费用中位数显著低于多次组(74.13元vs.164.16元,Z=-39.090,P<0.001),护理负荷(输液+拔针距离)中位数减少67.1%(298.4 m vs.907.8 m,Z=-37.536,P<0.001)。结论单次抗生素方案在感染预防效果与多次方案相当,且显著降低医疗成本(费用减少55%)及护理负荷(工作量减少67%),建议临床推广,本研究为单中心回顾性研究,未来需多中心前瞻性研究进一步验证。 展开更多

The functional properties of glasses are governed by their formation history and the complex relaxation processes they undergo.However,under extreme conditions,glass behaviors are still elusive.In this study,we employ simulations with varied protocols to evaluate the effectiveness of different descriptors in predicting mechanical properties across both low-and high-pressure regimes.Our findings demonstrate that conventional structural and configurational descriptors fail to correlate with the mechanical response following pressure release,whereas the activation energy descriptor exhibits robust linearity with shear modulus after correcting for pressure effects.Notably,the soft mode parameter emerges as an ideal and computationally efficient alternative for capturing this mechanical behavior.These findings provide critical insights into the influence of pressure on glassy properties,integrating the distinct features of compressed glasses into a unified theoretical framework. 展开更多

Hyperpolarization of nuclear spins is crucial for advancing nuclear magnetic resonance and quantum information technologies,as nuclear spins typically exhibit extremely low polarization at room temperature due to their small gyromagnetic ratios.A promising approach to achieving high nuclear spin polarization is transferring the polarization of electrons to nuclear spins.The nitrogen-vacancy(NV)center in diamond has emerged as a highly effective medium for this purpose,and various hyperpolarization protocols have been developed.Among these,the pulsed polarization(PulsePol)method has been extensively studied due to its robustness against static energy shifts of the electron spin.In this work,we present a novel polarization protocol and uncover a family of magic sequences for hyperpolarizing nuclear spins,with PulsePol emerging as a special case of our general approach.Notably,we demonstrate that some of these magic sequences exhibit significantly greater robustness compared to the PulsePol protocol in the presence of finite half𝜋pulse duration of the protocol,Rabi and detuning errors.This enhanced robustness positions our protocol as a more suitable candidate for hyper-polarizing nuclear spins species with large gyromagnetic ratios and also ensures better compatibility with high-efficiency readout techniques at high magnetic fields.Additionally,the generality of our protocol allows for its direct application to other solid-state quantum systems beyond the NV center. 展开更多

Empowering the NSC-34 cell line as a motor neuron model: Cytosine arabinoside's action

The NSC-34 cell line is a widely recognized motor neuron model and various neuronal differentiation protocols have been exploited. Under previously reported experimental conditions, only part of the cells resemble differentiated neurons;however, they do not exhibit extensive and time-prolonged neuritogenesis, and maintain their duplication capacity in culture. The aim of the present work was to facilitate long-term and more homogeneous neuronal differentiation in motor neuron–like NSC-34 cells. We found that the antimitotic drug cytosine arabinoside promoted robust and persistent neuronal differentiation in the entire cell population. Long and interconnecting neuronal processes with abundant growth cones were homogeneously induced and were durable for up to at least 6 weeks in culture. Moreover, cytosine arabinoside was permissive, dispensable, and mostly irreversible in priming NSC-34 cells for neurite initiation and regeneration after mechanical dislodgement. Finally, the expression of the cell proliferation antigen Ki67 was inhibited by cytosine arabinoside, whereas the expression levels of neuronal growth associated protein 43, vimentin, and motor neuron–specific p75, Islet2, homeobox 9 markers were upregulated, as confirmed by western blot and/or confocal immunofluorescence analysis. Overall, these findings support the use of NSC-34 cells as a motor neuron model for properly investigating neurodegenerative mechanisms and prospectively identifying neuroprotective strategies. 展开更多

目的探讨早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)患者芬吗通预处理自然周期促排卵方案的IVF临床结局。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年6月于同济大学附属同济医院生殖医学中心接受IVF-ET助孕治疗的174个周期的POI患者的临床资料。根据采用的不同促排... 目的探讨早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)患者芬吗通预处理自然周期促排卵方案的IVF临床结局。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年6月于同济大学附属同济医院生殖医学中心接受IVF-ET助孕治疗的174个周期的POI患者的临床资料。根据采用的不同促排卵方案分为4组,分别为拮抗剂方案组(n=43)、高孕激素状态下促排卵(PPOS)方案组(n=44)、微刺激方案组(n=42)及芬吗通预处理自然周期方案组(n=45)。比较4种不同方案组POI患者的促排卵结局和临床妊娠结局。结果(1)一般临床资料:4种方案组间患者年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、基础性激素水平、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平、窦卵泡计数(AFC)等比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)促排卵结局:自然周期方案组患者的Gn天数、获卵数和MⅡ卵率均显著低于其他3组(P<0.05);微刺激方案组患者的HCG日卵泡E2水平显著低于其他3组(P<0.05);拮抗剂方案组患者的HCG日LH值显著低于其他3组(P<0.05);4组间2PN率和优胚率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)胚胎移植情况:拮抗剂方案组和自然周期方案组采用鲜胚移植和冻融胚胎移植,而其他两组仅采用冻融胚胎移植;自然周期方案组患者移植卵裂期胚胎占比显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);微刺激方案组患者的移植日内膜厚度显著低于其他3组(P<0.05);自然周期方案组移植1枚胚胎的周期占比显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。(4)妊娠结局:4种不同促排卵方案组患者的移植周期取消率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、双胎率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论POI患者采用芬吗通预处理自然周期方案与拮抗剂方案、PPOS方案、微刺激方案相比可获得相似的妊娠结局,此方案可作为POI患者接受辅助生殖技术助孕治疗时的一种选择。 展开更多

人工耳蜗术中一体式蜗内耳蜗电图应用及标准化流程探讨

目的分析一体式蜗内耳蜗电图在人工耳蜗植入(CI)术中的应用情况,讨论其优势及局限,总结该技术的标准化流程。方法收集2023年3月~2025年8月于本团队实施人工耳蜗术中一体式蜗内耳蜗电图的全部临床资料及术中监测数据,对监测成功率、监测... 目的分析一体式蜗内耳蜗电图在人工耳蜗植入(CI)术中的应用情况,讨论其优势及局限,总结该技术的标准化流程。方法收集2023年3月~2025年8月于本团队实施人工耳蜗术中一体式蜗内耳蜗电图的全部临床资料及术中监测数据,对监测成功率、监测指标变化规律等进行分析,建立术中监测三阶段分型(植入早期、中期和晚期;上升型、下降型、稳定型、波动型)。结果共有44例(45耳)患者应用该技术(男24,女20),平均年龄27.3±19.2岁,术前低频平均听力为86.6±21.1 dB HL,无明显的耳蜗畸形,均完成全部电极植入。15耳成功在术中引出CM波形,9耳于术毕或术后第2天引出波形,21耳未引出波形(其中9耳术中干扰严重,2耳术中耳机脱落)。在去除术中干扰严重的9耳和术中耳机脱落的2耳后,34耳的术中CM波形引出率与术前低频平均听力之间无统计学意义(n=34,χ^(2)=1.145,P=0.451),且该34耳以及术中成功引出15耳耳蜗微音电位(cochlear microphonics,CM)波形最大幅值与术前低频平均听力无明显相关(n=34,r=-0.015,P=0.931;n=15,r=0.237,P=0.395)。15耳中,植入早期最常见为波动型[7耳(46.7%)],其中4耳依据波形变化采用优化植入干预方案;在中期为稳定型和波动型居多[均为5耳(33.3%)];在晚期,各类型比例相近,且波形下降趋势难以通过干预方案得到恢复。在本院完成术后开机随访且具有术前可测听力的12例(12耳)患者,术后低频听力完全保留率为75%,部分保留率为25%。术毕/术中最高幅值比与术后低频听力阈移呈显著负相关(r=-0.707,P=0.01)。结论术中应用ECochG技术可实时反馈电极植入对内耳的创伤,及时在损伤可逆期内进行微创化调整,有助于术后残余听力的保留。术中标准化流程的建立有助于提升该技术的术中引出率。术中监测三阶段分型的建立有助于电极植入对内耳创伤的机制分析。术中CM波形引出率、引出幅值与术前低频平均听力的关系仍待进一步探讨分析。 展开更多

随着我国教育国际化和智能化程度的不断深入,来自不同背景的学习者对教育需求也愈发多元。汇聚多方资源,建设大规模个性化学习环境是国家智慧教育公共服务平台的重要战略目标。在基本完成各级各类教育资源集成的使命后,平台开始探索对... 随着我国教育国际化和智能化程度的不断深入,来自不同背景的学习者对教育需求也愈发多元。汇聚多方资源,建设大规模个性化学习环境是国家智慧教育公共服务平台的重要战略目标。在基本完成各级各类教育资源集成的使命后,平台开始探索对现有资源的智能挖掘和整合。特别是在以具身感知和空间计算为代表的下一代人工智能时代,随着专业智能体、分析工具和行业数据包的不断丰富,平台将迎来汇聚外部专业工具并实现能力集成的巨大机遇,为全场域、大规模、个性化的未来课堂提供支撑。能力集成的关键技术路径在于构建一种融通于平台与外部能力服务的技术协议。当下兴起的模型上下文协议(MCP)为平台实现能力集成提供了可行的技术方案。研究从面向学生的大规模个性化学习、支持教师的智慧教学工具创编,以及赋能管理者的多尺度数据治理三个角度,阐释了国家智慧教育平台在直面具身智能时代下,迭代发展的紧迫性。进而,基于MCP的技术特性,分析了其教育应用潜能、融入平台的实践路径和典型场景,旨在推动平台向数据协同高效、业务功能多元的智能应用集群演进,构筑开放、共创、协同的教育新生态。 展开更多

协议分析的模型检测工具比较研究

随着互联网的迅速发展,安全问题愈加突出。为了确保网络安全,对协议进行严格的安全性验证至关重要。模型检测技术是一种基于形式化方法的验证手段,通过遍历协议执行路径,能够精准识别潜在漏洞,近年来在密码学、区块链、物联网等领域得... 随着互联网的迅速发展,安全问题愈加突出。为了确保网络安全,对协议进行严格的安全性验证至关重要。模型检测技术是一种基于形式化方法的验证手段,通过遍历协议执行路径,能够精准识别潜在漏洞,近年来在密码学、区块链、物联网等领域得到广泛应用。该文对三种主流模型检测工具:Scyther、ProVerif、Tamarin进行比较研究,分析其在安全协议验证方面的优劣势。Scyther专注于验证基于角色的协议,支持多种安全属性分析,攻击路径可视化,支持多协议并行分析,验证速度较快,但需手动配置参数,对复杂协议的处理能力有限。ProVerif适合用于分析复杂协议,自动化验证能力强,能高效处理无限会话,但缺乏图形化交互界面,并且对复杂密码原语支持有限。Tamarin则支持更丰富的协议模型和安全属性验证,可生成攻击轨迹,但存在验证耗时较长,资源占用较高以及状态空间爆炸的问题。通过对比分析,旨在为研究人员选择合适的工具提供参考,并为进一步改进模型检测工具提供方向。 展开更多

预防卒中相关性肺炎循证管理方案的构建与实践研究

目的基于最佳证据制订预防卒中相关性肺炎循证管理方案,评价其临床应用有效性和安全性。方法组建循证项目小组,循证获取最佳证据并应用,在证据应用前后,通过查看病历和现场查看收集资料,对两组患者及医护人员进行基线调查和审查,分析证... 目的基于最佳证据制订预防卒中相关性肺炎循证管理方案,评价其临床应用有效性和安全性。方法组建循证项目小组,循证获取最佳证据并应用,在证据应用前后,通过查看病历和现场查看收集资料,对两组患者及医护人员进行基线调查和审查,分析证据应用障碍因素并制订改进措施。结果形成16条质量审查指标,试验组卒中相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护士的预防卒中相关性肺炎循证管理方案知识和执行得分提高(P<0.01)。结论预防卒中相关性肺炎循证管理方案可降低卒中患者相关性肺炎发生率,提高医护人员证据执行率。 展开更多

拮抗剂方案在常规体外受精中多精受精发生的影响因素分析

目的探讨拮抗剂方案在常规体外受精(IVF)中多精受精发生的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2025年5月在河池市人民医院生殖医学中心采用拮抗剂方案首次行常规IVF助孕的372例患者的临床资料,按照本周期多精受精的发生与否,分为正常... 目的探讨拮抗剂方案在常规体外受精(IVF)中多精受精发生的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2025年5月在河池市人民医院生殖医学中心采用拮抗剂方案首次行常规IVF助孕的372例患者的临床资料,按照本周期多精受精的发生与否,分为正常受精组(n=159)和多精受精组(n=213)。比较两组患者的一般资料和临床助孕情况,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析多精受精的相关影响因素,进一步采用Hosmer-Lemeshow检验对模型的拟合能力进行评估,并运用方差膨胀因子(VIF)开展多重共线性检验。结果372例患者的多精受精周期发生率为57.26%,多精受精组女方年龄低于正常受精组,而窦卵泡计数(AFC)、hCG日雌二醇(E_(2))、hCG日孕酮(P)、直径≥14 mm卵泡数和获卵数均显著高于正常受精组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:女方年龄、AFC、hCG日E_(2)水平、hCG日P水平、直径≥14 mm卵泡数对多精受精的发生无影响(P均>0.05);获卵数与多精受精的发生有显著影响(OR值为1.092,P<0.05)。Hosmer-Lemeshow检验评估模型拟合效果良好(P>0.05);多重共线性检验所有自变量的VIF值均<5,模型结果稳定可靠。结论拮抗剂方案在常规IVF中多精受精周期发生率偏高;获卵数是拮抗剂方案常规IVF中多精受精发生的独立危险因素。 展开更多

针对传统OLSR协议多点中继选择机制仅依赖拓扑覆盖而忽略链路动态质量的问题,提出了一种基于跨层设计的OLSR改进方案,对MPR选择机制进行优化;构建跨层综合状态因子,融合物理层误比特率、MAC层帧接收成功率、MAC层队列长度等多维指标,设... 针对传统OLSR协议多点中继选择机制仅依赖拓扑覆盖而忽略链路动态质量的问题,提出了一种基于跨层设计的OLSR改进方案,对MPR选择机制进行优化;构建跨层综合状态因子,融合物理层误比特率、MAC层帧接收成功率、MAC层队列长度等多维指标,设计拓展HELLO消息格式,新增CSE跨层字段,实现邻居节点状态的实时交互;设计新的MPR选择机制,将传统覆盖度优先策略优化为基于CSE加权的多目标决策模型,通过动态评分函数同时优化链路稳定性和负载均衡;仿真结果表明:CSE-OLSR在分组投递率、平均端到端时延等方面均优于传统OLSR,能够有效提高数据传输的稳定性和可靠性,适用于高动态、高负载的MANETs场景。 展开更多

Radio frequency identification(RFID) is a new type of non-contact automatic identification technology.Due to its low energy consumption,low cost,and its adaptability to harsh environments,it has been applied to many fields.In the RFID systems,data collision is inevitable when the reader sends a communication request and multiple tags respond with simultaneous data transmission.Data collision is prone to causing problems such as:identification delay,spectrum resource waste,a decreased system throughput rate,etc.Therefore,an efficient,stable anti-collision protocol is crucial for RFID systems.This research analysed the current research into RFID anticollision protocols and summarised means for its improvement through the mechanism of implementation of different types anticollision protocols.Finally,a new direction is proposed for the future development of RFID anti-collision protocol systems. 展开更多
