At the present stage, there are still many power rationing areas in China and even in the world, and most users in these areas are difficult to ask the power supply department to upgrade the household power grid capacity to solve the problem of power rationing. Therefore, from the perspective of the user, the system has designed a small power peak load filling device to solve the above problems on the user end. This system, on the basis of the existing mature main circuit of direct and direct communication, combines the floating charging technology of the backup battery pack of the communication base station, and designs the control system compatible with the main circuit, mainly including single chip computer, display, hall current sensor, electromagnetic relay and other components, reliable operation. In addition, the system starts from the users economy, allows to set the power storage target value of high loss, to avoid the battery pack in the full power storage state for a long time, so as to prolong the life of the battery pack.
