An adaptive fuzzy sliding mode strategy is developed for the generalized projective synchronization of a fractional- order chaotic system, where the slave system is not necessarily known in advance. Based on the designed adaptive update laws and the linear feedback method, the adaptive fuzzy sliding controllers are proposed via the fuzzy design, and the strength of the designed controllers can he adaptively adjusted according to the external disturbances. Based on the Lya- punov stability theorem, the stability and the robustness of the controlled system are proved theoretically. Numerical simu- lations further support the theoretical results of the paper and demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method. Moreover, it is revealed that the proposed method allows us to manipulate arbitrarily the response dynamics of the slave system by adjusting the desired scaling factor λi and the desired translating factor ηi, which may be used in a channel-independent chaotic secure communication. 展开更多

A memetic algorithm (MA) for a multi-mode resourceconstrained project scheduling problem (MRCPSP) is proposed. We use a new fitness function and two very effective local search procedures in the proposed MA. The fitness function makes use of a mechanism called "strategic oscillation" to make the search process have a higher probability to visit solutions around a "feasible boundary". One of the local search procedures aims at improving the lower bound of project makespan to be less than a known upper bound, and another aims at improving a solution of an MRCPSP instance accepting infeasible solutions based on the new fitness function in the search process. A detailed computational experiment is set up using instances from the problem instance library PSPLIB. Computational results show that the proposed MA is very competitive with the state-of-the-art algorithms. The MA obtains improved solutions for one instance of set J30. 展开更多

Through a decade of engineering practice, a management mode that embodies the characteristics of TGP under construction has been formed. Various new techniques and technologies have been used to ensure the concrete quality. The left and right projection matrices described by state-variable vectors are first introduced for components with rigid-body freedom. The operator function of projection matrices for state displacement and state force is proved, and then the state residual flexibility matrix and the state residual inertia-relief attachment mode are defined and employed. The results of three examples demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper leads to very accurate system eigenvalues and high mode-synthesis efficiency 展开更多

Water projects’ sediment deposition problems always cause widespread concerns. The gravity of them varies in accordance not only with reservoirs’ natural and socio-economic characteristics but also with their modes of operation. The unique characteristics, configuration and mode of operation of Three Gorges Project (TGP) reservoir are compared with those of several existing large reservoirs in this paper. As many reservoirs are troubling environment by gradually extending coarse sediment deposition at the uppermost end of fluctuating backwater region toward upstream, Gezhouba reservoir on Yangtze and Danjiangkou reservoir on Hanjiang have shown no trace of such upstream extension of sediment deposition in relevant prototype observation data for the past 20 and more years. TGP reservoir’s in-coming flow sediment conditions and configuration in plane are almost the same as those of Gezhouba reservoir, and TGP reservoir’s mode of operation(usually keeping a very low pool level for flood control in flood season and storing up in-coming flow only thenceafter) is similar to that of Danjiangkou reservoir. New findings of sediment research and prototype flow sediment investigations as well as new agenda of large hydro projects’ construction on Jinshajiang in nearest future assure the prospects of TGP sediment handling. 展开更多

This paper proposes the app... Project-based learning has been in widespread use in education. However, project managers are unaware of the students’ lack of experience and treat them as if they were professional staff. This paper proposes the application of a fuzzy failure mode and effects analysis model for project-based software engineering education. This method integrates the fuzzy rule-based system with learning agents. The agents construct the membership function from historical data. Data are processed by a clustering process that facilitates the construction of the membership function. It helps students who lack experience in risk assessment to develop their expertise in that skill. The paper also suggests a classification technique for a fuzzy rule-based system that can be used to judge risk based on a fuzzy inference system. The student project will thus be further enhanced with respect to risk assessment. We then discuss the design of experiments to verify the proposed model. 展开更多

为探索数字化视野下双线式翻转混合教学模式在土木工程毕业设计实践中的应用效果,以土木工程专业毕业班的48名学生为研究对象,随机划分实践组(24名学生)和参照组(24名学生),实践组采用双线式翻转混合教学模式,参照组采用传统授课模式教... 为探索数字化视野下双线式翻转混合教学模式在土木工程毕业设计实践中的应用效果,以土木工程专业毕业班的48名学生为研究对象,随机划分实践组(24名学生)和参照组(24名学生),实践组采用双线式翻转混合教学模式,参照组采用传统授课模式教学,通过比较两组学生的平时成绩、设计成果成绩及答辩成绩评判教学实践效果。结果表明,实践组的平时、设计成果及答辩等成绩优良分数段的人数均高于参照组的相对应的人数,及格及以下的人数低于参照组相对应的人数。采用双线式翻转混合教学模式有助于增进师生互动,有助于提高教学效率、师生数字素养和毕业设计实践教学质量,该实践为毕业设计实践教学提供新思路。 展开更多

多模式资源受限项目调度已被应用于多个领域,但由于项目实施环境的不确定性,活动面临时间估计不准确、资源更新不足以及其他人为因素的扰动,使得项目活动出现拖期无知的情况。活动拖期将造成项目不确定风险与成本升高,甚至对后续活动产... 多模式资源受限项目调度已被应用于多个领域,但由于项目实施环境的不确定性,活动面临时间估计不准确、资源更新不足以及其他人为因素的扰动,使得项目活动出现拖期无知的情况。活动拖期将造成项目不确定风险与成本升高,甚至对后续活动产生“涟漪效应”,影响项目整体的稳定运行,因此需要专家对无知情境下的拖期概率进行预估。通过定义拖期无知型多模式资源受限项目调度问题,结合广义的证据融合规则得出拖期概率区间,并在此基础上构建项目鲁棒性的替代性衡量指标优化模型并结合遗传算法以降低拖期造成的影响。为检验模型准确性和实用性,建立海洋牧场生态安全监管网络并进行模拟仿真,以期为海洋牧场建设及拖期无知型多模式资源受限项目调度问题提供解决方案。扩展了多模式资源受限项目调度问题的应用范围,旨在提高项目调度的有效性和适应性,使其能够更好地应对复杂多变的实际环境。 展开更多

湖南“三一工程”不同生产模式的示范效果及适宜区域

在实地调研和收集、整理、分析湖南“‘三分地养活一个人’粮食高产绿色优质科技创新工程”(简称“三一工程”)各示范基地县测产数据及总结材料的基础上,对2018—2023年湖南“三一工程”不同生产模式的示范效果及适宜区域进行了分析。... 在实地调研和收集、整理、分析湖南“‘三分地养活一个人’粮食高产绿色优质科技创新工程”(简称“三一工程”)各示范基地县测产数据及总结材料的基础上,对2018—2023年湖南“三一工程”不同生产模式的示范效果及适宜区域进行了分析。结果表明:“三一工程”不同模式各示范基地县粮食周年产量差异明显,区域间、年度间产量排序波动较大;其中,双超模式、再生稻模式、马铃薯模式、春玉米模式二期粮食周年产量均比一期有明显增加或保持在较高水平,这得益于选用良种及推广先进配套技术;稻虾模式二期增收大幅下降,主要是小龙虾价格大幅波动所致。分析后得出:双超模式主要适宜长株潭地区、洞庭湖区、湘南地区,再生稻模式和马铃薯模式主要适宜大湘西地区,春玉米模式主要适宜大湘西地区、洞庭湖区,稻虾模式主要适宜洞庭湖区。“三一工程”通过构建高效周年种植体系、推广绿色高产技术和完善科技服务,实现了粮食增产、农民增收与生态保护的多重目标。未来研究可围绕工程在不同生态区的适应性、技术集成优化路径以及政策激励机制等方面展开,以推动“三一工程”在更大范围内的落地与深化。 展开更多
