In recent years, EPC mod...With the development and progress in the field of construction engineering, the scale of construction engineering is gradually increasing, and the construction environment is also diversified. In recent years, EPC mode has been widely used in civil construction projects, and plays an important role in the process of project construction general contracting mode in engineering construction. The general contracting enterprise is responsible for completing the design, procurement, construction and other aspects of the construction project, and ultimately complete the "turn key work" of the whole project, that is, responsible for the integrity of the construction project, coordinate and deal with the relationship between all aspects, and finally ensure the quality of the project. In the application process of EPC general contracting mode, we should do a good job in the early stage of the project, construction period, trial operation period and other aspects, fully study the actual situation, and ensure that the project construction meets the requirements of the contract. In the design and construction of the project, the general contractor should consider the specific situation of the project, so that the project cost, quality, safety and other aspects meet the requirements of the contract and the enterprise itself.
