This technology gives play to the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, ecological and environmental protection in practical application, and is one of the key technical supports for the future development of the construction engineering industry. However, at present, the research and application of prefabricated building technology in China is still in the initial stage. There are some quality problems in component production, assembly construction and other links, which need to be further studied and gradually improved. This paper expounds the characteristics of the production and construction technology of prefabricated buildings, analyzes the quality problems existing in the current production process and construction and assembly process, and puts forward the improvement plan for these problems for reference.展开更多
