Second, the key technical measures of the ratoon rice production were described in detail. At last, the application effect of the ratoon rice production technology was described accu-rately, which based on the production practice in recent years. This technology is based on the integration of tita...After two decades' endeavor, the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) has successfully de- veloped a green caprolactam (CPL) production technology. This technology is based on the integration of titanium silicate (TS)-I zeolite with the slurry-bed reactor for the ammoximation of cyclohexanone, the integration of silicalite-1 zeolite with the moving-bed reactor for the gas-phase rearrangement of cyclohex- anone oxime, and the integration of an amorphous nickel (Ni) catalyst with the magnetically stabilized bed reactor for the purification of caprolactam. The world's first industrial plant based on this green CPL produc- tion technology has been built and possesses a capacity of 200 kt·a-1. Compared with existing technologies, the plant investment is pronouncedly reduced, and the nitrogen (N) atom utilization is drastically improved. The waste emission is reduced significantly; for example, no ammonium sulfate byproduct is produced. As a result, the price difference between CPL and benzene drops. In 2015, the capacity of the green CPL produc- tion technology reached 3 ×10-6 t·a-1, making China the world's largest CPL producer, with a global market share exceeding 50%.展开更多

Tests w...This study was conducted to investigate the in-vitro production technology of embryos from young Dorper sheep, so as to provide technical support for the utilization of ovarian follicles in young Dorper sheep. Tests were conducted from the induction of Dorper sheep of 4 to 8 weeks old using follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and pregnant horse serum(PMSG), collection of oocytes, in-vitro oocyte maturation-fertilization-zygote cultivation and 2-4-cell-stage fertilized ovum transfer. The results showed that 585 oocytes were collected from eight Dorper sheep at the age of 4 and 8 weeks, with an average of 73.13 oocytes/sheep. 346 of the 2-4-cell-stage fertilized eggs were obtained, whose cleavage rate was 59.15%. 77 in-vitro fertilized eggs at 2-4-cell stage were transplanted into 17 recipient sheep, seven of which were pregnant and gave birth to 13 "test-tube sheep" with a conception rate of 41.18%. It is indicated that the hormone induction technique, in-vitro oocyte maturation-fertilization-zygote cultivation technique and 2-4-cell-stage fertilized ovum transfer technique used in this study can serve as effective techniques for the in-vitro production of embryos from Dorper sheep of 4-8 weeks old.展开更多

Hybrid seed production technology(SPT)using genic recessive male sterility is of great importance in maize breeding.Here,we report a novel SPT based on a maize unilateral cross-incompatibility gene Zm Ga1F with an ext...Hybrid seed production technology(SPT)using genic recessive male sterility is of great importance in maize breeding.Here,we report a novel SPT based on a maize unilateral cross-incompatibility gene Zm Ga1F with an extremely low transgene transmission rate(TTR).Proper pollen-specific Zm Ga1F expression severely inhibits pollen tube growth leading to no fertilization.The maintainer line harbors a transgene cassette in an ipe1 male sterile background containing IPE1 to restore ipe1 male fertility,Zm Ga1F to prevent transgenic pollen escape,the red fluorescence protein encoding gene Ds Red2 for the separation of male sterile and fertile seeds,and the herbicide-resistant gene Bar for transgenic plant selection.When the maintainer line is selfed,gametes of ipe1/transgene and ipe1/-genotypes are produced,and pollen of the ipe1/transgene genotype is not able to fertilize female gametes due to pollen tube growth inhibition by Zm Ga1F.Subsequently,seeds of ipe1/ipe1 and ipe1/transgene genotypes are produced at a 1:1 ratio and could be separated easily by fluorescence-based seed sorting.Not a single seed emitting fluorescence is detected in more than 200,000 seeds examined demonstrating that the pollen-tube-inhibition(PTI)-based TTR is lower than what has been reported for similar technologies to date.This PTI-based SPT shows promising potential for future maize hybrid seed production.展开更多

文摘The application of mechanical and chemical syntheses in an high-energy vibration mill of the FESTU makes easy the process of the introduction of reinforced powders in castle composite materials on the Al basis. The obtained reinforced phases of Al-Ti-C composition have high specific Surface due to peculiarities of explosive mechanical and chemical syntheses. It increases the uniformity of their distribution in a matrix melt during the mixing process and also increases properties of castle composite materials.
文摘The appearance of lean production technology has greatly changed the tradition of manual production mode and mass production mode. It starts from product planning, extends to customers through the whole manufacturing process and coordination of supplier systems, and becomes the most standard global production system in the 20th century-lean production mode. With the overall promotion of EPC general contracting mode in our country, the lean construction extending from lean production mode to construction industry will surely usher in great application and development space. It will completely change the traditional engineering implementation technology and mode, and thus create a new engineering project management mode with the goal of "win-win, integrated delivery".
文摘Polyurethane elastic fiber is a fiber made of polyurethane, which is found in actual textile production. By using high particle size pigment carbon black and hyperdispersant, selecting scientific control conditions and appropriate amount of carbon black, the black stock solution meeting the requirements of dry spandex spinning can be produced by using stock solution coloring method. Effectively promote the industrial production of black spandex on the existing production line. Based on this, this paper explores the research process, production process and key technical points of dry spinning black spandex production technology.

As an important guarantee energy for China's economic development, China's petrochemical industry is also developing with the progress of society. Today, China's petrochemical industry has gradually stepped into the forefront of the world. As a non renewable resource, oil is an important resource formed by the geological process of the earth for thousands of years. Nowadays, the increasing demand for oil resources in the international community has led to the depletion of oil resources, and the oil exploitation project has gradually become difficult and complex. Therefore, in today's social environment of shortage of oil resources, it is necessary to strengthen the optimization and innovation of oil production technology and comprehensively improve the oilfield production efficiency, so as to ensure the stable development of China's social economy and meet the production needs of various social industries. This paper will comb and analyze the oil production technology of burning oil reservoir.

文摘Hybrid seed production technology(SPT)using genic recessive male sterility is of great importance in maize breeding.Here,we report a novel SPT based on a maize unilateral cross-incompatibility gene Zm Ga1F with an extremely low transgene transmission rate(TTR).Proper pollen-specific Zm Ga1F expression severely inhibits pollen tube growth leading to no fertilization.The maintainer line harbors a transgene cassette in an ipe1 male sterile background containing IPE1 to restore ipe1 male fertility,Zm Ga1F to prevent transgenic pollen escape,the red fluorescence protein encoding gene Ds Red2 for the separation of male sterile and fertile seeds,and the herbicide-resistant gene Bar for transgenic plant selection.When the maintainer line is selfed,gametes of ipe1/transgene and ipe1/-genotypes are produced,and pollen of the ipe1/transgene genotype is not able to fertilize female gametes due to pollen tube growth inhibition by Zm Ga1F.Subsequently,seeds of ipe1/ipe1 and ipe1/transgene genotypes are produced at a 1:1 ratio and could be separated easily by fluorescence-based seed sorting.Not a single seed emitting fluorescence is detected in more than 200,000 seeds examined demonstrating that the pollen-tube-inhibition(PTI)-based TTR is lower than what has been reported for similar technologies to date.This PTI-based SPT shows promising potential for future maize hybrid seed production.
文摘Blue-coke is a kind of char obtained by the low temperature pyrolysis of non-caking or weakly-caking coal with high volatile matter.It is generally granular with high reactivity,high electrical resistivity and high in fixed carbon but low in ash,sulfur,aluminum and phosphorus content.It has low price and extensive application decided by the raw coal and the production technology.This paper reviews pyrolysis reactor,process principle,technology characteristic and application state of blue-coke production technology in China.It includes vertical oven technology,rotary kiln technology and rotary-hearth furnace technology with external-heating,and vertical oven technology,rotary-disc furnace technology and conveyor-belt furnace technology with internal-heating.According to the existing problems in industrial blue-coke production technology,perspectives in terms of dust removal from volatiles,coke quenching and breakthrough of pyrolysis technology are given.
