The standard curve of ACt between CP4-EPSPS gene and Lectin gene of the RR soybean in standard materials was generated and a linear regression equation was obtained. Quantification methods were optimized through two different real-time PCR chemistries, i.e. SYBR Green I and TaqMan, and the RR soybean contents were quantified in five standard samples and seven highly processed products by the two assays. Both methods are proved to be specific, highly sensitive and reliable for both identification and quantification of soybean DNA. The results indicate that the two optimized PCR system can be used for the practical quantitative detection of RR soybean in highly processed products.展开更多
[Objectives]To study the volatile components and antibacterial effects of 11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products.[Methods]11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products were obtained acco...[Objectives]To study the volatile components and antibacterial effects of 11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products.[Methods]11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products were obtained according to the traditional processing method,the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,and the composition of volatile oil in the 11 kinds of processed products was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).the relative percentage content of each component in these 11 kinds of processed products was determined using the peak area normalization.The drug sensitivity activity of the volatile oil of these 11 kinds of processed products was tested using the K-B paper diffusion method and the minimum inhibition volume fraction of volatile oil of these 11 kinds of processed products was tested using the microdilution method.[Results]The highest yield of volatile oil of 11 kinds of these processed products was baking(5.193%),and the lowest was stir-bake to scorch(1.998%).A total of 36 chemical components were identified from the volatile oils of these 11 kinds of processed products.The components with the most volatile oil were stir-bake to scorch(24 kinds),and the components with the least volatile oil were the method of processing with rice-washed water(15 kinds).They contain 8 kinds of common chemical components,such as limonene,linalool,myrcene,α-pinene.The highest content of limonene came from processing with honey(60.93%),the lowest came from processing with rice-washed water(55.25%);the highest content of linalool came from processing with rice-washed water(7.139%),the lowest came from processing with honey(5.436%);the highest content of myrcene came from processing with honey(1.899%),the lowest came from stir-bake to scorch(1.632%);the highest content ofα-pinene came from raw Aurantii Fructus Immaturus(2.355%),and the lowest came from stir-bake to scorch(1.618%).The volatile oil of these 11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products has good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.[Conclusions]The oil yields of volatile oils of 11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products are different,the content of limonene is significantly different,and the changes of other chemical components and their contents are not significantly different.The volatile oil of 11 kinds of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus processed products has certain antibacterial effect.展开更多

Mercury(Hg),especially methylmercury(MeHg),accumulation in rice grain due to rice paddy possessing conditions conducive to Hg methylation has led to human Hg exposure through consumption of rice-based daily meals.In a...Mercury(Hg),especially methylmercury(MeHg),accumulation in rice grain due to rice paddy possessing conditions conducive to Hg methylation has led to human Hg exposure through consumption of rice-based daily meals.In addition to being a food staple,rice is widely used as a raw material to produce a vast variety of processed food products.Little is known about Hg levels in snacking rice-food products and potential Hg exposure from consumption of them,besides previous studies on infant rice cereals.Aiming to provide complementary information for a more complete assessment on Hg exposure risk originated from Hgcontaining rice,this study determined total Hg(THg)and MeHg levels in 195 rice-containing and rice-free processed food products covering all major types of snack foods marketed in China and the estimated daily intake(EDI)of dietary Hg from the consumption of these foods.The results clearly showed THg and MeHg contents in rice-containing foods were significantly higher than rice-free products,suggesting the transfer of Hg and MeHg from the rice to the end products,even after manufacturing processes.Moreover,significant positive correlations were observed between THg,MeHg,or MeHg/THg ratio and rice content for samples containing multiple grains as ingredients,further indicating the deciding role of rice for Hg levels in the end food products.Although the EDI of THg and MeHg via ricebased food products were relatively low compared to the reference dose,it should be considered these snacking food products would contribute additive Hg intake outside of the daily regular meals.展开更多

In order to clarify the preparation process parameters of manufactured sand,optimize its quality,and analyze the effect of its grading on the microstructure of concrete,the three-dimensional models of jaw crusher,vibr...In order to clarify the preparation process parameters of manufactured sand,optimize its quality,and analyze the effect of its grading on the microstructure of concrete,the three-dimensional models of jaw crusher,vibrating screen and conveyor belt were established by using SolidWorks 2016 software.Rocky DEM4.5 software was used to simulate the initial crushing,screening,and transportation stages of the manufactured sand preparation process,with Linear Spring Dashpot as the normal contact model and Coulomb as the tangential contact model;furthermore,the key process parameters were defined.The manufactured sand grading model was then proposed,thereby,the influence of the grading of manufactured sand on the distribution of pore structure in concrete and the interfacial transition zone(ITZ)was studied.The experimetal results show that the particle size of granite,after being crushed in the jaw crusher,is primarily concentrated between 80 and 130 mm,with a crushing energy consumption typically below 100000 J.However,certain instances of granite exhibit higher energy consumption due to undergoing multiple crushings within the chamber.At the same time,the granite causes significant wear on the jaw crusher plate.Furthermore,the tilt angle of the vibrating screen should be adjusted to between 10 and 15 degrees,while the layout angle of the conveyor belt needs to be set at 16 degrees.The proposed manufactured sand grading model is feasible,and the pore diameter distribution inside concrete increases with an increase in the fineness modulus of manufactured sand.展开更多

Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite a...Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite advancements in intelligent and digital technologies,assembly process design still heavily relies on manual knowledge reuse,and inefficiencies and inconsistent quality in process documentation are caused.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes a knowledge push method of complex product assembly process design based on distillation model-based dynamically enhanced graph and Bayesian network.First,an initial knowledge graph is constructed using a BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model trained with integrated human expertise and a fine-tuned large language model.Then,a confidence-based dynamic weighted fusion strategy is employed to achieve dynamic incremental construction of the knowledge graph with low resource consumption.Subsequently,a Bayesian network model is constructed based on the relationships between assembly components,assembly features,and operations.Bayesian network reasoning is used to push assembly process knowledge under different design requirements.Finally,the feasibility of the Bayesian network construction method and the effectiveness of Bayesian network reasoning are verified through a specific example,significantly improving the utilization of assembly process knowledge and the efficiency of assembly process design.展开更多

This paper briefly described the basic component units, including strip, sliver, and particle, of bamboo-based panel and pointed out that to design the structure of bamboo-based panels should follow the principle of symmetric structure, surface forming method, and structuring principle of equalizing stress. According to the processing methods and formation of component units, the authors classified the bamboo-based panels in China into 13 types and presented the manufacturing technique and uses of the bamboo products, such as plybamboo, bamboo flooring, and bamboo-wood composite products in detail. The procedure relies on the evaluation of the amount and quality of the finest grain fraction. The method is based on determination of particular grain fractions. For the grain less than 0.15 mm, the determination of the a- mount is performed using an IPS (Infrared Particles Sizer) grain size analyzer and for the grain larger than 0.15 ram, the fraction is determined using the (wet and dry) screening methods. This allows for quantity assessment of the quality of material in terms of its susceptibility to self-pelletizing by calculating Total Ability for SelPPelletizing (TASP) index fT. The presented method, in combination with the grain size and chemical analyses, can serve for evaluation of suitability of raw material and mixes for the sintering process. Furthermore, the TASP index for 10 types of iron ores and concentrates was determined. The usability of the TASP index was verified by determination of its impact on yield of sintering process both in laboratory and in industry scale.展开更多

文摘Mercury(Hg),especially methylmercury(MeHg),accumulation in rice grain due to rice paddy possessing conditions conducive to Hg methylation has led to human Hg exposure through consumption of rice-based daily meals.In addition to being a food staple,rice is widely used as a raw material to produce a vast variety of processed food products.Little is known about Hg levels in snacking rice-food products and potential Hg exposure from consumption of them,besides previous studies on infant rice cereals.Aiming to provide complementary information for a more complete assessment on Hg exposure risk originated from Hgcontaining rice,this study determined total Hg(THg)and MeHg levels in 195 rice-containing and rice-free processed food products covering all major types of snack foods marketed in China and the estimated daily intake(EDI)of dietary Hg from the consumption of these foods.The results clearly showed THg and MeHg contents in rice-containing foods were significantly higher than rice-free products,suggesting the transfer of Hg and MeHg from the rice to the end products,even after manufacturing processes.Moreover,significant positive correlations were observed between THg,MeHg,or MeHg/THg ratio and rice content for samples containing multiple grains as ingredients,further indicating the deciding role of rice for Hg levels in the end food products.Although the EDI of THg and MeHg via ricebased food products were relatively low compared to the reference dose,it should be considered these snacking food products would contribute additive Hg intake outside of the daily regular meals.

To help solve the transportation difficulties, potato is made into whole flour by many food processing companies. Potato whole flour has high nutritional value and may be regarded as beneficial to human health and fitness. In addition to the direct use of potato whole flour,it can also be used as added ingredients into other food products. This study summarizes and analyzes the processing technology of potato whole flour and its application in noodle products.

文摘In order to clarify the preparation process parameters of manufactured sand,optimize its quality,and analyze the effect of its grading on the microstructure of concrete,the three-dimensional models of jaw crusher,vibrating screen and conveyor belt were established by using SolidWorks 2016 software.Rocky DEM4.5 software was used to simulate the initial crushing,screening,and transportation stages of the manufactured sand preparation process,with Linear Spring Dashpot as the normal contact model and Coulomb as the tangential contact model;furthermore,the key process parameters were defined.The manufactured sand grading model was then proposed,thereby,the influence of the grading of manufactured sand on the distribution of pore structure in concrete and the interfacial transition zone(ITZ)was studied.The experimetal results show that the particle size of granite,after being crushed in the jaw crusher,is primarily concentrated between 80 and 130 mm,with a crushing energy consumption typically below 100000 J.However,certain instances of granite exhibit higher energy consumption due to undergoing multiple crushings within the chamber.At the same time,the granite causes significant wear on the jaw crusher plate.Furthermore,the tilt angle of the vibrating screen should be adjusted to between 10 and 15 degrees,while the layout angle of the conveyor belt needs to be set at 16 degrees.The proposed manufactured sand grading model is feasible,and the pore diameter distribution inside concrete increases with an increase in the fineness modulus of manufactured sand.

文摘Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite advancements in intelligent and digital technologies,assembly process design still heavily relies on manual knowledge reuse,and inefficiencies and inconsistent quality in process documentation are caused.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes a knowledge push method of complex product assembly process design based on distillation model-based dynamically enhanced graph and Bayesian network.First,an initial knowledge graph is constructed using a BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model trained with integrated human expertise and a fine-tuned large language model.Then,a confidence-based dynamic weighted fusion strategy is employed to achieve dynamic incremental construction of the knowledge graph with low resource consumption.Subsequently,a Bayesian network model is constructed based on the relationships between assembly components,assembly features,and operations.Bayesian network reasoning is used to push assembly process knowledge under different design requirements.Finally,the feasibility of the Bayesian network construction method and the effectiveness of Bayesian network reasoning are verified through a specific example,significantly improving the utilization of assembly process knowledge and the efficiency of assembly process design.

文摘Since bamboo has the advantages of straight grain, beautiful color, high strength and toughness, and excellent abrasion resistance, bamboo-based panels have been widely used in the fields of vehicle, construction, ship building, furniture, and decoration to partly take the place of wood, steel, plastic etc in China. This paper briefly described the basic component units, including strip, sliver, and particle, of bamboo-based panel and pointed out that to design the structure of bamboo-based panels should follow the principle of symmetric structure, surface forming method, and structuring principle of equalizing stress. According to the processing methods and formation of component units, the authors classified the bamboo-based panels in China into 13 types and presented the manufacturing technique and uses of the bamboo products, such as plybamboo, bamboo flooring, and bamboo-wood composite products in detail. In the last part of the paper, much information were offered on the output, market, and selling prospect of each type of bamboo-based panels.
文摘Background:The simplest and most convenient food technology is the using of dry composite mixtures.They have a lot of advantages.Dry composite mixtures,which would completely be the basis for the production of personalized food concentrates,are not represented.The development of such dry composite mixtures is actual and of scientific and practical interest.The purpose of this research is the selection and justification of local import-substituting raw materials components for dry composite mixtures used as the basis for the production of food concentrates.As the objects of research,the raw materials components of the starch,fruit and vegetable,industry were selected.The work uses currently accepted standard research methods for organoleptic and physic-chemical parameters of raw materials components.The research was carried out within of the project“Theoretical Substantiation of Production Technology and the Development of Import-Substituting Food Products of Functional Purpose Based on Dry Composite Mixtures”,funded by the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Basic Research.Based on the researches,it was found out that in the composition of dry composite mixtures for the production of food concentrates it is expedient to use the following raw materials:potato starch,extruded corn starch,dried carrots,dried beets,dried topinambur and dried apples in chopped form.
文摘Objective:To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of volatile components in different prepared products of Alisma purpurea.Methods:The volatile components were determined by GC-MS,and the types and relative contents of volatile components were compared in 4 kinds of processed products.Result:The main volatile components of 30 kinds of different products from Zelica were analyzed and identified,which were mainly sesquiterpenes,ketones and alcohols,mainly Pogostol,olive,guaiacene,caryophyllene and so on.Conclusion:There are differences in the types and relative contents of volatile components in different products of Alisma platyphylla,in order to provide a basis for improving the quality standards of different products of Alisma platyphylla.
文摘A procedure for evaluating the susceptibility of raw materials for the process of sintering of iron ore mixes is presented. The procedure relies on the evaluation of the amount and quality of the finest grain fraction. The method is based on determination of particular grain fractions. For the grain less than 0.15 mm, the determination of the a- mount is performed using an IPS (Infrared Particles Sizer) grain size analyzer and for the grain larger than 0.15 ram, the fraction is determined using the (wet and dry) screening methods. This allows for quantity assessment of the quality of material in terms of its susceptibility to self-pelletizing by calculating Total Ability for SelPPelletizing (TASP) index fT. The presented method, in combination with the grain size and chemical analyses, can serve for evaluation of suitability of raw material and mixes for the sintering process. Furthermore, the TASP index for 10 types of iron ores and concentrates was determined. The usability of the TASP index was verified by determination of its impact on yield of sintering process both in laboratory and in industry scale.
