Methods: 42 patients from June 2020 to May 2021 were taken as the analysis objectives, and they were randomly divided into the first group (general nursing intervention) and the second groups (whole-process nursing intervention) according to the admission number. Results: (1) in the comparison of quality of life and emotional state scores of the first group and the second group, the scores of the first group were 75.36±4.28 (points) and 50.38±4.19 (points) respectively, and the scores of the second group were 89.63±4.55 (points) and 39.85±3.76 (points) respectively (t = 18.813, P = 0.000). (2) In the comparison of satisfaction and complication rate between the first group and the second group, the first group were 76.19% and 33.33% respectively, and the second group were 95.23% and 4.76% respectively (χ2 = 8.691, P = 0.000). There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the effect of whole course nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with Sicca syndrome is excellent and worthy of recommendation.展开更多
