Background:Research on therapeutic processes has explored the elements that enhance psychotherapy’s effectiveness,particularly the role of common factors across various models.The therapist’s use of directiveness and support,as common variables,is crucial for effective treatment.Effective therapists adapt their level of directiveness and support according to the treatment phase,the issue being addressed,and the patient’s characteristics.This study examines the importance therapists attribute to directiveness and support,as well as its relationship with theoretical orientation,access to research publications,and stance on the similar effectiveness of different psychotherapeutic models.It aims to determine whether therapists’attributions regarding this variable are in line with the importance it is given in process research.Methods:Responses from 69 psychotherapists to the Psychotherapeutic Effectiveness Attribution Questionnaire(PEAQ-12),which assesses the importance therapists place on key psychotherapeutic process variables,including the directiveness and support provided,were analyzed.Theoretical orientations,ages,and experience levels were considered.Non-parametric tests,contingency tables,χ^(2)tests,t-tests,and ANOVAs were used to assess the variation in responses.Results:Common factors were often identified as key contributors to therapeutic healing,though these differences were not statistically significant(χ^(2)(2,N=67)=3.701,p=0.157).For the“directiveness and support from the therapist”variable,significant differences were observed:Cognitive-behavioral therapists valued directiveness and support more than psychodynamic therapists(t(20)=−3.569,p=0.002;Cohen’s d=1.18).Therapists who view cognitive-behavioral therapies as most effective also rated this variable higher(t(38)=3.816,p<0.001;Cohen’s d=1.21).Those regularly accessing specialized psychotherapy research publications valued this variable less than those who do so occasionally(t(64)=−2.693,p=0.009;Cohen’s d=0.65).Therapists who support the similar effectiveness of different models tend to favor common factors,including directiveness and support(χ^(2)(2,N=66)=12.522,p=0.002).Conclusions:Therapists express doubts about the factors influencing psychotherapy’s effectiveness,reflecting the ongoing debate.They align their views on the importance of directiveness and support with their theoretical orientation and positioning on the similar effectiveness of psychotherapies.The importance of analyzing therapists’attributions about the factors responsible for therapeutic change is emphasized,which will impact clinical practice.Advocacy for therapist flexibility and adaptation of therapy to the patient’s needs,including the level of directiveness and support provided,has been shown to be essential for effective psychotherapy. 展开更多

The case study attempts to discover with certainty the competency of accessing, evaluating and applying information in research process acquired by undergraduate trainees of Malaysian Teacher Education Institute in the northern region of Peninsula Malaysia. Considered as highly important skills that trainee teachers have to acquire a comprehensive understanding of information literacy to pursue a research. Yet, it is a pivotal fact indicated by recent researchers that most future teachers often enter teaching without the necessary information literacy skills and knowledge in research process. The scope of study is based on full-time final year undergraduate trainee teachers for the Educational Degree Programme doing their school based action research in the states of Kedah, Perlis, and Penang. The study analyzes problems and issues faced by these trainee teachers tied up to information literacy competency in doing research process. The study investigates trainees' competencies of accessing, evaluating, and applying information ethically in their research process. The findings hope to give insights to stake holders on the ways to move forward in terms of needs, process and outcomes in accordance with the Malaysian National Information Literacy Agenda. 展开更多

加味半夏泻心汤的提取工艺优化和物质基础分析

目的:基于药效学评价,结合G1-熵权法与Box-Behnken响应面法,优选并验证加味半夏泻心汤(MBXT)醇水双提的最佳提取工艺,并系统全面地解析该复方的化学药效物质基础,为该方的质量控制和工业化生产提供科学依据。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白组... 目的:基于药效学评价,结合G1-熵权法与Box-Behnken响应面法,优选并验证加味半夏泻心汤(MBXT)醇水双提的最佳提取工艺,并系统全面地解析该复方的化学药效物质基础,为该方的质量控制和工业化生产提供科学依据。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组及MBXT全方水提组、水提醇沉组、醇水双提组。除空白组外,各组大鼠通过高脂饮食联合来曲唑诱导建立多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗(PCOS-IR)模型,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)生化检测试剂盒及HE染色比较血清性激素水平及卵巢病理形态,筛选提取工艺路线。在此基础上,采用G1-熵权法,基于盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷的转移率与干膏得率构建综合评分,利用Box-Behnken响应面法优化提取工艺参数。最后,采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电轨道阱质谱法(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS)对最佳工艺样品进行化学成分定性分析。结果:药效学结果显示,与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)水平显著升高,雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成素(FSH)显著降低(P<0.01),卵巢呈多囊样改变;与模型组比较,各给药组均能显著逆转性激素水平的变化,其中醇水双提组改善上述指标及病理形态效果最优,并进行后续工艺优化。优选的最佳醇水双提工艺为加12倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次120 min;加12倍量水提取3次,每次90 min。验证试验结果显示,最佳工艺条件下盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷平均转移率分别为76.05%和93.38%。MS分析共鉴定出377种化合物,包括黄酮类112种、萜类41种、有机酸类28种、香豆素类22种及生物碱类8种等,并解析了关键成分的裂解规律。结论:优选的醇水双提工艺稳定可行,能有效保留MBXT治疗PCOS-IR的药效物质基础,进一步明确了该复方的主要化学成分组成,可为其制剂的研发及质量控制提供科学依据。 展开更多

测定镁条与稀硫酸反应的速率常数是多所高校的基础无机化学实验。然而用一级动力学模型拟合时,容易观察到反应后半段的数据不符合模型。为了验证副反应的猜想,我们引入了pH值数据,设计了规范化自动化的实验过程和数据采集;我们开发了数... 测定镁条与稀硫酸反应的速率常数是多所高校的基础无机化学实验。然而用一级动力学模型拟合时,容易观察到反应后半段的数据不符合模型。为了验证副反应的猜想,我们引入了pH值数据,设计了规范化自动化的实验过程和数据采集;我们开发了数据处理的小程序包,用于深入研究镁条与硫酸之间的反应速率常数。实验发现主反应(Mg与H_(2)SO_(4))为一级反应,其速率常数随温度升高显著增加;副反应(Mg与H_(2)O)符合二级动力学特征,活化能达127.79 kJ‧mol^(‒1)。本论文通过多维度数据协同分析、自动化数据处理流程设计,对主副反应动力学特征进行了交叉验证,解释了电导率数据偏离现象。本论文将传统验证性实验转化为研究型教学载体,实现了“数据驱动研究”范式与实验教学的融合,为理工科非化学专业学生培养创新思维与数字化问题解决能力提供了实践范例。 展开更多

经典名方中使君子的本草考证

通过查阅历代本草、医籍、方书、地方文献,并结合近现代相关研究、标准等资料,笔者对使君子的名称、基原、学名考订、产地、品质评价、采收加工、炮制、药性功效与禁忌等不同层面的历史沿革进行了系统地梳理与考证,归纳并探讨其药性与... 通过查阅历代本草、医籍、方书、地方文献,并结合近现代相关研究、标准等资料,笔者对使君子的名称、基原、学名考订、产地、品质评价、采收加工、炮制、药性功效与禁忌等不同层面的历史沿革进行了系统地梳理与考证,归纳并探讨其药性与药效发展规律及其成因,以期为含使君子药材经典名方的开发利用提供依据。经考证可知,使君子最早以“留求子”之名载于晋代嵇含《南方草木状》,宋代《开宝本草》首次以“使君子”为正名纳入本草,此后历代皆以“使君子”为正名,尚有史君子、四君子、杜蒺藜子等别名。历代所用使君子的主流来源为使君子科植物使君子Quisqualis indica的干燥成熟果实,近现代亦将其变种毛使君子Q.indica var.villosa作为使君子药材使用。2007年《中国植物志》(英文版)将Q.indica var.villosa定为Q.indica的异名。现今使君子的接受名被更新为Combretum indicum。历代本草著录的产地为现今广东、香港、澳门、广西、海南、四川、福建等地,后逐渐扩充到云南、台湾、江西、贵州等,宋代以来逐步形成川渝、福建两大道地产区。现主产于重庆、广西等地,以重庆产量最大;近代以来总结其品质以个大、表面紫黑色、颗粒饱满、内仁色黄白者为佳。古代记载使君子的采收时间为阴历七八月,多为去壳生用或兼用壳,有净制、切制、拌、蒸、炮、煨、炒等炮制法;现今使君子的采收期为秋季,采收后晒干或微火烘干,有“净制、清炒、煨”炮制法。古今文献对使君子性味归经、功能主治的记载基本一致,即味甘,性温,以“无毒”为主,归脾、胃经,杀虫消积、健脾,用于蛔虫病,蛲虫病,虫积腹痛,小儿疳积;用药禁忌主要为无虫积者勿食,脾胃虚寒者少用,服药时忌饮热茶,不可多食。基于考证结果,建议开发以使君子药材为主要原料的经典名方选用使君子科植物使君子的干燥成熟果实,可根据处方要求选用炮制方法,未注明要求的建议生品入药。 展开更多

中药炮制技术是中医药学“理-法-方-药”链条中的不可或缺的关键环节,它决定着药材由“生”至“熟”的质变。这项技术不仅是中医药学的核心技艺之一,更是连接中药材与临床应用的桥梁,凝聚着千百年来中医药的智慧结晶。中药炮制技术正面... 中药炮制技术是中医药学“理-法-方-药”链条中的不可或缺的关键环节,它决定着药材由“生”至“熟”的质变。这项技术不仅是中医药学的核心技艺之一,更是连接中药材与临床应用的桥梁,凝聚着千百年来中医药的智慧结晶。中药炮制技术正面临双重挑战:一方面是传承的危机,如师承断代、文献散失、标准模糊;另一方面是发展的瓶颈,体现在工艺粗放、质量控制薄弱、标准化程度不足。与此同时,技术创新与产业升级的机遇也前所未有。文章系统梳理了中药炮制技术从《雷公炮炙论》发端至今两千多年的发展脉络,力求把握其核心理论的精髓;进而聚焦当前传承中的痛点——传统技艺流失与“代际断层”、标准化与个性化需求的矛盾、现代科学研究滞后、产业协同乏力等,深入分析问题的根源。在此基础上,探讨如何融合现代科技,通过多学科交叉寻找多元创新路径,着力构建一个以“传承-创新-产业”协同生态为支撑的多元技术体系;最终形成“以传统技艺为本体、以现代科技为助力、以产业升级为目标”的良性循环生态,为中药炮制技术的高质量传承与国际推广提供切实可行的方案。文章提出的“传统与现代协同发展”策略,旨在为这门古老技艺的活态传承与长远发展提供理论依据和实践参考。 展开更多

趁鲜切制是中药材产地加工的关键技术,历史悠久且在多部本草著作中均有记载,近年来因能避免传统干燥后切制导致的成分流失与加工效率低下,获国家政策支持。截至2025年8月,全国26个省市累计发布趁鲜切制品种789个,其中2025年版《中华人... 趁鲜切制是中药材产地加工的关键技术,历史悠久且在多部本草著作中均有记载,近年来因能避免传统干燥后切制导致的成分流失与加工效率低下,获国家政策支持。截至2025年8月,全国26个省市累计发布趁鲜切制品种789个,其中2025年版《中华人民共和国药典》收载78个,但目前仍面临科学内涵认知模糊、标准碎片化、质量控制单一、工艺稳定性差等共性问题与难点。基于此,该文综合多年研究成果,系统梳理了趁鲜切制的核心机制,包括切制中对药材组织结构的改变,以及切制后成分的变化及植物应激反应、内源性酶活性变化等生理生化过程,并且概括了切制相关影响因素,其中涵盖药材自身特性、切制时机与方式、温度湿度微生物等环境条件。基于对趁鲜切制机制的研究概况,后续研究应从明确趁鲜机制科学内涵、突破技术瓶颈、升级智能设备、构建质量标准与评估体系4个方向展开。该研究可为中药趁鲜切制后续研究提供坚实理论基础与科学依据,推动该技术在中药行业的深层实践应用,助力中药产业高质量发展与中医药现代化进程。 展开更多
