Considering the widening of the peak-valley difference in the power grid and the difficulty of the existing fixed time-of-use electricity price mechanism in meeting the energy demand of heterogeneous users at various ...Considering the widening of the peak-valley difference in the power grid and the difficulty of the existing fixed time-of-use electricity price mechanism in meeting the energy demand of heterogeneous users at various moments or motivating users,the design of a reasonable dynamic pricing mechanism to actively engage users in demand response becomes imperative for power grid companies.For this purpose,a power grid-flexible load bilevel model is constructed based on dynamic pricing,where the leader is the dispatching center and the lower-level flexible load acts as the follower.Initially,an upper-level day-ahead dispatching model for the power grid is established,considering the lowest power grid dispatching cost as the objective function and incorporating the power grid-side constraints.Then,the lower level comprehensively considers the load characteristics of industrial load,energy storage,and data centers,and then establishes a lower-level flexible load operation model with the lowest user power-consuming cost as the objective function.Finally,the proposed method is validated using the IEEE-118 system,and the findings indicate that the dynamic pricing mechanism for peaking shaving and valley filling can effectively guide users to respond actively,thereby reducing the peak-valley difference and decreasing users’purchasing costs.展开更多
In the era of big data,there is an urgent need to establish data trading markets for effectively releasing the tremendous value of the drastically explosive data.Data security and data pricing,however,are still widely...In the era of big data,there is an urgent need to establish data trading markets for effectively releasing the tremendous value of the drastically explosive data.Data security and data pricing,however,are still widely regarded as major challenges in this respect,which motivate this research on the novel multi-blockchain based framework for data trading markets and their associated pricing mechanisms.In this context,data recording and trading are conducted separately within two separate blockchains:the data blockchain(DChain) and the value blockchain(VChain).This enables the establishment of two-layer data trading markets to manage initial data trading in the primary market and subsequent data resales in the secondary market.Moreover,pricing mechanisms are then proposed to protect these markets against strategic trading behaviors and balance the payoffs of both suppliers and users.Specifically,in regular data trading on VChain-S2D,two auction models are employed according to the demand scale,for dealing with users’ strategic bidding.The incentive-compatible Vickrey-Clarke-Groves(VCG)model is deployed to the low-demand trading scenario,while the nearly incentive-compatible monopolistic price(MP) model is utilized for the high-demand trading scenario.With temporary data trading on VChain-D2S,a reverse auction mechanism namely two-stage obscure selection(TSOS) is designed to regulate both suppliers’ quoting and users’ valuation strategies.Furthermore,experiments are carried out to demonstrate the strength of this research in enhancing data security and trading efficiency.展开更多

In this paper,a bilevel optimization model of an integrated energy operator(IEO)–load aggregator(LA)is constructed to address the coordinate optimization challenge of multiple stakeholder island integrated energy sys...In this paper,a bilevel optimization model of an integrated energy operator(IEO)–load aggregator(LA)is constructed to address the coordinate optimization challenge of multiple stakeholder island integrated energy system(IIES).The upper level represents the integrated energy operator,and the lower level is the electricity-heatgas load aggregator.Owing to the benefit conflict between the upper and lower levels of the IIES,a dynamic pricing mechanism for coordinating the interests of the upper and lower levels is proposed,combined with factors such as the carbon emissions of the IIES,as well as the lower load interruption power.The price of selling energy can be dynamically adjusted to the lower LA in the mechanism,according to the information on carbon emissions and load interruption power.Mutual benefits and win-win situations are achieved between the upper and lower multistakeholders.Finally,CPLEX is used to iteratively solve the bilevel optimization model.The optimal solution is selected according to the joint optimal discrimination mechanism.Thesimulation results indicate that the sourceload coordinate operation can reduce the upper and lower operation costs.Using the proposed pricingmechanism,the carbon emissions and load interruption power of IEO-LA are reduced by 9.78%and 70.19%,respectively,and the capture power of the carbon capture equipment is improved by 36.24%.The validity of the proposed model and method is verified.展开更多

Natural gas is of great significance to ensuring China's energy security and achieving“carbon neutrality”by 2060.However,the lack of power to decide LNG import pricing and the high resource cost bring challenges...Natural gas is of great significance to ensuring China's energy security and achieving“carbon neutrality”by 2060.However,the lack of power to decide LNG import pricing and the high resource cost bring challenges to the stable supply of natural gas in China.In this regard,after analyzing the historical evolution laws of global LNG pricing,this paper systematically summarizes the pricing trends of newly signed contracts in 2020,and comparatively analyzes China's long-term LNG import pricing modes and its problems.And the following research results were obtained.First,the global LNG pricing mechanism is more diversified,regional characteristics and“Asian premium”problems are obvious,and different pricing mechanisms complement each other.Second,the newly signed long-term LNG agreement is linked with oil prices to play a dominant role again,and the oil-linked slope declines continuously and presents a dynamic mixed S-curve.Third,China's long-term LNG agreement is linked with oil prices at a high proportion,so there are no market conditions of gas–gas competition and the price review period is long.Finally,several suggestions were proposed for China's LNG import pricing.Firstly,stick to the principles of“short-term flexibility”and“long-term stability”,and make use of multiple modes comprehensively,e.g.gas–gas competition and Brent price linked,instead of completely decoupling oil prices.Secondly,referring to global newly signed contracts and Asian reviewed contracts,adhere to the principle of market parity,improve the price review terms and shorten the review period.Thirdly,the government shall support the construction of natural gas trading centers and futures markets and form the internationally recognized regional benchmark price as soon as possible.Fourthly,make a plan in advance,establish a risk hedging mechanism and control the overall cost of imported LNG resources.展开更多
With the development of renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaics and wind power,it has become a research hotspot to improve the consumption rate of new energy and reduce energy costs through the deployment ...With the development of renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaics and wind power,it has become a research hotspot to improve the consumption rate of new energy and reduce energy costs through the deployment of energy storage.To solve the problem of the interests of different subjects in the operation of the energy storage power stations(ESS)and the integrated energy multi-microgrid alliance(IEMA),this paper proposes the optimization operation method of the energy storage power station and the IEMA based on the Stackelberg game.In the upper layer,ESS optimizes charging and discharging decisions through a dynamic pricing mechanism.In the lower layer,IEMA optimizes the output of various energy conversion coupled devices within the IEMA,as well as energy interaction and demand response(DR),based on the energy interaction prices provided by ESS.The results demonstrate that the optimization strategy proposed in this paper not only effectively balances the benefits of the IEMA and ESS but also enhances energy consumption rates and reduces IEMA energy costs.展开更多
Since 2010,the LNG importing price premium in the Asia–Pacific markets has become increasingly high,generating great effects on the economic development in China.In addition,the natural gas dependence degree is expan...Since 2010,the LNG importing price premium in the Asia–Pacific markets has become increasingly high,generating great effects on the economic development in China.In addition,the natural gas dependence degree is expanding continuously,making it extremely urgent to establish a natural gas trading hub in China,with the aim to ensure national energy security,to gain the pricing power,and to build the regional benchmark prices.Through a comparative analysis of internal strength/weakness and external competitiveness,we concluded that with intensively-issued supporting policies on the natural gas sector,the initiation of spot and futures markets,the rapid growth of gas production and highly-improved infrastructures,as well as Shanghai's advantageous location,China has more advantages in establishing an Asian Natural Gas Trading Hub than other counties like Singapore,Japan and Malaysia.Moreover,based on the SWOT(strength,weakness,opportunity and threat)and the marketization process analysis,the following strategies were presented:to impel the establishment of a natural gas trading hub depending on the gas supply condition,to follow the policies to complete the gas storage system,to form regional communities by taking comparative advantages,and to reinforce the marketization reform and regulation system establishment with foreign experiences for reference.This study rationalized the necessity and practicality of establishing a natural gas trading hub in China and will help China make a proper decision and find a periodical strategic path in this sector.展开更多

To adjust structure,reduce stock,reduce cost,increase quality,promote the primary,secondary and tertiary industries convergence will become the focus of China's agricultural supply side structural reform,and we can develop the ecological agriculture,improve the competitiveness of the grain market in price and quality,to ensure food security for the nation.
文摘The price of Middle East crude oil exported to Asian countries has been higher than that to Europe and America for a long period, and this price differential made Asian countries pay more than European and American countries. Prior investigations found that "Asian Crude Oil Premium" did exist at a relatively low oil price level. However, world oil price soared after 2003, making the price of Middle East crude oil exported to European countries or America rise quickly, sometimes even higher than that to Asia. Under this situation, this paper uses the price of Middle East crude oil sold to Europe or America or Asia to test if the premium exists at a high oil price level and concludes that the crude oil price premium of Asia against America does not exist, but the premium of Asia against Europe still exists.
文摘Guided by President Xi Jinping's key speech about energy revolution— "Four Revolutions and One Cooperation"-the Chinese oil and gas industry continued to accelerate its pace of reform in 2016.China has deepened its supply-side structural reforms,prevented and resolved the problem of excess production capacity,increased the effective supply of clean energy such as natural gas,and formed an energy innovation system.It has pushed forward the reform of pricing mechanisms with significant adjustments in the pricing mechanisms of oil products,pipeline transportation,gas storage and gas used for fertilizer production.It has also accelerated market access reform and encouraged various investors to enter into the fields of exploration & production,pipeline transportation and crude oil imports.China has sped up the legislative process of environmental protection to promote green and low-carbon development.It has accelerated oil & gas industry institutional reform,with some provinces initiating the pilot reform of oil and gas.
文摘Natural gas is of great significance to ensuring China's energy security and achieving“carbon neutrality”by 2060.However,the lack of power to decide LNG import pricing and the high resource cost bring challenges to the stable supply of natural gas in China.In this regard,after analyzing the historical evolution laws of global LNG pricing,this paper systematically summarizes the pricing trends of newly signed contracts in 2020,and comparatively analyzes China's long-term LNG import pricing modes and its problems.And the following research results were obtained.First,the global LNG pricing mechanism is more diversified,regional characteristics and“Asian premium”problems are obvious,and different pricing mechanisms complement each other.Second,the newly signed long-term LNG agreement is linked with oil prices to play a dominant role again,and the oil-linked slope declines continuously and presents a dynamic mixed S-curve.Third,China's long-term LNG agreement is linked with oil prices at a high proportion,so there are no market conditions of gas–gas competition and the price review period is long.Finally,several suggestions were proposed for China's LNG import pricing.Firstly,stick to the principles of“short-term flexibility”and“long-term stability”,and make use of multiple modes comprehensively,e.g.gas–gas competition and Brent price linked,instead of completely decoupling oil prices.Secondly,referring to global newly signed contracts and Asian reviewed contracts,adhere to the principle of market parity,improve the price review terms and shorten the review period.Thirdly,the government shall support the construction of natural gas trading centers and futures markets and form the internationally recognized regional benchmark price as soon as possible.Fourthly,make a plan in advance,establish a risk hedging mechanism and control the overall cost of imported LNG resources.

文摘With the development of renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaics and wind power,it has become a research hotspot to improve the consumption rate of new energy and reduce energy costs through the deployment of energy storage.To solve the problem of the interests of different subjects in the operation of the energy storage power stations(ESS)and the integrated energy multi-microgrid alliance(IEMA),this paper proposes the optimization operation method of the energy storage power station and the IEMA based on the Stackelberg game.In the upper layer,ESS optimizes charging and discharging decisions through a dynamic pricing mechanism.In the lower layer,IEMA optimizes the output of various energy conversion coupled devices within the IEMA,as well as energy interaction and demand response(DR),based on the energy interaction prices provided by ESS.The results demonstrate that the optimization strategy proposed in this paper not only effectively balances the benefits of the IEMA and ESS but also enhances energy consumption rates and reduces IEMA energy costs.
文摘Since 2010,the LNG importing price premium in the Asia–Pacific markets has become increasingly high,generating great effects on the economic development in China.In addition,the natural gas dependence degree is expanding continuously,making it extremely urgent to establish a natural gas trading hub in China,with the aim to ensure national energy security,to gain the pricing power,and to build the regional benchmark prices.Through a comparative analysis of internal strength/weakness and external competitiveness,we concluded that with intensively-issued supporting policies on the natural gas sector,the initiation of spot and futures markets,the rapid growth of gas production and highly-improved infrastructures,as well as Shanghai's advantageous location,China has more advantages in establishing an Asian Natural Gas Trading Hub than other counties like Singapore,Japan and Malaysia.Moreover,based on the SWOT(strength,weakness,opportunity and threat)and the marketization process analysis,the following strategies were presented:to impel the establishment of a natural gas trading hub depending on the gas supply condition,to follow the policies to complete the gas storage system,to form regional communities by taking comparative advantages,and to reinforce the marketization reform and regulation system establishment with foreign experiences for reference.This study rationalized the necessity and practicality of establishing a natural gas trading hub in China and will help China make a proper decision and find a periodical strategic path in this sector.
