These are specialized metabolites made of poisonous chemical compounds created by bacteria, fungi, or plants that aren’t involved in the organism’s usual growth, development, or reproduction. They have an adversarial hold on humans, wildlife, and the agricultural sector, resulting in mysterious ailments and economic disruptions. Mycotoxins-tainted food and fodder can be found all over the world, posing a global concern. Consumption of contaminated food and fodder is a typical cause of epidemic outbreaks. Other mycotoxins have been associated with esophageal cancer and neural tube defects (NTDs);the immunotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) causes diarrhea when combined with trichothecenes, and ochratoxin A (OTA) has been linked to kidney failure. The direct market costs associated with missed trade or lower revenues owing to tainted food or feed could be viewed as the economic repercussions of mycotoxins on human society. This review describes frequent groups of mycotoxins in detail, their impact on global health, their impact on the socio-economy;the methods of detection and prevention of these mycotoxins.展开更多

The treatment of POME related contamination is complicated due to its high organic contents and complex composition.Membrane technology is a prominent method for removing POME contaminants on account of its efficiency...The treatment of POME related contamination is complicated due to its high organic contents and complex composition.Membrane technology is a prominent method for removing POME contaminants on account of its efficiency in removing suspended particles,organic substances,and contaminants from wastewater,leading to the production of high-quality treated effluent.It is crucial to achieve efficient POME treatment with minimum fouling through membrane advancement to ensure the sustainability for large-scale applications.This article comprehensively analyses the latest advancements in membrane technology for the treatment of POME.A wide range of membrane types including forward osmosis,microfiltration,ultrafiltration,nanofiltration,reverse osmosis,membrane bioreactor,photocatalytic membrane reactor,and their combinations is discussed in terms of the innovative design,treatment efficiencies and antifouling properties.The strategies for antifouling membranes such as self-healing and self-cleaning membranes are discussed.In addition to discussing the obstacles that impede the broad implementation of novel membrane tech nologies in POME treatment,the article concludes by delineating potential avenues for future research and policy considerations.The understanding and insights are expected to enhance the application ofmembrane-basedmethods in order to treat POME more efficiently;this will be instrumental in the reduction of environmental pollution.展开更多

Methods: a total of 112 EP patients were...Objective: to analyze the prevention and clinical effect of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy (TCRP) in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyp (EP). Methods: a total of 112 EP patients were selected from Our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021, and were randomly divided into 2 groups with 56 patients in each group according to the number table. Patients in the control group were given TCRP operation treatment, and patients in the observation group were given levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system (LNG?IUS) on this basis. Postoperative observation time, endocrine hormone test results before and after treatment and recurrence rate of EP were compared between the two groups. Results: the observation group was shorter than the control group, and the endocrine hormone test results were better than the control group after treatment, P < 0.05. The recurrence rate of EP in observation group was lower than that in control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: TCRP combined with LNG?IUS has a definite therapeutic effect on EP, can improve the endocrine status of patients and reduce the recurrence rate of EP after operation, which is worthy of promotion and application.展开更多

The...Shot cokes are frequently formed in the delayed coking unit treating the super viscous oil at PetroChina's Liaohe Petrochemical Company. Considerable work has been carded out to avoid the formation of shot cokes. The test results obtained have shown that the property of super viscous oil has played a key role in the formation of shot cokes. After adjusting and optimizing the process indices the operating regime of the delayed coking unit at a throughput of 118t/h of the super viscous oil is specified as follows: a reaction temperature of 498-502℃, a reaction pressure of 0.17-0.25 MPa, a recycle ratio of 0.5-0.6 and a fractionation tower bottom temperature of 355-365 ℃. In the meantime, the delayed coking process has adopted measures to enhance pre-fractionation of the feedstock to rationally remove light fractions and maintain a steady gas velocity in order to avoid the formation of shot cokes.展开更多
Due to the uncertainties in formation mechanism of gas hydrate blockages in strings during the test of deep-water gas wells,inhibitors are either excessively consumed or inefficiently used when conventional prevention...Due to the uncertainties in formation mechanism of gas hydrate blockages in strings during the test of deep-water gas wells,inhibitors are either excessively consumed or inefficiently used when conventional prevention techniques are used.In this paper,a study was conducted on multi-phase flows,in terms of hydrate formation kinetics and hydrate particle migration and settlement kinetics.In this process,a model for quantitative prediction of hydrate blockage was built to predict when and where the blockage occurs in the strings and evaluate the severity of such blockage,in order to define the high-risk zones.Eventually,an innovative hydrate blockage prevention technique based on hydrate blockage free window(HBFW)was proposed to determine the optimal concentration and the flow rate of inhibitors.The study results are in the following four aspects.First,gas hydrates generated in the wellbore may deposit on the internal walls of strings.With the increase in thicknesses of such gas hydrate layers,the diameter of a pipe string decreases.Accumulation of gas hydrates generated around liquid film on pipe walls is the key contributor to the blockage in strings.Second,as the water depth increases or the gas production reduces,the HBFW turns to be narrower for production safety,and the time to initiate blockage is shorter.Third,application of hydrate inhibitors can effectively delay the occurrence of blockage and expand the window of safe production.Fourth,the innovative prevention technique can effectively reduce the volume and the flow rate of inhibitors(by 50%in the case study).The innovative technique effectively eliminates the problems related to the excessive consumption of inhibitors in the conventional methods and provides a valuable reference for the prevention of gas hydrates formation in deep-water gas well tests.展开更多
The prevention and control of natural gas hydrate(hereinafter,“hydrate”for short)blockage during deepwater gas well production tests is very important in ensuring the test safety.In this paper,the distribution of we...The prevention and control of natural gas hydrate(hereinafter,“hydrate”for short)blockage during deepwater gas well production tests is very important in ensuring the test safety.In this paper,the distribution of wellbore temperature and pressure field under different test conditions was analyzed,and the changes of hydrate deposition and blockage degree in the pipe string in the whole process of test under different test systems were evaluated using the hydrate generationedepositionedecomposition calculation method.On this basis,a deepwater gas well production test method based on hydrate prevention and control was proposed.And the following research results were obtained.First,in the process of deepwater gas well tests,the vaporeliquid phase of annular-mist flow pattern with the greatest risk of hydrate blockage is often formed in the wellbore.Therefore,it is more reasonable to take measures to prevent hydrate blockage in the process of tests than to prevent the formation of hydrate.Second,when the conventional four-point test method is used,it is required to set low gas production measurement points with lower flowing temperature.In the wellbore with high temperature and low temperature,however,hydrate tends to form and deposit easily,and a long period of test will increase the risk of test string blockage.Third,the mixed-sequence test system suitable for deepwater gas well tests can change wellbore temperature by adjusting the sequence of measuring points without changing the production rate and duration,so as to decompose hydrate sediment layers and reduce the maximum blockage degree of test string in the process of tests.Fourth,a three-point or two-point test method is recommended for deepwater gas wells without sand production,stress sensitivity,retrograde condensation and water production.Superior to the conventional four-point test method,three-point and two-point test methods can effectively reduce the risk of hydrate deposition and blockage in the test string,and it can shorten the testing time and reduce the test cost on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the productivity equation.In conclusion,the research results are of help to the field test construction of deepwater gas wells.展开更多

Methods: a total of 150 patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019...Objective: to investigate the risk factors and prevention methods of wound infection in emergency surgical trauma patients. Methods: a total of 150 patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The above patients were all emergency surgical trauma patients. The above patients were divided into groups according to whether they had incision infection. Among them, 25 patients in the research group ( infection group) and 125 cases in the control group (uninfected group), the general data of the two groups of patients, the location of trauma, the use of antibiotics and other factors were statistically analyzed. Results: after treatment, among the 150 patients participating in the study, 25 patients had incision infection after surgery, and the infection rate was 16.7%. Factors include the location and number of trauma, the use of preoperative antibiotics, and age. The patient is older than 60 years old, has multiple trauma or head trauma, and has not been treated with anti-inflammatory drugs before surgery. The above factors are related to postoperative wound infection. There was a statistically significant difference between the factors (P0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of trauma patients in emergency surgery, some patients will have incision infection. Evaluation and preventive measures for patients, and disinfection treatment in strict accordance with the standards can reduce the probability of incision infection and better improve the treatment effect. The formation mechanism of the s...The basic features of the colluvial deposit slope in Zuoyituo such as geological conditions, dimensions, slip surfaces and groundwater conditions are described concisely in this paper. The formation mechanism of the slope is discussed. It is considered that the formation of the colluvial deposit slope in Zuoyituo has undergone accumulation, slip, load, deformation and failure. The effects of rainfall on slope stability are categorized systematically based on existing methodology, and ways to determine the effects quantitatively are presented. The remained slip force method is improved by the addition of quantitative relations to the existing formulae and programs. The parameters of the colluvial deposit slope are determined through experimentation and the method of back-analysis. The safety factors of the slope are calculated with the improved remained slip force method and the Sarma method. The results show that rainfall and water level in the Yangtze River have a significant effect on the stability of the colluvial deposit slope in Zuoyituo. The hazards caused by the instability of the slope are assessed, and prevention methods are put forward.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the treatment and prevention of acute myocardial infarction after colon cancer surgery.Methods:A patient with acute anterior myocardial infarction who underwent stent implantation in the Seven...Objective:To investigate the treatment and prevention of acute myocardial infarction after colon cancer surgery.Methods:A patient with acute anterior myocardial infarction who underwent stent implantation in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University in 2017 was selected as the subject.The patient was admitted to the emergency department for stent implantation and took antiplatelet and lipid regulating drugs orally on time after the operation.The patient also had a history of colon cancer.The lesion was resected,and the complication after operation was acute myocardial infarction.After active and effective treatment and intervention,the treatment effect of the patient was analyzed.Results:Urgent PTCA was performed,and 0.5 mg Tirofiban was injected into the coronary artery.The results of angiography showed that the blood flow of anterior descending branch recovered to grade 2.Conclusion:The condition of patients with myocardial infarction after colon cancer surgery changes rapidly.Surgery combined with drug treatment can achieve a good prognosis,reduce mortality,and improve patients’cardiac function.展开更多

The result of intravesical instillation with interleukin-2 (IL-2) for preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer and discussion of its mechanism was reported. 20 patients with histologically confirmed bladder transit...The result of intravesical instillation with interleukin-2 (IL-2) for preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer and discussion of its mechanism was reported. 20 patients with histologically confirmed bladder transitional cell carcinoma were investigated. 2 000 u IL 2 was intravesically instillated every day for six days after resection of the neoplasm. The serum level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was significantly increased in 17 patients after IL-2 therapy. Recurrence occurred in 4 patients during the follow-up period of 10-18 months. The basic level of serum TNF was low and was not increased or even decreased after IL-2 in these patients. On the contrary, recurrence did not occur in another 5 patients with low basic level of TNF, but it was significantly increased after treatment of IL-2. TNF played a key role in preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer. The patients who had low basic level of TNF, which did not markedly increase or even decrease after IL-2 therapy were at high risk of recurrenc展开更多

文摘The prevention and control of natural gas hydrate(hereinafter,“hydrate”for short)blockage during deepwater gas well production tests is very important in ensuring the test safety.In this paper,the distribution of wellbore temperature and pressure field under different test conditions was analyzed,and the changes of hydrate deposition and blockage degree in the pipe string in the whole process of test under different test systems were evaluated using the hydrate generationedepositionedecomposition calculation method.On this basis,a deepwater gas well production test method based on hydrate prevention and control was proposed.And the following research results were obtained.First,in the process of deepwater gas well tests,the vaporeliquid phase of annular-mist flow pattern with the greatest risk of hydrate blockage is often formed in the wellbore.Therefore,it is more reasonable to take measures to prevent hydrate blockage in the process of tests than to prevent the formation of hydrate.Second,when the conventional four-point test method is used,it is required to set low gas production measurement points with lower flowing temperature.In the wellbore with high temperature and low temperature,however,hydrate tends to form and deposit easily,and a long period of test will increase the risk of test string blockage.Third,the mixed-sequence test system suitable for deepwater gas well tests can change wellbore temperature by adjusting the sequence of measuring points without changing the production rate and duration,so as to decompose hydrate sediment layers and reduce the maximum blockage degree of test string in the process of tests.Fourth,a three-point or two-point test method is recommended for deepwater gas wells without sand production,stress sensitivity,retrograde condensation and water production.Superior to the conventional four-point test method,three-point and two-point test methods can effectively reduce the risk of hydrate deposition and blockage in the test string,and it can shorten the testing time and reduce the test cost on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the productivity equation.In conclusion,the research results are of help to the field test construction of deepwater gas wells.
文摘Objective: to investigate the risk factors and prevention methods of wound infection in emergency surgical trauma patients. Methods: a total of 150 patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The above patients were all emergency surgical trauma patients. The above patients were divided into groups according to whether they had incision infection. Among them, 25 patients in the research group ( infection group) and 125 cases in the control group (uninfected group), the general data of the two groups of patients, the location of trauma, the use of antibiotics and other factors were statistically analyzed. Results: after treatment, among the 150 patients participating in the study, 25 patients had incision infection after surgery, and the infection rate was 16.7%. Factors include the location and number of trauma, the use of preoperative antibiotics, and age. The patient is older than 60 years old, has multiple trauma or head trauma, and has not been treated with anti-inflammatory drugs before surgery. The above factors are related to postoperative wound infection. There was a statistically significant difference between the factors (P0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of trauma patients in emergency surgery, some patients will have incision infection. Evaluation and preventive measures for patients, and disinfection treatment in strict accordance with the standards can reduce the probability of incision infection and better improve the treatment effect. Promote and apply in emergency surgery.

Our countrys highway asphalt pavement is also facing some problems and challenges. At present, the service life of some highways in China may not meet the requirements of design life, and the initial damage will often occur within 1-3 years after the completion of the highways. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the analysis of the disease mechanism of highway asphalt pavement, so as to formulate effective prevention methods, which is conducive to the construction, development, management and maintenance of highway construction.
文摘The basic features of the colluvial deposit slope in Zuoyituo such as geological conditions, dimensions, slip surfaces and groundwater conditions are described concisely in this paper. The formation mechanism of the slope is discussed. It is considered that the formation of the colluvial deposit slope in Zuoyituo has undergone accumulation, slip, load, deformation and failure. The effects of rainfall on slope stability are categorized systematically based on existing methodology, and ways to determine the effects quantitatively are presented. The remained slip force method is improved by the addition of quantitative relations to the existing formulae and programs. The parameters of the colluvial deposit slope are determined through experimentation and the method of back-analysis. The safety factors of the slope are calculated with the improved remained slip force method and the Sarma method. The results show that rainfall and water level in the Yangtze River have a significant effect on the stability of the colluvial deposit slope in Zuoyituo. The hazards caused by the instability of the slope are assessed, and prevention methods are put forward.
文摘Objective:To investigate the treatment and prevention of acute myocardial infarction after colon cancer surgery.Methods:A patient with acute anterior myocardial infarction who underwent stent implantation in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University in 2017 was selected as the subject.The patient was admitted to the emergency department for stent implantation and took antiplatelet and lipid regulating drugs orally on time after the operation.The patient also had a history of colon cancer.The lesion was resected,and the complication after operation was acute myocardial infarction.After active and effective treatment and intervention,the treatment effect of the patient was analyzed.Results:Urgent PTCA was performed,and 0.5 mg Tirofiban was injected into the coronary artery.The results of angiography showed that the blood flow of anterior descending branch recovered to grade 2.Conclusion:The condition of patients with myocardial infarction after colon cancer surgery changes rapidly.Surgery combined with drug treatment can achieve a good prognosis,reduce mortality,and improve patients’cardiac function.

The relationship between an area of the external electrode and a detected voltage waveform is examined experimentally. This experimental study is carried out with the use of a rod-plane air gap. The results obtained will be applicable to problems associated with silos, ducts, and high-voltage equipment.
文摘The result of intravesical instillation with interleukin-2 (IL-2) for preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer and discussion of its mechanism was reported. 20 patients with histologically confirmed bladder transitional cell carcinoma were investigated. 2 000 u IL 2 was intravesically instillated every day for six days after resection of the neoplasm. The serum level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was significantly increased in 17 patients after IL-2 therapy. Recurrence occurred in 4 patients during the follow-up period of 10-18 months. The basic level of serum TNF was low and was not increased or even decreased after IL-2 in these patients. On the contrary, recurrence did not occur in another 5 patients with low basic level of TNF, but it was significantly increased after treatment of IL-2. TNF played a key role in preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer. The patients who had low basic level of TNF, which did not markedly increase or even decrease after IL-2 therapy were at high risk of recurrenc
