In order to do a good job in orthopaedic nursing, this article investigates the application effect of the predictive nursing model. This time, a total of 120 patients in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected, and the control group and the observation group were reasonably divided into equal numbers. Nursing observation of the patients in the control group was carried out through routine nursing methods. Predictive nursing methods were implemented in the observation group nursing research, and then the postoperative functional recovery and pain of the patients in the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. After a period of research, it can be found that the observation group is significantly better than the control group, and the relative pain score is lower, which can effectively control the occurrence of various complications of the patients. It can be seen from this that for the nursing of orthopedic patients, to ensure that patients can recover as soon as possible, effectively control the degree of pain and reduce complications, it is extremely important to adopt a predictive nursing model. 展开更多
