Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our ...Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application.展开更多

A full mission simulator complex of the ship＇s automated power management system meets International Convention STCW （Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping） 78 （with Manila amendments 2010） requirements in part of adequate reproduction of its operational modes corresponding to the actual configuration and layout of the ship＇s automated power management system with real consumers and typical loads. The simulator is fully consistent with the goals and objectives of the practical training, as well as the goals and objectives of proficiency testing engine department officers on issues of technical maintenance of real ship＇s equipment （high voltage installations included） and means of automation. The simulator＇s complex is designed for training and proficiency testing of cadets and students of maritime educational institutions, as well as training and proficiency testing of marine specialists （mechanics and electricians） by watch-keeping and maintenance of modem integrated automated control systems of ship＇s electric power plant and the individual ship electromechanical systems, including high-voltage systems. The control group (n30) used traditional teaching method, while the research group (n30) used simulated situational teaching method. Results: the theoretical score of the research group was (87.58-5.78) and that of the control group was (73.12-4.86). The scores of professional skills and comprehensive accomplishment of the research group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (p 0.05). The satisfaction of the study group and the control group was 96.7% and 73.3% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (p 0.05). Conclusion: scene simulation teaching method in surgical nursing practice can effectively improve students assessment results, help students to master the corresponding nursing skills, and has the value of popularization and application.展开更多

文摘Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspects:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation.Taking the students participating in VBSE practical training in X university as the survey population,381 valid sample data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey,and the index weights were determined by factor analysis method.The score value of the VBSE practical training teaching effect was calculated based on the evaluation mean value of three indexes.The results showed that the context evaluation score was 1.56,the input evaluation score was 1.54,the process evaluation score was 1.51,and the product evaluation score was 1.48.Subsequently,this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing course arrangement,improving hardware facilities,and enhancing team cooperation to provide a guideline for improving the effect of VBSE practical training.

文摘With the rapid development of computer technology,network and information technology have been widely used in people’s daily lives,which has brought great convenience to labor and life.At the same time,people are increasingly dependent on computer technology.In this case,the social demand for computer professionals is increasing.However,due to the rapid changes and continuous updates of computer technology,the training of talents in computer specialty in China is far from meeting the demand and quality requirements of the society for this kind of talents.Colleges and universities are the important departments that cultivate computer professionals and technicians for the society.When cultivating talents in computer specialty,colleges and universities must conform to the requirements of the development of the times,adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner according to the actual needs of the society,build a talent training system,build a practical training teaching system of computer specialty,innovate teaching modes and teaching contents,and improve students’professional skills through perfect practical teaching,so as to ensure that they can skillfully apply computer technology to solve practical problems in the learning process and further improve their employment competitiveness.Therefore,this paper analyzes the practical teaching system of computer specialty,puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems,constructs a multi-collaborative practical training system,and implements the system.The implementation results show that the system can better meet the needs of students at different levels,and the results are fairer.Students’recognition and sense of acquisition of courses have also been greatly improved.The accumulated experience and data also provide good support for our continuous improvement of the system in the future.
文摘This article describes practical preparation of marine engineers on the full mission simulator complex of the ship＇s automated electrical power plant. A full mission simulator complex of the ship＇s automated power management system meets International Convention STCW （Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping） 78 （with Manila amendments 2010） requirements in part of adequate reproduction of its operational modes corresponding to the actual configuration and layout of the ship＇s automated power management system with real consumers and typical loads. The simulator is fully consistent with the goals and objectives of the practical training, as well as the goals and objectives of proficiency testing engine department officers on issues of technical maintenance of real ship＇s equipment （high voltage installations included） and means of automation. The simulator＇s complex is designed for training and proficiency testing of cadets and students of maritime educational institutions, as well as training and proficiency testing of marine specialists （mechanics and electricians） by watch-keeping and maintenance of modem integrated automated control systems of ship＇s electric power plant and the individual ship electromechanical systems, including high-voltage systems. A simulator＇s complex provides adequate reproduction of operational situations on technical side of real ship electric and automation equipment provides training on monitoring, control and management diesel-generator sets in hand, semi-automatic and automatic modes of power station, control and management of electromechanical systems, as well as the set of tasks upon parameterization, visualization and etc. Besides number of combinations of monitoring, control and management tasks, the simulator＇s complex provides an opportunity to simulate various practical fault conditions. It allows students to focus on the work of automatic control system in emergency situations and to work out correct actions for a watch-keeper on searching, localizing of faults and troubleshooting of equipment.
文摘Objective: to observe the effectiveness of scene simulation teaching method in surgical nursing practice. Methods: in September of 1950s, the residents of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n30) used traditional teaching method, while the research group (n30) used simulated situational teaching method. Results: the theoretical score of the research group was (87.58-5.78) and that of the control group was (73.12-4.86). The scores of professional skills and comprehensive accomplishment of the research group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (p 0.05). The satisfaction of the study group and the control group was 96.7% and 73.3% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (p 0.05). Conclusion: scene simulation teaching method in surgical nursing practice can effectively improve students assessment results, help students to master the corresponding nursing skills, and has the value of popularization and application.

The key is to cultivate students' work attitude of excellence. This paper discusses the cultivation of craftsmen's spirit in the training of environmental monitoring course based on working process.
