In this paper,wave and vibratory power transmission in a finite L-shaped Mindlin plate with two simply supported opposite edges are investigated using the wave approach.The dynamic responses,active and reactive power flow in the finite plate are calculated by the Mindlin plate theory (MPT) and classic plate theory (CPT).To satisfy the boundary conditions and continuous conditions at the coupled junction of the finite L-shaped plate,the near-field and far-field waves are entirely contained in the wave approach.The in-plane longitudinal and shear waves are also considered.The results indicate that the vibratory power flow based on the MPT is different from that based on the CPT not only at high frequencies but also at low and medium frequencies.The influence of the plate thickness on the vibrational power flow is investigated.From the results it is seen that the shear and rotary inertia correction of the MPT can influence the active and reactive power at the junction of the L-shaped plate not only at high frequencies but also at low and medium frequencies.Furthermore,the effects of structural damping on the active and reactive power flow at the junction are also analyzed. 展开更多

This paper analyses the performance request of arc welding power source used in intelligent control of weld pool shape in pulsed GTAW, and develops a sample power source. The main circuit of the power source takes the structure of single ended inverter with two switches, and takes IGBTs as power switches. The working frequency of the inverter is set at 20 kHz. The control circuit takes PWM circuit as center, and uses single chip computer to complete the manage functions such as the control of working sequence, setting and changing of the welding parameters, sensing of the welding states and communication with outside computer etc. The dynamic reacting time of the whole power is 1 ms, the range of the output current is 5~250 A, the precision of the output current reaches to 1 A. The power strikes arc by contacting workpiece under 5 A, and have convenient interface with system computer. All above shows this power source is one with high performance. 展开更多

一种新型坐底式海上风电筒型基础安装平台,其下部结构为U形沉垫式基础。针对该安装平台,设计3种不同型式基础:单沉垫、沉垫-4筒和沉垫-裙板基础,开展一系列砂土中基础水平承载模型试验和有限元模拟,研究基础型式和加载高度、加载方向对... 一种新型坐底式海上风电筒型基础安装平台,其下部结构为U形沉垫式基础。针对该安装平台,设计3种不同型式基础:单沉垫、沉垫-4筒和沉垫-裙板基础,开展一系列砂土中基础水平承载模型试验和有限元模拟,研究基础型式和加载高度、加载方向对基础水平承载特性的影响,结果表明:在相同加载条件下,相较于单沉垫,沉垫-4筒和沉垫-裙板的水平承载力可增加66%、165%;有限元结果与模型试验吻合较好,验证了有限元分析的可靠性;单沉垫运动模式主要为平动,而沉垫-4筒和沉垫-裙板为转动-平动复合运动,其中沉垫-裙板的转动位移最大,因此其水平承载力对加载方向和高度更为敏感;有限元结果分析表明,3种基础破坏模式为受压侧结构附近土体产生塑性应变;水平位移加载过程中,沉垫-4筒基础由沉垫与受压筒体提供约80%抗力,沉垫-裙板由裙板提供约90%抗力。 展开更多

提出了一种适用于移动物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)的低功耗二阶无源噪声整形SAR ADC。采用一种通过电荷共享配合电容堆叠技术获取无源增益的方法,在2阶积分阶段结束之后,通过一个小电容与电容阵列进行电荷共享,实现了额外的正向增益... 提出了一种适用于移动物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)的低功耗二阶无源噪声整形SAR ADC。采用一种通过电荷共享配合电容堆叠技术获取无源增益的方法,在2阶积分阶段结束之后,通过一个小电容与电容阵列进行电荷共享,实现了额外的正向增益,在总电容面积仅仅增加8%的情况下无源增益提高了60%,NTF低频衰减性能提高了35%,通过获取的无源增益优化了NTF零极点的性能,使得2阶积分的极点更加尖锐,保证了NTF的衰减性能,达到了24 dB的低频衰减。并且使用电容堆叠技术完成残差电压的求和,减少了比较器的功耗与噪声。180 nm CMOS工艺验证表明,电路在40 KS/s采样率,过采样率为20情况下,实现了91 dB的SNDR,101 dBc的SFDR,输入动态范围DR=85.6 dB,功耗仅为1.52μW,取得了178.5 dB的FoMs。电路具有低功耗高精度的特点,适用于移动IoT低功耗信号采集的场景。 展开更多

水下副边旋转条幅型电磁耦合器因其可实现简易对位、重量轻、环境适应力强等优势而被应用于水下机器人无线充电领域。为研究水下电磁耦合器(underwater electromagnetic coupler,UEC)的能量分布与传输机理,首先分析UEC副边采用圆筒型及... 水下副边旋转条幅型电磁耦合器因其可实现简易对位、重量轻、环境适应力强等优势而被应用于水下机器人无线充电领域。为研究水下电磁耦合器(underwater electromagnetic coupler,UEC)的能量分布与传输机理,首先分析UEC副边采用圆筒型及不同条幅数量条幅型的磁通密度、电场和功率分布情况,并利用坡印廷矢量重点研究PLA材料区域的有功功率和无功功率分布特点。仿真与实验结果表明:随着副边条幅数量的增加,UEC的电场、磁场强度在副边线圈侧的波动会逐渐降低,能量传输过程也更稳定。另外,当副边条幅数量增加到24条时,接收功率增长率拟合曲线的斜率已趋近于零,其接收功率值已达到圆筒型的96%以上,副边条幅型相比于圆筒型结构虽然会造成少量能量损失,但可大幅度降低UEC的自重与成本,对自主式水下航行器UEC的优化设计有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

Microbial fuel cell(MFC) on the ocean floor is a kind of novel energy-harvesting device that can be developed to drive small instruments to work continuously.The shape of electrode has a great effect on the performance of the MFC.In this paper,several shapes of electrode and cell structure were designed,and their performance in MFC were compared in pairs:Mesh(cell-1) vs.flat plate(cell-2),branch(cell-3) vs.cylinder(cell-4),and forest(cell-5) vs.disk(cell-6) FC.Our results showed that the maximum power densities were 16.50,14.20,19.30,15.00,14.64,and 9.95 mWm-2 for cell-1,2,3,4,5 and 6 respectively.And the corre-sponding diffusion-limited currents were 7.16,2.80,18.86,10.50,18.00,and 6.900 mA.The mesh and branch anodes showed higher power densities and much higher diffusion-limited currents than the flat plate and the cylinder anodes respectively due to the low diffusion hindrance with the former anodes.The forest cathode improved by 47% of the power density and by 161% of diffusion-limited current than the disk cathode due to the former's extended solid/liquid/gas three-phase boundary.These results indicated that the shape of electrode is a major parameter that determining the diffusion-limited current of an MFC,and the differences in the elec-trode shape lead to the differences in cell performance.These results would be useful for MFC structure design in practical applica-tions. 展开更多

Transitional zoners shape is an important parameter for tailor rolled blank. It not only affects mold design and the local carrying capacity of the stamping parts, but also determines the maximum value and variation characteristics of rolling force. How to get the best transitional zone's shape is a key problem for production of tailor rolled blank. A double power function is put forward using for transitional curve, which is continuous and smooth at all connection points inde- pendent of its parameters, so the sudden change of mechanical parameters during rolling and forming process can be avoided. At the same time, the velocity formula and restriction for arbitrary transitional curve are derived to preset vertical velocity of the roller and judge whether the curve can be rolled successfully or not. Then, the finite element method (FEM) is used to verify the precision of velocity formula and study the mechanical characteristics of different curves. Finally, a method to obtain the optimal curve equation is put forward and verified. 展开更多

Thus, it is significant to clearly reveal the grain boundaries and therefore to precisely characterize the grain size of prior austenite. For NiCrMoV rotor steels quenched and tempered at high temperature, it is really difficult to display the grain boundaries of prior austenite clearly, which limits a further study on the correlation between the properties and the corresponding microstructure. In this paper, an effective etchant was put forward and further optimized. Experimental results indicated that this agent was effective to show the details of grain boundaries, which help analyze fatigue crack details along the propagation path. The optimized corrosion agent is successful to observe the microstructure characteristics and expected to help analyze the effect of microstructure for a further study on the mechanical properties of NiCrMoV rotor steels used in the field of nuclear power. 展开更多

An Improved Method of the Energy Loss Calculation Considering the Volatility of Wind Power Generation

The energy loss of the power grid is one of the key factors affecting the economic operation of power systems. How to calculate the electric energy consumption accurately will have a great influence on the planning, operation and management of the power grid. Currently there is a mountain of theoretical methods to calculate the line loss of the power system. However, these methods have some limitation, such as less considering the volatility of wind power resources. This paper presents an improved method to calculate the energy loss of wind power generation, considering the fluctuations of wind power generation. First, data are collected to obtain the curve of the typical daily expected output of wind farms for one month. Second, the curve of the typical daily expected output are corrected by the average electricity and the shape factor to obtain the curve of the typical daily equivalent output of wind farms for one month. Finally, the power flow is calculated by using typical daily equivalent output curve to describe the energy loss for one month. The results in the 110 kV main network show that the method is feasible. 展开更多

The enhanced cooling performance caused by ellipse-shaped tabs located at the outlet of the film cooling holes is conducted.Three covering ratios of ellipse-shaped tabs on film holes and four blowing ratios are studied.The results show that:(1)The heat transfer coefficient ratio is higher than that without tab,indicating that the mixing of mainstream and coolant jet provides a better coverage film on the cooling wall,but increases the local turbulence production which enhances the heat transfer coefficient;(2)When the ellipse-shaped tabs are located at the film hole outlet,there is a larger pressure drop with the ellipse tab relative to the no-tab case.Thus,the discharge coefficient with ellipse tab is lower than that without tab. 展开更多

光伏组件安装倾角随坡就势布置方案下光伏支架风荷载体型系数取值探讨

山地光伏电站存在光伏场区建设用地资源紧缺且柔性光伏支架方案建设成本偏高的客观情况,为此,有研究人员针对固定式光伏支架提出了光伏组件安装倾角随坡就势布置这一新的光伏组件布置方案。查阅相关资料得知,在进行光伏支架结构计算时,... 山地光伏电站存在光伏场区建设用地资源紧缺且柔性光伏支架方案建设成本偏高的客观情况,为此,有研究人员针对固定式光伏支架提出了光伏组件安装倾角随坡就势布置这一新的光伏组件布置方案。查阅相关资料得知,在进行光伏支架结构计算时,风荷载体型系数取值变化的幅度最大会超过50%。基于此,结合某山地光伏电站工程实例,针对光伏组件安装倾角随坡就势布置方案下光伏支架风荷载体型系数的取值进行了探讨。首先分析了风荷载体型系数的取值对风荷载标准值计算结果的影响,然后讨论了风荷载体型系数的取值对光伏支架结构计算结果的影响,最后提出了光伏支架风荷载体型系数取值的优化思路。研究结果表明:1)与采用光伏组件最佳安装倾角布置方案时相比,采用光伏组件安装倾角随坡就势布置方案时,该光伏电站光伏支架所承受的风荷载标准值最大可相差30%,从而导致光伏支架构件受力最大可相差76.91%,支座反力最大可相差90.32%,风荷载体型系数取值对光伏支架结构及其基础受力计算的影响较大。2)当采用光伏组件安装倾角随坡就势布置方案时,光伏组件平行于山体地面,优化后的光伏支架背面风荷载体型系数降低至-0.95,可使光伏支架结构的部分构件受力及支座反力均有所减小,从而可通过调整光伏支架背面风荷载体型系数的取值来对光伏支架结构方案进行一定程度的优化设计。研究结果可为日后类似项目的光伏支架结构设计提供参考。 展开更多

Moreover, due to the nonlinear behavior and switching nature of DC-DC power electronic converters, there is a need for high-performance control strategies. This work summarized the dynamic behavior for the three basic switch-mode DC-DC power converters operating in continuous conduction mode, </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">i.e.</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> buck, boost, and buck-boost. A controller was designed using loop-shaping based on current-mode control that consists of two feedback loops. A high-gain compensator with wide bandwidth was used in the inner current loop for fast transient response. A proportional-integral controller was used in the outer voltage loop for regulation purposes. A proce</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">dure was proposed for the parameters of the controller that ensures closed-loop</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> stability and output voltage regulation. The design-oriented analysis was applied to the three basic switch-mode DC-DC power converters. Experimental results were obtained for a switching regulator with a boost converter of 150 W, which exhibits non-minimum phase behavior. Formulas for the radiated intensity distributions of coherent combined Gaussian beam array are derived via Fraunhofer scalar diffraction model by utilizing representations of the cross-spectral density of the far field. Effects of beam array numbers and separate distances etc. on far field radiated profiles are shown and analyzed. A new conception named power in the bucket of the main lobe (PIMm) is advanced to measure the beam quality of combined beams. This evaluation method is useful for efficiently determining the peak irradiance and power in the bucket for single emitting apertures of general shape. 展开更多

德国对华战略是欧盟对华政策的风向标,近年来德国形成对华“合作伙伴、竞争者与制度性对手”三维战略定位,成因值得探索。从外交角色“建构力量”视角可以更深入地诠释德国制定对华战略的决定性因素。德国基于“建构力量”角色定位塑造... 德国对华战略是欧盟对华政策的风向标,近年来德国形成对华“合作伙伴、竞争者与制度性对手”三维战略定位,成因值得探索。从外交角色“建构力量”视角可以更深入地诠释德国制定对华战略的决定性因素。德国基于“建构力量”角色定位塑造对华战略,具有“价值观”底色与“权力政治”的逻辑,主张与国际关系中的“他者”构建多维度关系,由此确立对华三维战略图景。在全球治理领域,德国以“共同承担国际责任”为导向寻求对华合作;在经贸与科技领域,德国撬动盟友权力资源对华进行地缘经济竞争,竞争领域包括国际秩序理念、国际经贸与科技规则以及产业技术;在价值观与印太秩序上,德国视中国为“制度性对手”。基于对德国“建构力量”外交角色在国际责任、权力政治、国家利益观以及联盟政治上的要素解析,发现近年来德国对华战略以竞争性为主,持续推进“去风险”议程,其背后决定性因素包括欧洲安全、地缘政治、经济权力、价值规范与联盟共识。然而,特朗普2.0时期,美欧关系变化影响德国对华战略走向,跨大西洋价值观联盟的衰落将削弱德美对华战略协调力度,德国对华战略将根据本国与欧盟利益进行务实性回调。 展开更多

抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口布置在水库岸边,是应用最为广泛的进/出水口类型.侧式进/出水口内设分流隔墙为多孔道结构,需满足双向过流要求.每个具体工程的侧式进/出水口都有自己的特点,导致侧式进/出水口双向流动复杂,对侧式进出/水口体... 抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口布置在水库岸边,是应用最为广泛的进/出水口类型.侧式进/出水口内设分流隔墙为多孔道结构,需满足双向过流要求.每个具体工程的侧式进/出水口都有自己的特点,导致侧式进/出水口双向流动复杂,对侧式进出/水口体型要求很高,因此《抽水蓄能电站设计规范》对侧式进/出水口的水力指标做出了严格规定.围绕侧式进/出水口的水力特性、内部流动机理、优化方法等已经开展了大量的模型试验和数值模拟研究.对于具体的抽水蓄能电站工程,主要关注水头损失、拦污栅断面流速、各孔道流量分配、进/出水口漩涡、反坡明渠段流态等水力特性.对于进/出水口内部流动机理,主要关注内部流场演变规律、拦污栅断面脉动流速规律及形成机理等.对于进/出水口体型优化,除传统优化方法外,还开展了结合数值模拟、代理模型和优化算法的智能优化方法方面的研究.本文首先概述侧式进/出水口体型及设计要求,其次从具体工程进/出水口水力学问题、进/出水口内部流动机理、进/出水口优化方法3个方面综述侧式进/出水口的研究进展,最后基于目前研究成果的总结分析提出未来的研究内容.本文成果可为抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口设计和水力学研究提供参考. 展开更多

抽水蓄能电站常利用天然“Ω”型河道建设下水库,对原有河道进行裁弯取直。本文通过比尺1:50的水工模型试验,研究了河道裁弯取直后的水力特性及生态影响,重点分析了流速分布、水面线变化、消能效率等关键指标,并提出了优化措施。试验表... 抽水蓄能电站常利用天然“Ω”型河道建设下水库,对原有河道进行裁弯取直。本文通过比尺1:50的水工模型试验,研究了河道裁弯取直后的水力特性及生态影响,重点分析了流速分布、水面线变化、消能效率等关键指标,并提出了优化措施。试验表明,裁弯取直后河道的水流特性发生显著变化,主要表现为流速沿样增加、水面横向分布不均、消能率过低等问题,尤其是在明渠陡坡段内左右岸水深和流速横向差异较大,导致下游河床冲刷加剧,威胁岸坡和建筑物的安全。通过在明渠快速转弯处设置整流坎和在陡坡段设置台阶消能、末端设置消力池的优化方案,使得水流流态得到极大改善,水深与流速横向分布均匀,消能效率显著提升。针对裁弯取直对河道水生态的潜在影响,如鱼类洄游受阻、河岸栖息地减少等,提出了设置鱼道、河岸缓冲带等生态修复措施。本文研究为类似工程的设计与生态保护提供了科学依据。 展开更多

风电机组的大规模接入导致电力系统惯量明显下降,并对系统频率安全稳定造成威胁。针对风电高渗透电力系统区域惯量辨识中频率最优测点选择困难和惯量估计误差较大等问题,提出了一种基于组合模型的风电高渗透电力系统区域惯量辨识方法。... 风电机组的大规模接入导致电力系统惯量明显下降,并对系统频率安全稳定造成威胁。针对风电高渗透电力系统区域惯量辨识中频率最优测点选择困难和惯量估计误差较大等问题,提出了一种基于组合模型的风电高渗透电力系统区域惯量辨识方法。首先,采用基于形状距离(shape-based distance,SBD)指标的K-shape聚类算法对频率响应曲线进行聚类,并确定各区域内频率动态响应曲线的最优测量路径。其次,结合最小二乘支持向量机(least squares support vector machine,LSSVM)和受控自回归滑动平均模型(autoregressive moving average with exogenous input,ARMAX)对不同风电渗透率下各区域惯量水平进行辨识,并与传统ARMAX模型的惯量辨识结果进行对比分析。最后,通过改进的IEEE10机39节点系统对所提方法的有效性进行仿真验证。结果表明,所提方法有效提高了区域和全系统惯量辨识精度。 展开更多
