As the plasma current power in tokamak devices increases,a significant number of stray magnetic fields are generated around the equipment.These stray magnetic fields can disrupt the operation of electronic power devices,particularly transformers in switched-mode power supplies.Testing flyback converters with transformers under strong background magnetic fields highlights electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)issues for such switched-mode power supplies.This study utilizes finite element analysis software to simulate the electromagnetic environment of switched-mode power supply transformers and investigates the impact of variations in different magnetic field parameters on the performance of switched-mode power supplies under strong stray magnetic fields.The findings indicate that EMC issues are associated with transformer core saturation and can be alleviated through appropriate configurations of the core size,air gap,fillet radius,and installation direction.This study offers novel solutions for addressing EMC issues in high magnetic field environments. 展开更多

The forthcoming European Higher Education Area has implied an important change in the teaching/learning process:it is necessary to get students more involved as well as to promote their independence and active participation.Furthermore,Information and Communication Technology is progressively including greater spaces in human beings’life,as economics,arts,engineering and education,among others fields.Therefore,a web tool,based on a content management system,has been developed to teach the Power Electronics subject.Moreover,the use of these multimedia tools makes it possible to encourage students’independence.This developed educational software is necessary as an important resource in the students’teaching/learning process.Therefore,the importance of evaluation models increases in as much as the application of these instruments allows its effective evaluation.It offers a greater guarantee of its use in these environments from the students’point of view.An evaluation process,by means of several surveys for students and lecturers,is used in order to evaluate the quality of these multimedia interactive tools.The results demonstrate that the use of this web tool increases students’motivation significantly. 展开更多

Key routes for implementing full electromagnetic transient simulation of large-power systems are described in this paper, and a top framework is designed. A combination of the new large time step algorithm and the traditional small-time step algorithm is proposed where both parts A and B are calculated independently. The method for integrating the Norton equivalence of the power electronic system to the entire power grid is proposed. A two-level gird division structure is proposed, which executes a multi-rate parallel calculation among subsystems and element parallel calculation in each subsystem. The initialization method of combining load flow derivation and automatic trial-and-error launching is introduced. The feasibility of the method is demonstrated through a practical power grid example, which lays a foundation for further research. 展开更多

To accurately predict the fatigue life of a power device, a fatigue life evaluation method that is based on the power cycle is presented in terms of an algorithm based on a combination of electrical analysis, heat analysis, and stress analysis. In literature, the fatigue life of power devices has been evaluated on the basis of the thermal cycle. This cycle is alternately repeated within a range from a high temperature to a low temperature. In an actual operating environment, however, a power device works in a power cycle that consists of being switched ON and OFF. To accurately predict the fatigue life cycle of a device, then, the evaluation should take account of this important aspect of the power cycle. To verify the utility of the evaluation method presented in this study, the results for a power cycle based on the combined use of electrical analysis, heat analysis, and stress analysis are compared to the results based on the thermal cycle, as found in the literature. Our conclusion is that the fatigue life cycle as estimated by the thermal cycle test is higher than that estimated by the power cycle. 展开更多

With the development of society,the power system plays an important role in the global energy structure.However,facing increasing energy demand and environmental pressure,improving power system efficiency,reducing costs,and ensuring reliability and safety have become key issues.The Internet of Things(IoT)power electronics technology,as one of the research hotspots,integrates IoT and power electronics technology to achieve intelligent and optimized control of power systems through sensors,communication,and control technologies.In order to meet current and future needs,it is necessary to optimize the operation and management of power systems using IoT power electronics technology.By analyzing the application of Internet of Things power electronics technology and the optimal dispatch of power systems,support vector machine algorithms are used to analyze and process equipment data,and perform data monitoring and anomaly detection to promote energy waste reduction and energy saving,and then start from operation and maintenance respectively.Comparative simulation experiments were conducted in five aspects:efficiency,effectiveness of power load prediction and optimization control,effectiveness of intelligent monitoring,operating costs,and data security.The experimental results show that the operation and maintenance efficiency of the power system using IoT power electronics technology has been improved to only 18 h for equipment fault handling.The accuracy of load forecasting optimization control based on IoT power electronics technology reaches 94%.The fault detection accuracy of intelligent monitoring of power equipment based on the power electronics technology of the Internet of Things has reached 96%.At the same time,the Internet of Things power electronics technology was used to improve the power operation mode,so as to promote the monthly electricity sales revenue of 2.77 million RMB.In addition,the effectiveness of IoT power electronics technology in power data security management has reached 95%.In summary,IoT power electronics technology can improve the stability,reliability,and security of power systems,reduce costs,improve efficiency and management level,and has broad application and promotion prospects. 展开更多

为提高无片外电容低压差线性稳压器(low-dropout linear regulator, LDO)的瞬态特性,设计优化负载检测电路和过冲/欠冲抑制电路,实现一种低功耗高瞬态特性的无片外电容LDO.负载检测电路通过高比例电流镜采样并跟随LDO负载电流的变化,自... 为提高无片外电容低压差线性稳压器(low-dropout linear regulator, LDO)的瞬态特性,设计优化负载检测电路和过冲/欠冲抑制电路,实现一种低功耗高瞬态特性的无片外电容LDO.负载检测电路通过高比例电流镜采样并跟随LDO负载电流的变化,自适应地改变误差放大器尾电流的大小以改进系统的带宽与摆率,从而提高LDO的瞬态响应速度.在输出电压发生过冲时,过冲抑制电路利用高通网络检测到功率管栅极电压的变化,为负载电流开启放电通路,降低其在输出级的变化量,从而抑制过冲;在输出电压发生欠冲时,欠冲抑制电路通过为功率管栅极驱动电流开启放电通路,快速提高功率管的输出电流,进而有效抑制欠冲.基于0.5μm CMOS工艺,完成电路设计与测试.结果表明,LDO的输入电压为2~5.5 V,输出电压为1.2 V;电路最大负载电流为150 mA,线性调整率为1.7×10^(-3);无负载时,静态电流小于6.16μA;负载电流在1~150 mA@1μs跳变时,欠冲和过冲电压均小于300 mV.该LDO具有功耗低、瞬态特性高等优势,可满足便携式电子设备的应用需求. 展开更多

新型电力系统的架构将极大地增加其运行和控制的难度和脆弱性.信息与通信技术(ICT)的高度集成有利于实现充分的信息共享,但也使得建立基于ICT的电力二次系统建模分析需求更为紧迫.本文首次提出实现信息共享和互联互通互操作准则的电力... 新型电力系统的架构将极大地增加其运行和控制的难度和脆弱性.信息与通信技术(ICT)的高度集成有利于实现充分的信息共享,但也使得建立基于ICT的电力二次系统建模分析需求更为紧迫.本文首次提出实现信息共享和互联互通互操作准则的电力二次系统仿真建模方法.以功能描述复杂的智能变电站二次系统为研究对象,首先提出契合智能电子设备(IED)互联互通需求的结构模型;然后,进一步提出带电力系统二次业务内置算法的IED功能模型,以及符合IEC 61850标准互操作需求的电力通信协议模型;其次,通过进程域的状态设计,实现节点域的IED功能以及网络域的IED之间数据交互.最后,以典型220 kV智能变电站的线路电流保护为例,关联电力一次系统运行状态仿真实现电力二次系统继电保护定值修改以及故障后保护动作全流程,验证了所提仿真模型的正确性. 展开更多
