In recent years, with the development of open-pit mining equipment and technology, the reliability of open-pit power generation has become more and more important. The quality of power supply must be improved to ensure the reliability of power supply for mining equipment and to reduce the impact of the power system on production. As an open-pit mining system: substation - airline - mine mobile substation - cable - open cabinet - electrical equipment, including voltage balance, fluctuations, voltage drop, harmonic, frequency and nonlinear loads of power grids and electrical equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to properly manage the power supply of each link, improve the quality of power supply, improve the regulation rate of mine equipment, and ensure the safety, stability, economy and reliability of the outdoor power supply system of mine. Power quality is a new issue in the power sector and we are still in the exploratory stage. This paper analyzes the power quality of open-pit coal mine production, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the power quality. 展开更多
