In this paper, we develop a series of power aggregation operators called simplified neutrosophic number power weighted averaging(SNNPWA) operator, simplified neutrosophic number power weighted geometric(SNNPWG) operator, simplified neutrosophic number power ordered weighted averaging(SNNPOWA) operator and simplified neutrosophic number power ordered weighted geometric(SNNPOWG) operator. We present some useful properties of the operators and discuss the relationships among them. Moreover, an approach to multiattribute group decision making(MAGDM) within the framework of SNSs is developed by the above aggregation operators.Finally, a practical application of the developed approach to deal with the problem of investment is given, and the result shows that our approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with uncertain decision making problems.展开更多

An iterative transmit power allocation (PA) algorithm was proposed for group-wise space-time block coding (G-STBC) systems with group-wise successive interference cancellation (GSIC) receivers. Group-wise interference...An iterative transmit power allocation (PA) algorithm was proposed for group-wise space-time block coding (G-STBC) systems with group-wise successive interference cancellation (GSIC) receivers. Group-wise interference suppression (GIS) filters are employed to separate each group's transmit signals from other interferences and noise. While the total power on all transmit symbols is constrained, all transmit PA coefficients are updated jointly according to the channel information at each iteration. Through PA, each detection symbol has the same post-detection signal to interference-and-noise ratio (SINR). The simulation results verify that the proposed PA algorithm converges at the equilibrium quickly after few iterations, and it achieves much lower bit error rates than the previous single symbol SIC PA and the fixed ratio PA algorithms for G-STBC systems with GSIC receivers .展开更多

The...An investigation is made of the magnetic Rayleigh problem where a semi_infinite plate is given an impulsive motion and thereafter moves with constant velocity in a non_Newtonian power law fluid of infinite extent. The solution of this highly non_linear problem is obtained by means of the transformation group theoretic approach. The one_parameter group transformation reduces the number of independent variables by one and the governing partial differential equation with the boundary conditions reduce to an ordinary differential equation with the appropriate boundary conditions. In this study,a novel series of chiral 1,2-propanediol derivatives with different electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and ~1H NMR.The helical twisting properti...In this study,a novel series of chiral 1,2-propanediol derivatives with different electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and ~1H NMR.The helical twisting properties of all the chiral dopants were investigated by doping the chiral dopants into a nematic liquid crystal host（SLC-1717）.The results indicate that the donor-acceptor electron effect have a prominent influence on helical twisting property of the chiral nematic phase induced by the chiral dopants. Introducing electron-withdrawing groups into the terminal ends of chiral 1,2-propanediol can decrease the absolute values of the helical twisting power.In addition,the helix inversion temperatures of the induced chiral nematic phase are variational with the change of terminal groups.展开更多

The class of generalized PST-groups is not subgroup and quotient group closed, and it properly contains the class of PST-groups. In this paper, the structure of generalized PST-groups is first investigated. Then, with its help, groups whose every subgroup （or every quotient group） is a generalized PST-group are deter- mined, and it is shown that such groups are precisely PST-groups.
