Methods: 64 patients of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were admitted from March 1,2021 to December 31, the same year. Nursing services were provided during the treatment, and the group was selected, routine nursing intervention reference group and body nursing intervention research group. Results: the degree of muscle soreness and visual function of the research group was ideal (P < 0.05), and the emotional state and survival quality were significantly improved (P < 0.05) after physical nursing. The research group conducted nursing intervention, and the patients were better than the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with pore-derived retinal detachment, posture care can promote the recovery of their visual function and help them relieve muscle soreness during bed stay, and the intervention effect can be expected.展开更多

Methods: 72 patients with retinal detachment treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into groups by single blind groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received combined postural nursing intervention to analyze the effect. Results: the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the perioperative period, patients with retinal detachment should pay attention to posture nursing intervention, reduce the occurrence of recurrent events, improve the mood of patients, which is beneficial to patients.展开更多
