One group was treated with the traditional anterolateral approach, and the other group was treated with modified anterolateral approach with proximal tibial locking compression plate. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. The operative time, the amount of blood loss and the knee score were compared between the two observation groups. The results showed that the treatment method of locking compression plate at the proximal tibia through the lateral approach had obvious effect. The treatment operation is more convenient, the treatment safety is higher. It can be popularized to the actual treatment.展开更多
