目的建立超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定预制菜中26种元素含量的方法,为准确测定其含量提供方法依据。方法优化超级微波的消解酸体系、消解温度和压力、溶液酸度,用ICP-MS的He碰撞模式(KED)检测,以有证标准物质考察...目的建立超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定预制菜中26种元素含量的方法,为准确测定其含量提供方法依据。方法优化超级微波的消解酸体系、消解温度和压力、溶液酸度,用ICP-MS的He碰撞模式(KED)检测,以有证标准物质考察其准确度和精密度。结果试样中加入3 mL HNO3+2 mL H2O的消解酸体系,220℃160 bar的消解温度压力下进行消解,消解后90℃赶酸1 h后定容测定,并以1%硝酸作为内标溶液酸度的消解条件效果最佳。通过菠菜、鸡肉和扇贝标准物质验证,26种元素在相应的含量范围内呈现良好线性关系(r≥0.9990),检测结果均在标准指定值范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)在5%以内(n=7)。结论该研究建立的ICP-MS法操作简单,灵敏度高,可同时准确、快速、高通量检测预制菜中的26种元素含量,为预制菜质量监管和食品安全国家标准研制提供依据。展开更多
