Methods: 67 cases of tumor patients were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2020. The two groups of patients were performed with immunohistochemical technique and routine detection. The immunohistochemical detection was taken as the study group and the routine detection as the control group. The diagnostic effect of the two groups was compared and the value of immunohistochemical technology was analyzed. Results: the detection effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the positive detection rate was significantly better than that of the control group, and the detection satisfaction score of the patients in the immunohistochemical technology examination was also significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: from the perspective of detection effect, the positive rate of immunohistochemistry is higher, and from the satisfaction of detection patients, patients have higher acceptance of immunohistochemical technology. Therefore, in tumor detection of patients, immunohistochemical technology should be used more.展开更多
