We used both original source texts and textual criticism to trace the original meaning of the phrases, "take the tender spot as the point" and "use the Ashi method." Linguistic theory informed our discussion of three similar terms and our analysis of them. We show that Ashi points are in theory similar to regular acupuncture points in terms of their definition and function. Furthermore, we can use the concept of "c/i-pathway (Qi./ie)" to expand our understanding of the clinical use of Ashi points. Ultimately, the main purpose of our research was to clarify that the classical Ashi point and modern, western concept of the trigger point are in fact quite similar. The two concepts have been described in different languages primarily due to cultural differences.展开更多
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy differences of regular acupuncture at empirical acupoints combined with join valley needling at ashi point compared with simple join valley needling at ashi point for scapulohume...Objective:To observe clinical efficacy differences of regular acupuncture at empirical acupoints combined with join valley needling at ashi point compared with simple join valley needling at ashi point for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:Sixty-four patients of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,32 cases in each one.Both groups underwent basic rehabilitation training.Patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at empirical acupoints combined with join valley needling at ashi point,while the patients of the control group were treated with simple join valley needling at ashi point.Both groups were all treated once a day,6 times a week.Patients were treated for one course which lasted for 4 weeks.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,the Constant-Murley score and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)are compared between the two groups before and after the treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after the treatment.Telephone investigation was applied as the followed-up after one month of the treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.5%(28/32),and that in the control group was 71.9%(23/32),and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS scores,Constant-Murley scores,and HAMA scores in the patients of the observation group were lower than those of the corresponding indicators in the patients of the control group respectively,and there were statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with simple join valley needling at ashi point,regular acupuncture at empirical acupoints combined with join valley needling at ashi point can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,attenuate pains,ease anxiety and improve daily life activities better.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture bloodletting therapy on local swelling and pain of snakebite in the patients bitten by snakes.Methods:A total of 106 patients with trimeresurus stej...Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture bloodletting therapy on local swelling and pain of snakebite in the patients bitten by snakes.Methods:A total of 106 patients with trimeresurus stejnegeri bite were randomly divided into two groups,a conventional treatment group and a conventional treatment combined with bloodletting therapy group,53 cases in each one.In the conventional treatment group,the convention treatment of western medicine was adopted.In the conventional treatment combined with bloodletting therapy group,on the base of the conventional treatment,bloodletting therapy was applied at Ashi points selected at the tender points around the wound.The intervention and observation were performed not less than 7 days in two groups.Before and after treatment,swelling and pain degrees were measured and remission time of both the limb swelling and pain were recorded in the patients.Results:Compared with the values on day 1 of treatment,swelling degree and visual analogue scale(VAS) score of the upper and lower limbs were all lower on day 3 and day 7 of treatment in the patients of the two groups(all P <0.05).Compared with the conventional treatment group,swelling degree and VAS score of the upper and lower limbs were all lower in the values of the conventional treatment combined with bloodletting therapy group on day 3 and day 7 of treatment respectively(all P <0.05).The remission time of either limb swelling or pain in the patients of the conventional treatment combined with bloodletting therapy group was shorter than the conventional treatment group respectively(both P <0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture bloodletting therapy can effectively relieve the local swelling and pain caused by snakebite,promote the recovery of limb function,shorten the treatment course and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.展开更多

A physically-based distributed model,Soil and Water Assessment Tool( SWAT),was used in this research,to quantitatively estimate the NPS load and analyze the temporal and spatial distributions of NPS pollution in Ashi River Basin. The results indicated that SWAT was suitable to simulate stream-flow and water quality in Ashi River Basin. Total Nitrogen which was contributed by NPS( NPS-TN) accounted for 32. 47%-62. 61%,and Total Phosphorus which was contributed by NPS( NPS-TP)accounted for 22. 30%- 57. 85% of the total load respectively. In inter-annual timescale,both NPS-TN and NPS-TP were influenced by stream-flow and fertilizer. However,when compared with fertilizer,NPS pollution was more directly affected by stream-flow. In annual timescale,NPS-TN and NPS-TP mainly occurred in flood season( from May to September). In the aspect of space,spatial differences of NPS-TN and NPS-TP were extremely significant. The spatial variations of NPS pollution were mainly influenced by land use,precipitation,soil and slope.展开更多

Based on the three-year landuse data( 2000,2005 and 2008),Arc GIS and Fragstat were used to analyze the landuse type and the change of landscape pattern. The relationships between landuse and non-point source-total nitrogen( NPS-TN) and nonpoint source-total phosphorus( NPS-TP) were discussed with the methods of spatially statistical analysis,landscape pattern analysis and principal component analysis. The study results conveyed that agricultural land and forestland,which accounted for over 92% of the study area,were the major landuse type of Ashi River Basin.Meanwhile,the NPS pollution had close connections with landuse type and landscape pattern. When it comes to landuse type,the export risks of NPS-TN and NPS-TP were agricultural land > urban land > grassland > forestland. As for landscape pattern,NPS-TN and NPS-TP were positively related to SHDI and SHEI, while negatively connected with LPI,AI and COHESION. Therefore,the study could reach the conclusion that the more fragmented and complicated the landscape patterns were,the more serious the NPS pollution was.展开更多
The strong connection between braids and knots provides valuable insights into studying the topological state and phase classification of various physical systems.The phenomenon of non-Hermitian(NH)two-and three-band ...The strong connection between braids and knots provides valuable insights into studying the topological state and phase classification of various physical systems.The phenomenon of non-Hermitian(NH)two-and three-band braiding has received widespread attention.However,a systematic exploration and visualization of non-Abelian braiding and the associated knot transformations in four-band systems remains unexplored.Here,we propose a theoretical model of NH four-band braiding,provide its phase diagram,and establish its trivial,Abelian,and non-Abelian braiding rules.Additionally,we report on special knots,such as the Hopf and Solomon links in braided knots,and reveal that their transformations are accompanied by and mediated through exceptional points.Our work provides a detailed case for studying NH multiband braiding and knot structures in four-band systems,which could offer insights for topological photonics and analog information processing applications.展开更多
Background:The medicinal material known as Os Draconis(Longgu)originates from fossilized remains of ancient mammals and is widely used in treating emotional and mental conditions.However,fossil resources are nonrenewa...Background:The medicinal material known as Os Draconis(Longgu)originates from fossilized remains of ancient mammals and is widely used in treating emotional and mental conditions.However,fossil resources are nonrenewable,and clinical demand is increasingly difficult to meet,leading to a proliferation of counterfeit products.During prolonged geological burial,static pressure from the surrounding strata severely compromises the microstructural integrity of osteons in Os Draconis,but Os Draconis still largely retains the structural features of mammalian bone.Methods:Using verified authentic Os Draconis samples over 10,000 years old as a baseline,this study summarizes the ultrastructural characteristics of genuine Os Draconis.Employing electron probe microanalysis and optical polarized light microscopy,we examined 28 batches of authentic Os Draconis and 31 batches of counterfeits to identify their ultrastructural differences.Key points for ultrastructural identification of Os Draconis were compiled,and a new identification approach was proposed based on these differences.Results:Authentic Os Draconis exhibited distinct ultrastructural markers:irregularly shaped osteons with traversing fissures,deformed/displaced Haversian canals,and secondary mineral infill(predominantly calcium carbonate).Counterfeits showed regular osteon arrangements,absent traversal fissures,and homogeneous hydroxyapatite composition.Lab-simulated samples lacked structural degradation features.EPMA confirmed calcium carbonate infill in fossilized Haversian canals,while elemental profiles differentiated lacunae types(void vs.mineral-packed).Conclusion:The study established ultrastructural criteria for authentic Os Draconis identification:osteon deformation,geological fissures penetrating bone units,and heterogenous mineral deposition.These features,unattainable in counterfeits or modern processed bones,provide a cost-effective,accurate identification method.This approach bridges gaps in TCM material standardization and supports quality control for clinical applications.展开更多

The success of robot-assisted pelvic fracture reduction surgery heavily relies on the accuracy of 3D/3D feature-based registration.This process involves extracting anatomical feature points from pre-operative 3D image...The success of robot-assisted pelvic fracture reduction surgery heavily relies on the accuracy of 3D/3D feature-based registration.This process involves extracting anatomical feature points from pre-operative 3D images which can be challenging because of the complex and variable structure of the pelvis.PointMLP_RegNet,a modified PointMLP,was introduced to address this issue.It retains the feature extraction module of PointMLP but replaces the classification layer with a regression layer to predict the coordinates of feature points instead of conducting regular classification.A flowchart for an automatic feature points extraction method was presented,and a series of experiments was conducted on a clinical pelvic dataset to confirm the accuracy and effectiveness of the method.PointMLP_RegNet extracted feature points more accurately,with 8 out of 10 points showing less than 4 mm errors and the remaining two less than 5 mm.Compared to PointNettt and PointNet,it exhibited higher accuracy,robustness and space efficiency.The proposed method will improve the accuracy of anatomical feature points extraction,enhance intra-operative registration precision and facilitate the widespread clinical application of robot-assisted pelvic fracture reduction.展开更多

针对菇房内杏鲍菇表型参数测量任务中,由于扫描设备视角受限,扫描的杏鲍菇点云出现残缺问题,基于AdaPoinTr(Adaptive geometry-aware point transformers)提出了改进的SwinPoinTr模型,实现了对残缺杏鲍菇点云的准确补全和杏鲍菇表型参...针对菇房内杏鲍菇表型参数测量任务中,由于扫描设备视角受限,扫描的杏鲍菇点云出现残缺问题,基于AdaPoinTr(Adaptive geometry-aware point transformers)提出了改进的SwinPoinTr模型,实现了对残缺杏鲍菇点云的准确补全和杏鲍菇表型参数的测量。该方法在使用提出的特征重塑模块的基础上,构建具有几何感知能力的层次化Transformer编码模块,提高了模型对输入点云的利用率和模型捕捉点云细节特征的能力。然后基于泊松重建方法完成了补全点云表面重建,并测量到杏鲍菇表型参数。实验结果表明,本文所提算法在残缺杏鲍菇点云补全任务中,模型倒角距离为1.316×10^(-4),地球移动距离为21.3282,F1分数为87.87%。在表型参数估测任务中,模型对杏鲍菇菌高、体积、表面积估测结果的决定系数分别为0.9582、0.9596、0.9605,均方根误差分别为4.4213 mm、10.8185 cm^(3)、7.5778 cm^(2)。结果证实了该研究方法可以有效地补全残缺的杏鲍菇点云,可以为菇房内杏鲍菇表型参数测量提供基础。展开更多

We explore the parity-time(PT)-symmetry breaking transition in a dimer circuit composed of two RLC resonators that are weakly coupled via an inductor.The energy behavior of this dimer circuit is reflected in the split...We explore the parity-time(PT)-symmetry breaking transition in a dimer circuit composed of two RLC resonators that are weakly coupled via an inductor.The energy behavior of this dimer circuit is reflected in the splitting or degeneracy of the systems eigenfrequencies as the gain–loss strength varies.Its dynamical properties can be described by a non-Hermitian Hamiltonian.The eigenfrequency spectrum of the system is divided by two critical points into three distinct regions:the symmetric region,the oscillatory growth region,and the fully exponential growth region.Building upon previous work on implementing the exceptional point(EP)in circuit systems,our study focuses on further exploring the variation patterns of circuit eigenfrequencies near the EP under weak coupling conditions.In addition,we construct a corresponding Dirac point(DP)circuit system for comparison.By leveraging the unique physical properties near both the EP and the DP,we further propose potential practical applications.Using perturbation theory and system simulations,we demonstrate that the square-root eigenfrequency splitting near the EP significantly enhances the sensitivity to small external perturbations,compared to the linear splitting behavior near the DP.This study presents promising prospects for next-generation sensing technologies.展开更多

文摘Background:The medicinal material known as Os Draconis(Longgu)originates from fossilized remains of ancient mammals and is widely used in treating emotional and mental conditions.However,fossil resources are nonrenewable,and clinical demand is increasingly difficult to meet,leading to a proliferation of counterfeit products.During prolonged geological burial,static pressure from the surrounding strata severely compromises the microstructural integrity of osteons in Os Draconis,but Os Draconis still largely retains the structural features of mammalian bone.Methods:Using verified authentic Os Draconis samples over 10,000 years old as a baseline,this study summarizes the ultrastructural characteristics of genuine Os Draconis.Employing electron probe microanalysis and optical polarized light microscopy,we examined 28 batches of authentic Os Draconis and 31 batches of counterfeits to identify their ultrastructural differences.Key points for ultrastructural identification of Os Draconis were compiled,and a new identification approach was proposed based on these differences.Results:Authentic Os Draconis exhibited distinct ultrastructural markers:irregularly shaped osteons with traversing fissures,deformed/displaced Haversian canals,and secondary mineral infill(predominantly calcium carbonate).Counterfeits showed regular osteon arrangements,absent traversal fissures,and homogeneous hydroxyapatite composition.Lab-simulated samples lacked structural degradation features.EPMA confirmed calcium carbonate infill in fossilized Haversian canals,while elemental profiles differentiated lacunae types(void vs.mineral-packed).Conclusion:The study established ultrastructural criteria for authentic Os Draconis identification:osteon deformation,geological fissures penetrating bone units,and heterogenous mineral deposition.These features,unattainable in counterfeits or modern processed bones,provide a cost-effective,accurate identification method.This approach bridges gaps in TCM material standardization and supports quality control for clinical applications.

文摘Highlights By conjugating the same anti-N monoclonal antibody(mAb4-mAb1)with colloidal gold or fluorescent microspheres,this study developed two rapid point-of-care antigen immunochromatographic strips for the detection of porcine deltacoronavirus.The fluorescent microsphere-based lateral flow test strip demonstrated a sensitivity of 10~(1.7)TCID_(50)/0.1 mL,which is fourfold higher than that of the colloidal gold-based assay.Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV)is a recently identified enteric coronavirus that causes an acute infectious disease in piglets,leading to diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration,and mortality(Hu et al.2015).

文摘The success of robot-assisted pelvic fracture reduction surgery heavily relies on the accuracy of 3D/3D feature-based registration.This process involves extracting anatomical feature points from pre-operative 3D images which can be challenging because of the complex and variable structure of the pelvis.PointMLP_RegNet,a modified PointMLP,was introduced to address this issue.It retains the feature extraction module of PointMLP but replaces the classification layer with a regression layer to predict the coordinates of feature points instead of conducting regular classification.A flowchart for an automatic feature points extraction method was presented,and a series of experiments was conducted on a clinical pelvic dataset to confirm the accuracy and effectiveness of the method.PointMLP_RegNet extracted feature points more accurately,with 8 out of 10 points showing less than 4 mm errors and the remaining two less than 5 mm.Compared to PointNettt and PointNet,it exhibited higher accuracy,robustness and space efficiency.The proposed method will improve the accuracy of anatomical feature points extraction,enhance intra-operative registration precision and facilitate the widespread clinical application of robot-assisted pelvic fracture reduction.

文摘We explore the parity-time(PT)-symmetry breaking transition in a dimer circuit composed of two RLC resonators that are weakly coupled via an inductor.The energy behavior of this dimer circuit is reflected in the splitting or degeneracy of the systems eigenfrequencies as the gain–loss strength varies.Its dynamical properties can be described by a non-Hermitian Hamiltonian.The eigenfrequency spectrum of the system is divided by two critical points into three distinct regions:the symmetric region,the oscillatory growth region,and the fully exponential growth region.Building upon previous work on implementing the exceptional point(EP)in circuit systems,our study focuses on further exploring the variation patterns of circuit eigenfrequencies near the EP under weak coupling conditions.In addition,we construct a corresponding Dirac point(DP)circuit system for comparison.By leveraging the unique physical properties near both the EP and the DP,we further propose potential practical applications.Using perturbation theory and system simulations,we demonstrate that the square-root eigenfrequency splitting near the EP significantly enhances the sensitivity to small external perturbations,compared to the linear splitting behavior near the DP.This study presents promising prospects for next-generation sensing technologies.
