The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach is adopted to study the steady and unsteady performances of the podded propulsor by the Fluent software package. While the interactions of the propeller blades with the pod and strut are time-dependent by nature, the mixing plane model is employed firstly to predict the steady performance, where the interactions are time-averaged. Numerical experiments are carried out with systematically varied mesh sizes to investigate the dependence of the predicted force values on the mesh sizes. Furthermore, the sliding mesh model is employed to simulate the unsteady interactions between the blades, pod and strut. Based on the numerical results, the characteristics of unsteady hydrodynamic forces are discussed, and the applicability of the mixing plane model is investigated for puller-type podded propulsor. 展开更多

A moving mesh method was used to more realistically simulate propulsor working conditions, and the thrust, torque, and lateral force coefficients of both propulsors were compared and analyzed. Forces acting on different parts of the propulsors along with the flow field distribution of steady and unsteady results at different advance coefficients were compared. Moreover, the change of the lateral force and the difference between the abovementioned two methods were mainly analyzed. It was shown that the thrust and torque results of both methods were similar, with the lateral force results having the highest deviation 展开更多

Experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the hydrodynamic performance of an L-type podded propulsor in straight-ahead motion and off-design conditions using an open-water measuring instrument developed by the authors for podded propulsors, a ship model towing tank, and under water particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurement systems. Under the three types of conditions, the main parameters of an L-type podded propulsor were measured, including the propeller thrust and torque, as well as the thrust, side force, and moment of the whole pod unit.In addition, the flow field on the section between the propeller and the strut was analyzed. Experimental results demonstrate that the dynamic azimuthing rate and direction and the turning direction affect the forces on the propeller and the whole pod unit. Forces are asymmetrically distributed between the left and right azimuthing directions because of the effect of propeller rotation. The findings of this study provide a foundation for further research on L-type podded propulsors. 展开更多

Blended-Wing-Body(BWB)aircraft have a relatively short fuselage and no horizontal tail,and they usually adopt podded engines and a V tail instead of a vertical tail.Generally,BWB aircraft have decreased longitudinal and directional static stability and damping.In this paper,the three-axis static and dynamic stability characteristics of an example BWB aircraft with podded engines are studied.According to the differences in flight characteristics of BWB aircraft and conventional aircraft,the different airworthiness requirements for BWB aircraft are analyzed:first,based on current airworthiness regulations and transport aircraft flying quality specification,the relaxation requirement of longitudinal static stability for BWB aircraft is studied;second,the influences of podded engines on longitudinal trim,attitude and trajectory responses and maximum directional control power requirement of BWB aircraft are analyzed;third,the changes in the proportional relationships between the takeoff characteristic speeds of the example BWB aircraft are analyzed.In view of these variations in directional control power requirement and relationships between takeoff characteristic speeds,new recommendations for airworthiness evaluation are proposed for BWB aircraft.The conclusions of this paper are helpful references for configuration design,flight control law design and airworthiness evaluation of BWB aircraft. 展开更多

Based on the model test of podded propulsor in straight forward motion, the paper presents the results of the effects of geometric parameters on the propulsive characteristics of podded propulsors in viscous flow. Three main geometrical parameters, i.e. pod diameter, strut distance from the propeller plane, and the maximum thickness of strut are studied with systematically varied geometry while the parameters of propeller blades are fixed. The RANS approach is adopted to study the steady perfomaance using the Huent software package. While the interactions of the propeller blades with the pod and strut are time-dependent by nature, the mixing plane model is employed to predict the steady perfomlance. In considera- tion of the complexity, the research does not deal with the effects of the combination of such three main parameters. 展开更多

During ice-breaking navigation, a massive amount of crushed ice blocks with different sizes is accumulated under the hull of an ice-going ship. This ice slides into the flow field in the forward side of the podded propulsor, affecting the surrounding flow field and aggravating the non-uniformity of the propeller wake. A pulsating load is formed on the propeller, which affects the hydrodynamic performance of the podded propulsor. To study the changes in the propeller hydrodynamic performance during the ice podded propulsor interaction, the overlapping grid technique is used to simulate the unsteady hydrodynamic performance of the podded propulsor at different propeller rotation angles and different ice block sizes. Hence, the hydrodynamic blade behavior during propeller rotation under the interaction between the ice and podded propulsor is discussed. The unsteady propeller loads and surrounding flow fields obtained for ice blocks with different sizes interacting with the podded propulsor are analyzed in detail. The variation in the hydrodynamic performance during the circular motion of a propeller and the influence of ice size variation on the propeller thrust and torque are determined. The calculation results have certain reference significance for experiment-based research, theoretical calculations and numerical simulation concerning ice podded propulsor interaction. 展开更多

A mathematical model of podded propulsors was established in order to investigate the influence of fins. The hydrodynamic performance of podded propulsors with and without fins was calculated, with interactions between propellers and pods and fins derived by iterative calculation. The differential equation based on velocity potential was adopted and hyperboloidal panels were used to avoid gaps between surface panels. The Newton-Raphson iterative procedure was used on the trailing edge to meet the pressure Kutta condition. The velocity distribution was calculated with the Yanagizawa method to eliminate the singularity caused by use of the numerical differential. Comparisons of the performance of podded propulsors with different fins showed that the thrust of propeller in a podded propulsor with fins is greater. The resistance of the pod is also reduced because of the thrust of the fin. The hydrodynamic performance of a podded propulsor with two fins is found to be best, the performance of a podded propulsor with one fin is not as good as two fins, and the performance of the common type is the worst. 展开更多

基于高光谱技术的红松种子过氧化物酶检测

[目的]过氧化物酶活性是评估红松种子质量的重要指标,对林业生产至关重要。为实现准确、快速、无损的红松种子POD活性值检测,采集600个红松种子的高光谱数据,利用特征选择与特征提取相融合的方法对高光谱数据进行处理,并结合深度学习算法构建检测模型。[方法]采用标准正态变量变换(Standard normal variate,SNV)方法对原始光谱进行预处理。分别用遗传算法(Genetic algorithm,GA)和深度稀疏自编码器(Deep sparse autoencoder,DSAE)对预处理后的光谱数据进行特征选择和提取,并利用GA对DSAE提取的不同层特征数据进行选择,得到不同特征集。建立偏最小二乘回归模型用于测试预处理及特征学习效果,对比分析确定最优特征集Full_GA+F4_GA。基于最优特征集,构建引入Inception模块的一维卷积神经网络(Inceptionone-dimensional-convolutional neural networks,Inception-1D-CNN)红松种子POD活性值检测模型,并与偏最小二乘回归、误差反向传播神经网络和长短期记忆模型进行对比。[结果]Inception-1D-CNN模型检测效果最好,测试集和训练集的相关系数分别为0.947 4和0.961 6,均方根误差分别为8.891 8和8.467 7。[结论]SNV-GADSAE-Inception-1D-CNN模型具有良好的估算精度和应用潜力,利用高光谱技术可以实现红松种子POD活性的检测。 展开更多

沙林杨(Populus deltoides var.‘Shalinyang’)是我国西北地区重要的生态经济型树种,兼具生态修复和抗虫特性。为研究沙林杨关键次级代谢产物过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)基因PdPOD响应光肩星天牛危害的分子机制,基于转录组测序数据,对P... 沙林杨(Populus deltoides var.‘Shalinyang’)是我国西北地区重要的生态经济型树种,兼具生态修复和抗虫特性。为研究沙林杨关键次级代谢产物过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)基因PdPOD响应光肩星天牛危害的分子机制,基于转录组测序数据,对PdPOD基因家族成员进行筛选和鉴定,并对其进行生物信息学分析;利用qRT-PCR分别检测健康和被光肩星天牛危害7、18和31 d的沙林杨韧皮部POD基因的表达量。结果表明,共鉴定出42个PdPOD基因家族成员,其开放阅读框为327~1134 bp;系统发育分析将其分为6个亚家族,不同亚家族成员在结构特征、启动子元件和表达模式上存在显著差异;保守基序及蛋白质结构域显示,42个成员均含植物过氧化物酶典型结构域。基于转录组数据对POD基因家族成员在虫害胁迫下的表达模式进行分析,发现有19个基因上调。qRT-PCR结果表明,PdPOD3、PdPOD31等基因在天牛危害后表达量显著上调,表明这些基因可能在沙林杨的抗虫防御反应中发挥重要作用。研究结果不仅为深入理解沙林杨中PdPOD基因家族的抗虫功能提供了理论基础,还为沙林杨抗性分子育种提供了潜在基因资源。 展开更多

为快速获取密闭空间内多组分气氛在年时间尺度下的演化规律,建立了物理化学边界作用下的气氛流动扩散模型,发展了一种基于本征正交分解(POD)的非侵入式模型降阶方法以提高参数分析效率。将氢化锂(LiH)壁面水解反应、有机材料吸释水等物... 为快速获取密闭空间内多组分气氛在年时间尺度下的演化规律,建立了物理化学边界作用下的气氛流动扩散模型,发展了一种基于本征正交分解(POD)的非侵入式模型降阶方法以提高参数分析效率。将氢化锂(LiH)壁面水解反应、有机材料吸释水等物理化学过程统一简化为质量通量边界条件引入到四组分(H2/O2/H2O/N2)气氛传质方程中,实现了密闭空间复杂条件下的多组分气氛长时演化模拟。采用POD方法从模拟数据中提取空间、时间相关模态及参数相关投影系数,结合K近邻(KNN)插值技术完成未知参数工况的气氛演化预测。预测结果表明,POD-KNN模型降阶方法可以充分捕捉到参数变化下的气氛演化动力学行为,其计算效率相较全阶模型计算提高近2500倍,为密闭空间多组分气氛长时演化的高效预测分析提供了有效工具。 展开更多

The region of fluid is divided into efficient calculation grids. The pressure and viscous force of blades, pod and strut are obtained as functions of an advance coefficient. The steady result is used as a base in the unsteady simulation to obtain a solution more quickly. The distributions of the thrust and torque fluctuations of the key blade in one revolution are obtained. The c^lculation results from the mixing plane on steady conditions are compared with those obtained from the sliding mesh model on unsteady conditions. The User-Defined Function (UDF) method is used to simulate the influence of ship hull on the non-uniform wake of the propeller. 展开更多

为实现复杂汽轮机叶片流域的快速计算,针对汽轮机高温段变反动度叶片流场,提出了一种基于符号回归的本征正交分解-降阶模型(Proper Orthogonal Decomposition-Reduced Order Model, POD-ROM)方法。通过ANSYS CFX软件进行高保真全阶仿真... 为实现复杂汽轮机叶片流域的快速计算,针对汽轮机高温段变反动度叶片流场,提出了一种基于符号回归的本征正交分解-降阶模型(Proper Orthogonal Decomposition-Reduced Order Model, POD-ROM)方法。通过ANSYS CFX软件进行高保真全阶仿真获取叶片流场快照数据,利用POD分解提取主要能量模态,并将全阶流场投影至模态空间以获得模态系数。结合符号回归方法建立了边界参数与模态系数之间的非线性映射,实现了对叶片流场的高效预测。结果表明,该方法基于二范数的相对误差(L_(2)相对误差)低于1%,计算效率相比商业有限元软件提升约5.18×10^(6)倍,在精度与速度之间取得了良好平衡,具有较高的工程应用潜力。 展开更多

为探究不同进料浓度对垂直水力输送中颗粒动力学特性的影响,采用粒子图像测速技术(particle image velocimetry,PIV)与电阻层析成像技术(electrical resistance tomography,ERT)分析了颗粒速度与局部浓度分布,通过本征正交分解(proper o... 为探究不同进料浓度对垂直水力输送中颗粒动力学特性的影响,采用粒子图像测速技术(particle image velocimetry,PIV)与电阻层析成像技术(electrical resistance tomography,ERT)分析了颗粒速度与局部浓度分布,通过本征正交分解(proper orthogonal decomposition,POD)和连续小波变换(continuous wavelet transform,CWT)深入研究了颗粒脉动速度,以揭示进料浓度变化下的颗粒运动机制.结果表明:随着进料浓度增加,颗粒轴向速度降低,而局部浓度、系统压力及颗粒脉动能量均升高;对颗粒脉动速度的POD分析表明,POD各阶模态的能量贡献随模态阶数和进料浓度增加而递减.进料浓度越高,颗粒小尺度运动越强烈,导致颗粒速度脉动能量相对升高.功率谱峰值随进料浓度增大向低频区集中,高颗粒浓度区域形成准周期性颗粒流;此外,随着进料浓度与POD模态阶数的增加,颗粒脉动速度分布与高斯分布的偏离程度显著增大. 展开更多

ClaDREB14 enhances the salt tolerance of watermelon by positively regulating the expression of ClaPOD6

Watermelon(Citrullus lanatus) is sensitive to salt stress. For breeding applications, it is of great significance to explore the genetic mechanism underlying salt tolerance in watermelon by analyzing the dehydration responsive element-binding(DREB) factor family members.However, they are rarely studied in watermelon. In this study, we identified ClaDREB gene family members in watermelon based on whole genome data;analyzed the physicochemical properties, evolution, and phylogeny;and studied their expression patterns under salt stress in two watermelon varieties with varying salt tolerance. In total, 57 DREB family members were identified in watermelon, and most of them were located in the nucleus. ClaDREBs were divided into six subgroups Ⅰ-Ⅵ. The promoter region of ClaDREBs from subgroup Ⅱ contained many defense-related and stress responsive elements. Among them, ClaDREB14 was significantly upregulated by salt stress and exhibited differential expression in salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties. Moreover, overexpression of ClaDREB14 in watermelon roots significantly improved the salt tolerance of transgenic plants;mainly, it significantly increased the activities of POD, SOD, and CAT and significantly reduced MDA content.However, the results from gene-edited watermelon roots obtained using CRISPR/Cas9 vectors showed the opposite trend. Furthermore, we demonstrated that ClaDREB14 directly binds to the cis-acting element ACCGAC in the promoter region of ClaPOD6 and promotes its expression.Therefore, ClaDREB14 may enhance salt tolerance by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes in watermelon roots. This study provided valuable information on the DREB gene family in watermelon and laid the foundation for future functional validation and genetic engineering applications. 展开更多

本研究旨在分析茶果的化学成分,及与茶叶发酵相关的多酚氧化酶(PPO)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性以探究其在红茶发酵中的潜在作用,为茶果促进红茶的发酵研究奠定基础。选取天府红1号、中茶302,于5月采摘新鲜的幼嫩茶果与茶鲜叶,比较茶果和鲜... 本研究旨在分析茶果的化学成分,及与茶叶发酵相关的多酚氧化酶(PPO)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性以探究其在红茶发酵中的潜在作用,为茶果促进红茶的发酵研究奠定基础。选取天府红1号、中茶302,于5月采摘新鲜的幼嫩茶果与茶鲜叶,比较茶果和鲜叶中的水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱和儿茶素组分含量,与其多酚氧化酶(PPO)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性,探究它们在化学成分和影响茶叶发酵的两种主要酶活性方面的差异,并评估这些差异对红茶发酵过程的潜在影响。实验结果显示,茶果具有与茶鲜叶类似的生化成分组成,其中天府红1号茶果水浸出物含量为50.31%,茶多酚含量为27.82%,游离氨基酸含量为4.03%,咖啡碱含量为2.62%,中茶302茶果水浸出物含量为49.44%,茶多酚含量为28.73%,游离氨基酸含量为4.76%,咖啡碱含量为3.09%,与鲜叶相近,茶果的儿茶素组分L-EGC占比平均高于鲜叶60%以上,茶果的PPO、POD活性平均高于鲜叶70%、50%,说明茶果在发酵中更容易积累茶黄素,提高制茶品质,因此理论上将茶果添加于红茶发酵中可以促进红茶的发酵,提高其品质。 展开更多

Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)exhibits an unusually asynchronous reproductive cycle,in which flowering,peg penetration,pod development,and seed filling occur over an extended period.This results in the simultaneous presence of immature and preharvest sprouted(PHS)pods on the same plant a dual challenge that undermines yield,compromises seed quality,and complicates postharvest management.Immature pods reduce harvest efficiency,while PHS diminishes flavor,uniformity,and storage stability.Both genetic and environmental determinants ranging from temporal variation in peg initiation and hormonal gradients to microenvironmental heterogeneity and differential seed dormancy shape this variability.However,despite advances in pod biology,systematic field-based quantification of intra-plant temporal variation,genotype×environment interactions,and localized microclimatic influences remains limited.This review aims to synthesize current understanding of within-plant variability in pod maturation and PHS in peanut,to elucidate critical knowledge gaps at physiological and field scales,and to evaluate emerging strategies for mitigation.Particular emphasis is given for underexplored interface between physiological mechanisms and field-scale dynamics.Emerging innovations including hyperspectral imaging,soil and canopy moisture sensing,and molecular markers offer promising avenues for precise monitoring of pod maturity and early detection of PHS risk.Integrating these tools with targeted breeding strategies for synchronous flowering,enhanced dormancy,and late-season stress resilience,alongside adaptive agronomic practices such as optimized sowing,irrigation scheduling,nutrient management,and harvest timing,could substantially reduce yield and quality losses.Future progress will depend on bridging molecular insights with predictive models that capture mixed maturity and sprouting risk under variable environments. 展开更多

Pod shattering,while a natural mechanism for seed dispersal,is an undesirable agronomic trait in rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)that complicates mechanical harvesting.It typically causes yield losses of 5%-15%,which can be further worsened under dry and hot conditions.As most of the modern rapeseed cultivars remain susceptible to shattering,enhancing pod shattering resistance(PSR)is important to safeguard global rapeseed production.Significant progresses have been made in elucidating the molecular and genetic mechanisms of silique dehiscence in the model plant Arabidopsis and pod shattering in rapeseed.This review firstly summarizes the genetic network controlling silique dehiscence in Arabidopsis,which is largely conserved in closely related Brassica species.We then synthesize discoveries from both forward and reverse genetic studies in rapeseed.Finally,the major challenges and future prospects in PSR research and breeding are discussed in depth. 展开更多

The unsteady sheet cavitation of podded propeller was predicted by using a surface panel method. The interaction between propeller and pod was treated with the iterative calculation of induced velocity potential, and the method of induced velocity potential can save a great deal of storage and computation time compared to the method of induced velocity. The induced velocity potential of unit singularity on every pod panel to every key blade panel and of unit singularity on every key blade panel and its wake panel to every pod panel were calculated when the key blade is at every angle position. Based on the wake model of the conventional single propeller, a new wake model of podded propeller was constructed. The propeller is analyzed only on the key blade in order to save computation time and memory space. The method can be used to calculate the hydrodynamics performance and cavitation of propeller in uniform and non-uniform inflows. It can give the unsteady force and cavitation shape of propeller. The propeller cavitation range determined by the present method agrees with the observation results of cavity image given in cavitation tunnel well, and this proves the practicability of the method. 展开更多

随着数字化电力系统的不断发展,对高价值电力装备数字孪生模型的研究成为热点。为满足计算的时效性,通常采用模型降阶的方法,其中本征正交分解法(proper orthogonal decomposition,POD)是最为常用的方法之一。传统的POD方法在构造快照... 随着数字化电力系统的不断发展,对高价值电力装备数字孪生模型的研究成为热点。为满足计算的时效性,通常采用模型降阶的方法,其中本征正交分解法(proper orthogonal decomposition,POD)是最为常用的方法之一。传统的POD方法在构造快照时无法高效提取网格节点信息,造成大的计算量、存储资源浪费。为此,该文提出基于场量梯度的快照分区POD降阶计算方法,以快照中各节点场量梯度为依据对计算域进行分区处理,通过对不同分区的节点数量进行不同程度的缩减,实现了高效的POD降阶计算。以换流变阀侧套管极性反转电场作为算例,对该文提出分区降阶方法的可行性及高效性进行了验证。研究结果显示:相较于有限元方法,计算时间缩短97.1%,同时相较于传统的POD方法,其快照中节点数量减少95.2%,节约存储资源91.7%。同时,分区降阶计算的准确率高,平均误差仅为0.80%,实现了对阀侧套管极性反转电场的高效计算。 展开更多
