The mark radar images of disturbance of slight, middle, and strong were obtained. However, regarding the unexpected deepwater complexity, the traditional pipeline laying techniques have to confront many new challenges arisen from the increase of the water depth, diameter of the pipe and the welding difficuhy, all of which should be modified and/or innovated based on the existed mature experiences. The purpose of this investigation is to outline the existing and new engineering laying techniques and the associated facilities, which can provide some significant information to the related research. In the context, the latest deepwater pipeline laying technology and pipe laying barges of the renowned companies from Switzerland, Norway, Italy etc., are introduced and the corresponding comparison and discussion are presented as well.展开更多

Laying pipe curve design method based on w...Laying head is a high-precision engineering device in hot-rolled high speed wire rod production line. Previously research works are focused on the laying pipe wear-resisting. Laying pipe curve design method based on wire rod kinematics and dynamics analyses are not reported before. In order to design and manufacture the laying pipe, the motion and force process of the wire rod in the laying pipe should be studied. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed to investigate the force modeling for hot-rolled wire rod in laying pipe. An idea of limited element method is used to analysis and calculates the forces between laying pipe inner surface and wire rod. The design requirements of laying pipe curve for manufacturing are discussed. The kinematics and dynamics modeling for numerical calculation are built. A laying pipe curve equation is proposed by discussing design boundary conditions. Numerical results with di erent laying pipe curves design parameters are plotted and compared. The proposed approach performs good result which can be applied for laying pipe curve design and analysis for engineering application.展开更多

The development of urban gas is not only the need of urban development, but also a measure for benefit the people to save energy consumption, protect urban environment and improve people's living standard. At the end of 2017, the relevant national departments jointly issued the Plan for Clean Heating in Winter in Northern China (2017-2021), aims to improve the cleanliness of heating in northern China, reduce atmospheric pollution emissions. The "rural coal to gas" project has bamboo shoots after a spring rain and like a raging fire. The gas project settlement is the basis of financial payment for the project price, and the quality and level of audit is particularly important. In this paper, the practical problems in the work were analyzed in detail, and the solution and methods were proposed.展开更多
