Polycrystalline La0.67Ba0.33MnO3 bulk samples were annealed in flowing 95%Ar:5%H2 (AH) mixed gas at 973 K for different time respectively. The influence of the annealing time on the current-voltage properties was systematically investigated. Linear current-voltage characteristics were observed in the as-prepared and the 10 h annealed samples, and nonlinear current-voltage characteristics was found in the 100 h annealed sample. At the same time, segregation of impurity phase and micro-cracks were found on the surfaces of the 100 h annealed samples, which was testified to be Ba ion impurity. Analysis showed that the changes of electronic properties were caused by barium ion im-purities and micro-cracks in the 100 h annealed sample. 展开更多

Powder in tube process(PIT) was adopted for the fabrication of single filament Bi-2223 tapes, and a heat treatment process including the first heat treatment(HT1), intermediate rolling(IR), and second heat treatment(HT2) was performed. The phase evolution mechanism and microstructure changes during these heat treatment processes were systematically discussed. The influences of HT1 parameters on the phase evolution process of Bi-2223 tapes were discussed. With the optimized HT1 process, a proper Bi-2223 content of about 90% was achieved. HT2 process was also optimized by adding a post annealing process. An obvious increase of current capacity was obtained due to the enhancement of intergrain connections. Single filament Bi-2223 tapes with the critical current of Ic-90 A were fabricated with the optimized sintering process. 展开更多

The synthetic making test has been widely used in evaluating the break ability of high-voltage circuit breaker. However, the test research and application are still inadequate, especially in the condition of rated voltage. According to the realistic conditions of test stations in China, a control device based on pre-arcing current detection and phase control is proposed in this paper. A sample of the control device made up of DSP TMS320LF2407A is fabricated, in which the CPLD MAX7064 is used to transmit signals for EMC design. It can be applied in full voltage synthetic making test at a level of 126kV/63kA. The test results show that, it is accurate to control the making phase of the applied voltage, whether the closing is demanded at voltage peak or zero. 展开更多

The current–phase relations of a ring-trapped Bose–Einstein condensate interrupted by a rotating rectangular barrier are extensively investigated with an analytical solution. A current–phase diagram, single and multi-valued relation, is presented with a rescaled barrier height and width. Our results show that the finite size makes the current–phase relation deviate a little bit from the cosine form for the soliton solution in the limit of a vanishing barrier, and the periodic boundary condition selects only the plane wave solution in the case of high barrier. The reason for multi-valued current–phase relation is given by investigating the behavior of soliton solution. 展开更多

According to the characteristics of single-phase circuits and demand of using active filter for real-time detecting harmonic and reactive currents, a detecting method based on Fryze's power definition is proposed. The results of theoretical analysis and simula- tion show that the proposed method is effective in realtime detecting of instantaneous harmonic and reactive currents in single-phase circuits. When only detecting the total reactive currents, this method does not need a phase-locked loop circuit, and it also can be used in some special applications to provide different compensations on the ground of different requirements of electric network. Compared with the other methods based on the theory of instantaneous reactive power, this method is simple and easy to realize. 展开更多

水疗联合经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍的疗效观察

目的观察水疗联合经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选取102例脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组(tDCS)和观察组(tDCS+水疗)各51例。比较两组临床疗效、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]... 目的观察水疗联合经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选取102例脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组(tDCS)和观察组(tDCS+水疗)各51例。比较两组临床疗效、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]、上肢功能[简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)上肢部分]、表面肌电图[表面肌电均方根值(RMS)]及生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)评估生活质量]。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FMA、MBI评分、RMS、SF-36各项评分升高,且观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者采用水疗联合tDCS治疗,可有效提升整体疗效,改善上肢运动功能与日常生活能力,并显著提高生活质量。 展开更多

【目的】观察分期针刺联合双侧经颅直流电交替刺激治疗脑卒中后口咽期吞咽障碍的临床疗效。【方法】选取2023年6月至2024年6月于陕西省康复医院神经康复病区收治的60例明确诊断为脑卒中后口咽期吞咽障碍的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字... 【目的】观察分期针刺联合双侧经颅直流电交替刺激治疗脑卒中后口咽期吞咽障碍的临床疗效。【方法】选取2023年6月至2024年6月于陕西省康复医院神经康复病区收治的60例明确诊断为脑卒中后口咽期吞咽障碍的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。2组患者均给予常规吞咽功能训练。对照组给予双侧经颅直流电交替刺激治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予分期针刺治疗。共治疗4周。治疗1个月后,评价2组临床疗效。观察2组患者治疗前后洼田饮水试验分级评分(WST)和电视透视吞咽功能评分(VFSS)的变化情况,以及功能性经口摄食量表评分(FOIS)和吞咽障碍生活质量评分(SWAL-QOL)的情况。比较2组患者治疗前后表面肌电图(sEMG)舌骨肌群波幅及吞咽时间的变化情况。并评价2组的安全性及并发症的发生情况。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者WST、VFSS评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善WST、VFSS评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者FOIS、SWAL-QOL评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善FOIS、SWAL-QOL评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的sEMG波幅及吞咽时间均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善sEMG波幅及吞咽时间方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组并发症发生率为16.67%(5/30),对照组为30.00%(9/30)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)观察组总有效率为93.34%(28/30),对照组为76.67%(23/30)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】分期针刺联合双侧经颅直流电交替刺激治疗脑卒中后口咽期吞咽障碍患者,能显著改善患者的吞咽功能,从而提高患者的生活质量,降低并发症的发生率,疗效显著。 展开更多

The current follow technology is used to make perfect current matching characteristics, and the two differential inverters are implanted to increase the speed of charge pump and decrease output spur due to theory of low voltage difference signal. Simulation results, with 1st silicon 0. 25μm 2. 5 V complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) mixed-signal process, show the good current matching characteristics regardless of the charge pump output voltages. 展开更多

The influence of arc current and pressure on the non-chemical equilibrium (non-CE) air arc behavior of a nozzle structure was investigated based on the self-consistent non-chemical equilibrium model. The arc behavior during both the arc burning and arc decay phases were discussed at different currents and different pressures. We also devised the concept of a non- equilibrium parameter for a better understanding of non-CE effects. During the arc burning phase, the increasing current leads to a decrease of the non-equilibrium parameter of the particles in the arc core, while the increasing pressure leads to an increase of the non-equilibrium parameter of the particles in the arc core. During the arc decay phase, the non-CE effect will decrease by increasing the arc burning current and the nozzle pressure. Three factors together-- convection, diffusion and chemical reactions--influence non-CE behavior. 展开更多

The spark plasma sintering(SPS) method was used to study the mechanism of reaction interface between Zr and Ti3AlC2 with electric current going through it. It was found that electric current greatly reduced the bonding temperature of Zr and Ti3AlC2. By the micro-structure analysis of the interface through SEM/EDS, it was found that Al atoms diffused from the Ti3AlC2 substrate into the Zr side and reacted with Zr to form the Zr-Al compounds at the interface, which is the strengthening mechanism of Ti3AlC2-Zr bonding. The thickness of reaction layers(Zr-Al alloy) was from 0.879 to 13.945 mm depending on different sintering condition. Current direction, heating rate, soaking time, pulse patterns all influenced the diffusion of Al atoms which affected the joining quality of Zr and Ti3AlC2. 展开更多

为了降低无位置传感器永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的复杂程度和成本,采用单电流传感器直流母线电流采样法对三相电流进行重构,并采用脉冲移位法减少电流重构盲区。针对脉冲移位引入的三相电流畸变、谐波增加以及影响滑模观测器估计转子位... 为了降低无位置传感器永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的复杂程度和成本,采用单电流传感器直流母线电流采样法对三相电流进行重构,并采用脉冲移位法减少电流重构盲区。针对脉冲移位引入的三相电流畸变、谐波增加以及影响滑模观测器估计转子位置角的问题,提出了改进型脉冲移位法。该改进方法通过插入补偿矢量的方式恢复了驱动信号的对称状态,降低了脉冲移位对相电流的影响。通过仿真和实验验证了改进方法的可行性与有效性。结果表明所提出的改进型脉冲移位法可改善相电流波形并提高滑模观测器对转子位置角的观测精度,相电流总谐波失真率由使用一般脉冲移位法的12.53%降低至6.21%,而转子位置角观测最大误差由0.08 rad减小至0.01 rad,有效提高了控制系统可靠性。 展开更多

高压直流输电系统在发生直流线路故障时,采用移相重启策略,通过控制整流器移相,快速抑制故障电流,经去游离时间后,解除移相,重启高压直流输电系统。但是,移相重启时,整流器和逆变器都不再消耗无功功率,换流站的交流滤波器将向交流系统... 高压直流输电系统在发生直流线路故障时,采用移相重启策略,通过控制整流器移相,快速抑制故障电流,经去游离时间后,解除移相,重启高压直流输电系统。但是,移相重启时,整流器和逆变器都不再消耗无功功率,换流站的交流滤波器将向交流系统提供盈余的无功功率,易导致交流系统过电压;对于对称单极拓扑结构,还将导致非故障线路不能传输有功功率,从而对交流系统产生很大的有功功率冲击。该文提出了直流线路故障穿越重启策略,在直流线路故障时,通过控制故障两端的整流器和逆变器的直流电流相等,在控制故障点电流为零的同时,直流电流穿越故障,继续维持无功功率消耗,避免交流系统产生过电压;对于对称单极拓扑结构,还可以利用故障极续流,继续输送部分有功功率。 展开更多

The total electric field(TEF) at ground level induced by high-voltage direct current(HVDC) overhead transmission lines is one of the important indexes for evaluating the lines' electromagnetic environment.Based on analyzing the existing TEF sensors and the measurement principle of ion-current density,the influence from ions on TEF measurements is quantitively studied.The results show that the ions generated by the corona from a HVDC transmission line in operation cause errors in the measurement of TEF.This error is determined through analyzing the component of total measuring current on the filed mill's sensing electrode: if no appropriate approach taken,the maximum measurement error reaches up to 4.3%.Furthermore,a method that can eliminate such error,and hence improve the accuracy of TEF sensors is designed. 展开更多

This article is continuation of the already research, results of calculations of existence region of the impedance module of an oscillatory contour are for the first time given in it and phase charts are provided. Two models of an oscillatory contour are considered. Existence region of the module of an impedance are essentially different for the considered models. Phase charts of an impedance are calculated depending on relative frequency. Results of research can be used in the electrician and the electronic engineer and manual for profound studying of electrical equipment. 展开更多
