Considering the antiviral drugs can act on the fusion,reverse transcription,and budding stages of HIV infected cells,in this paper,we formulate a two-periodic delay heterogeneous space diffusion HIV model with three-stage infection process to study the effects of periodic antiviral treatment and spatial heterogeneity on HIV infection process.We first study the well-posedness of the full system and then derive the basic reproduction number R_(0),which is defined as the spectral radius of the next generation operator.We further prove that R_(0) is a threshold for the elimination and persistence of HIV infection by comparison principle and persistence theory for non-autonomous system.In the spatial homogeneous case,the explicit expression of R_(0) is derived and the global attractivity of the positive steady state is proved by using the fluctuation method.Some numerical simulations are conducted to illustrate the theoretical results and our works suggest that both spatial heterogeneity and periodic delays caused by periodic antiviral therapy have a remarkable impact on the progression of HIV infection and should not be overlooked in clinical treatment process. 展开更多

In digital signal pro... The ranging accuracy of a pseudo-noise ranging system is mainly decided by range jitter and time delay discrimination. Many factors can affect the ranging accuracy, one of which is the chip rate. In digital signal processing, the time delay discrimination and autocorrelation function of sampled ranging sequences of different chip rates are very different. An approximation simulation model is established according to an in-phase quadrature (I/Q) correlator which is used to evaluate the time delay. Simulation results of the range jitter and time delay discrimination show that the chip rate which provides a non-integer sample-to-chip rate ratio can achieve a higher ranging accuracy, and some test results validate the simulation model. In some design missions, the simulation results may help to select an optimum sample-to-chip rate ratio to satisfy the design requirement on the ranging accuracy. 展开更多

In this study,the multi-objective intelligent optimization of the crevice structure in a rapid compression machine(RCM)is carried out based on the RCM simulation model modified with the KIVA-3V program.A multi-objective optimization simulation model of the crevice structure based on the large eddy simulation model coupled with the genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅲis established.Six optimization parameters and seven optimization objectives are selected in the optimization process.The results show that the genetic algorithm can quickly find the values of the optimized parameters.The crevice volume ratio shows a trade-off relationship with the dimensionless temperature ratio T_(max)/T_(aver)and the tumble ratio.A larger crevice volume can reduce the flow of boundary layer cryogenic gas into the combustion chamber,thus improving the temperature uniformity.In addition,the crevice entrance width and the connecting channel length should be smaller,while the volume of the crevice main chamber should be larger,so as to sufficiently introduce the low-temperature gas of the boundary layer into the crevice and reduce their influence on the temperature field of the combustion chamber.When the crevice volume accounts for10%of the total volume,the temperature uniformity of the combustor is significantly enhanced,and when the crevice volume accounts for 30.4%,there is almost no low-temperature vortex in the combustion chamber. 展开更多
