Two reviewers independently retrieved and extracted the information. Software Review Manager 5.3 was used for statistics analysis.RESULTS: Fourteen studies involving 1621 patients were identified. Compared with conventional therapy alone or conventional therapy plus other Traditional Chinese Injections(TCMIs), PTI plus conventional therapy significantly improved clinical efficacy [odds ratio(OR) = 3.56, 95% confidence interval(CI)(2.65, 4.77)](based on 14 studies), electrocardiograph efficacy [OR = 3.20, 95% CI(2.26, 4.51)](based on 7 studies), and efficacy for Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes [OR = 3.13, 95% CI(1.43, 6.89)](based on 3 studies). Moreover, compared with conventional therapy alone or conventional therapy plus other TCMIs, PTI plus conventional therapy significantly decreased the levels of plasma viscosity [mean difference(MD) =- 0.47,95% CI(-0.76,-0.17)](based on 3 studies), and plasma low-density lipoprotein [MD =-0.94, 95%CI(-1.57,-0.30)](based on 3 studies). Eleven studies reported some mild adverse reactions, and no seriousadversedrugreactionswereobserved.CONCLUSION: PTI was found to be effective and safe for the treatment of angina pectoris. This study had certain limitations; thus, more rigorously designed, multi-center, randomized controlled trials in larger populations should be performed to support this observation.展开更多

[Methods] Using the HPLC method, the determination was performed on XSelect~® HSS T3-C_(18) column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid solution(gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. The sample size was 10 μL. With peak of hesperidin as the reference, HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride were determined. The similarity of the 10 batches of samples was evaluated by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM(2012 edition) to determine the common peaks. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed by using SPSS 17.0 statistical software. [Results] The HPLC fingerprints of the 10 batches of medicinal materials had total 11 common peaks, and the similarity was 0.919-1.000, indicating that the chemical composition of the 10 batches of medicinal materials was consistent. There were 11 common components in the 10 batches of medicinal materials, but their contents were different. When the Euclidean distance was 20, the 10 batches of samples were divided into two categories, S4 in the first category, and the others in the second one. When the Euclidean distance was 5, the second category could be further divided into two sub-categories, S1 and S10 in one sub-category, and S2, S3, S5, S6, S7, S8 and S9 in the other one. The principle component analysis showed that cumulative contribution rate of the two main component factors was 92.797%, and the comprehensive score of S7 was the highest with the best quality. [Conclusions] The results of HPLC fingerprinting, cluster analysis and principle component analysis can provide reference for the quality control of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride.展开更多

文摘Objective:Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(Chenpi,CRP)is one of the most used traditional Chinese medicines with great medicinal, dietary and collection values, among which the Citrus reticulata cv.'Chachi'(Citrus reticulata cv.Chachiensis)from Guangdong Xinhui is the geoherb of CRP.Xinhui CRP in the market was often counterfeited with other varieties or origins, molecular identification method can effectively distinguish different CRP varieties, but it's still a difficult problem to identify the same CRP variety from different origin. It is necessary to discover a new molecular marker to ensure the safe and effective application of Xinhui CRP.Methods:We selected one of the most studied transcription factor families in Citrus genus,MYB,to design the specific candidate primers on the conserved region. The primers with good band repeatability and high polymorphism were screened for PCR amplification of the test materials, and the genetic similarity coefficient among different families, genera, species, and origins were calculated. The cluster analysis was performed by unweighted pair group method using arithmetic average(UPGMA).Results:A total of ten MYB primers were screened out to identify Xinhui CRP from plants from different family(Panax ginseng and Morus alba),genus(Clausena lansium and Zanthoxylum schinifolium),and species(Citrus reticulata,C.sinensis and C.maxima).Furthermore,two from the ten primers,M1 and M10,were found to distinguish Xinhui CRP from other origins. There were 169,113,133 and 134 polymorphic bands in the identification of different families, genera, species, and origins respectively, and the accordingly polymorphism ration were 79.88%,76.87%,79.20%and 82.84%.Moreover,M1 was discovered to be the best primer to identify Xinhui CRP from other seven origins, the cluster analysis results based on the genetic similarity coefficients were consistent with the geographical distribution. Conclusion:This study established a novel molecular identification method according to MYB transcription factor, which can analyze the potential parental relationship of CRP germplasm,as well as identify the quality and origins of Xinhui CPR.
