The aging society has dawned on China,and the pension industry is now considered to be a sunrise industry.In 2020,the number of people over the age of 65 in Chongqing had reached more than 5.47 million.At present,the mainstream home-based care,children support,and institutional care cannot fully meet the needs of the elderly for food,housing,medical care,nursing,and entertainment.The value curve model from“Blue Ocean Strategy”is used to look for innovative,differentiated competitive strategies.Through community-sharing pension institutions,it is believed that a new model that provides lower prices and more professional medical care services for the elderly,enriches the spiritual world of the elderly with rich entertainment activities,and connects social services through an elderly studio to meet the needs of the elderly for self-realization can be introduced. 展开更多

According to the United Nations population projections, the population of the elderly is expected to roughly triple in China from 2000 to 2050, particularly when the generations who were born between the 1950s and 1970s move through the age structure, and also because people are living longer and fertility rates have fallen, population aging is expected to put pressure on government's fiscal balance through higher old-age security benefits and health-care expenditures. This work draws together the broad range of elements involved within a consistent framework, based on a computable dynamic general equilibrium model with an overlapping generation structure. Further analysis using model simulation illustrates that the alternative schemes for the benefit rate, retirement age and technological progress are likely to be beneficial, and that an obvious slow-down in the growth of living standards is likely to be avoided. 展开更多

The paper presents a numerical method for solving a class of high-dimensional stochastic control systems based on tensor decomposition and parallel computing.The HJB solution provides a globally optimal controller to the associated dynamical system.Variable substitution is used to simplify the nonlinear HJB equation.The curse of dimensionality is avoided by representing the HJB equation using separated representation.Alternating least squares(ALS)is used to reduced the separation rank.The experiment is conducted and the numerical solution is obtained.A high-performance algorithm is designed to reduce the separation rank in the parallel environment,solving the high-dimensional HJB equation with high efficiency. 展开更多
