However, no significant effect was found on total soluble solid content. The titratable acid content of low maturity fruit was higher in SNP-treated one than that of the control, but the titratable acid content of high maturity fruit treated by SNP was lower than that of the control on 10th and 30th day. In addition, the combination of SNP treatment and high maturity resulted in higher activities of SOD, lower activity of PPO and POD, lower browning level. [ Method] The antibacterial substances of antagonistic actinomycete strain G19 were ex- tracted using protein precipitation method, then isolated and purified using high performance liquid chromatography and medium-pressure preparative chromatogra- phy. Its molecular weight was determined by MALDI-TOFMS method, and the related functional groups were verified through chemical color reaction. [ Result] Seven peptide portions were produced from the antibacterial substances of antagonistic actinomycete strain G19 with the molecular weights of 900 - 1 300 Da after isolation and purification. It could be also inferred that it contained Cys, and carried with H2O and Na+. Color reaction of functional groups verified that the sub- stance was polypeptide containing glycosyl. [ Conclusion] The result provided basis for the final definition of the structure of antibacterial substances in antagonistic actinomycete strain G19.展开更多

The results showed that the effects of chicken manure on soil fertility were poorer compared with organic fertilizers, but the former would bet-ter promote peach tree growth and improve yields. Therefore, the compound management model combining agriculture and animal husbandry should intensify epidemic prevention to take place of organic fertilizers.
文摘[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and production of peach.[Method] The three-year-old seedling peach tree was used as the materials, and NH4NO3 was used as the experimental nitrogen fertilizer.Three nitrogen levels,0,3,6 g per pot respectively were set to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer on the contents of soluble sugar, starch and internal structure of the root of the peaches.[Result] The contents of soluble sugar of roots and leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer level, and the level of 6 g per pot was the highest, which showed extreme differences between the level of 3 g per pot and the control. However, starch contents showed opposite results, which decreased as the level of nitrogen fertilizer increased.Compared with the 3 g per pot level of nitrogen fertilizer and the control, the internal structure of root applied with nitrogen fertilizer of 6 g per pot level had larger fibrovascularcylinder, advanced vascular bundle,small-spaced thin-walled cells, smooth and full cells with smooth cell wall.[Conclusion]Appropriate nitrogen levels can accelerate the accumulation of soluble sugar and the growth of root tissue structure.

文摘[ Objective ] The paper was to isolate and preliminarily identify the antibacterial active substances of antagonistic actinomyeete strain G19 obtained from the soil highly affected by peach crown gall (Agrobacterium tumefaciens). [ Conclusion] The result provided basis for the final definition of the structure of antibacterial substances in antagonistic actinomycete strain G19.
文摘The pathogen, symptoms and occurrence regularity of peach shrinkage leaf curl were expounded, and the control measures for peach leaf curl were put forward by combining with the practical production, with the aim to provide important references for the control and prevention of peach leaf curl.
