Taking advantage of remote sensing(RS) technology and geographic information system(GIS) technology to interpret the four periods' data of remote sensing images of Pearl River Estuary in the years of 1990,1995,2000,and 2005,the changes in land utilization and landscape layout of Pearl River Estuary have been analyzed with reference to land utilization dynamic model and quantitative method in landscape ecology.Results indicate several points as followings.①Located in the region typical of high-speed economic development,Pearl River Estuary shows noticeable changes in land types and evident spatial temporal difference.During these 15 years,the areas of cultivated land and forests have experienced dramatic decline while the land for construction purposes shows the trend of powerful increase.②On the prospect of variation,landscape metrics have indicated great differences among other landscape pattern indices except for Area-Weighted Mean Patch Fractal Dimension(AWMPFD) especially during the period from 1990 to 1995 which experiences the most obvious changes.③On the prospect of landscape,landscape pattern indices also indicate great changes in the landscape layout of Pearl River Estuary from 1990 to 2005 as well as noticeable increase in the number of patches,and various landscape pattern indices show the increase in the degree of regional landscape fragmentation and increase in diversity. 展开更多

[目的]观察手法整复小夹板外固定联合中药内服治疗老年Barton骨折疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对32例住院患者使用手法整复+小夹板外固定+中药内服+功能锻炼。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、腕关节功能、影像学表现、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(12周),随访3~12个月。[结果]主观满意29例,满意度90.62%,不满意3例,不满意度9.37%。[结论]手法整复小夹板外固定联合中药内服与功能锻炼治疗老年Barton骨折,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 展开更多

大型及巨大肩袖撕裂修复的不可修复性与术后再撕裂的危险因素研究 被引量:5

目的:探究大型及巨大肩袖撕裂修复的不可修复性与术后再撕裂的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析187例大型及巨大肩袖撕裂修复的临床与影像学资料。测量脂肪浸润(Goutallier分级)、肌腱回缩(改良Patte分级)、冈上肌切线征、小圆肌增生与肩峰肱... 目的:探究大型及巨大肩袖撕裂修复的不可修复性与术后再撕裂的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析187例大型及巨大肩袖撕裂修复的临床与影像学资料。测量脂肪浸润(Goutallier分级)、肌腱回缩(改良Patte分级)、冈上肌切线征、小圆肌增生与肩峰肱骨头间距(acromiohumeral distance,AHD)。通过单因素分析与二元Logistic回归分析,确定不可修复性与术后再撕裂的危险因素。通过粗一致性、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值,评估以不同危险因素预测大型及巨大肩袖撕裂不可修复性与术后再撕裂的准确性与收益性。结果:在187例纳入病例中,18例为部分修复;169例为完全修复,其中32例术后再撕裂。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,改良Patte分级Ⅲ级(P=0.002)与AHD<4 mm(P=0.022)为不可修复性的危险因素,改良Patte分级Ⅲ级(P=0.029)与肌腱修复质量2级(P=0.001)为再撕裂的危险因素。以改良PatteⅢ级预测不可修复性与再撕裂,分别具有良好的粗一致性(89.8%与84.0%)、特异度(95.9%与99.3%)与阴性预测值(93.1%与84.0%)。结论:在大型及巨大肩袖撕裂修复中,改良PatteⅢ级和AHD<4 mm是不可修复性的危险因素,改良PatteⅢ级和肌腱修复质量2级是再撕裂的危险因素。改良PatteⅢ级在预测不可修复性及再撕裂风险时,具有较高的粗一致性、特异度和阴性预测值,具有良好的准确性和收益性。 展开更多

目的采用非对称采集与迭代最小二乘估算法迭代水脂分离(iteraterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and least-squares estimation quantitation,IDEAL-IQ)方法定量评估冈上肌腱损伤的严重程度与肩袖肌群脂肪... 目的采用非对称采集与迭代最小二乘估算法迭代水脂分离(iteraterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and least-squares estimation quantitation,IDEAL-IQ)方法定量评估冈上肌腱损伤的严重程度与肩袖肌群脂肪浸润程度及受试者特征之间的关系。材料与方法回顾性分析2022年8月至2024年6月本院经肩关节镜证实的33例冈上肌腱部分撕裂患者及89例完全撕裂患者,均进行了常规MRI扫描及IDEAL-IQ序列扫描。由两名放射科医生分别对所有受试者的MRI图像进行独立评估,根据常规MRI图像的冈上肌腱损伤表现,将完全撕裂组的冈上肌腱按照Patte分型分为Patte 1型(Ⅱ级)、Patte 2型(Ⅲ级)、Patte 3型(Ⅳ级),将部分撕裂组定义为Ⅰ级。同时在斜矢状位上进行Goutallier分级及Thomazeau萎缩分级,并通过GE ADW 4.7工作站后处理软件在IDEAL-IQ序列生成的脂肪分数图像上测量冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛下肌及小圆肌脂肪分数(fat fraction,FF)。用组内相关系数(intra-class correlation coefficient,ICC)及Kappa一致性检验评估观察者间及观察者内的一致性。采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验、单因素ANOVA检验分析FF值在不同分组之间的差异,组间两两比较用Bonferroni检验。采用Pear_(s)on相关性分析肩袖肌肉FF值与年龄、症状持续时间的相关性(相关系数r),Spearman相关性分析冈上肌腱损伤分级与肩袖肌群FF值、Goutallier分级及Thomazeau萎缩分级之间的相关性(相关系数r_(s))。结果(1)冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛下肌的FF值在冈上肌腱损伤Ⅳ级中显著高于Ⅲ级,高于Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级,差异有统计学意义(P值分别为<0.001、<0.001、0.005);小圆肌的FF值在不同分级之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.073)。组内比较Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级的冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛下肌、小圆肌FF值差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.026、0.102);Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的FF值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)冈上肌、冈下肌、小圆肌的FF值与年龄呈中等相关(r值分别为0.381、0.339、0.349,P均<0.001),肩胛下肌的FF值与年龄呈弱相关(r=0.216,P=0.017);冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛下肌FF值与症状持续时间呈中等程度相关(r分别为0.442、0.412、0.314,P均<0.001),小圆肌的FF值与症状持续时间呈弱相关(r=0.277,P=0.002);冈上肌腱损伤程度与冈上肌FF值呈显著相关(r_(s)=0.740,P<0.001),与冈下肌的FF值呈强相关性(r_(s)=0.596,P<0.001),与肩胛下肌、小圆肌的FF值呈弱相关(r_(s)分别为0.257、0.212,P值分别为0.004、0.019);冈上肌损伤程度分级与Goutallier分级、Thomazeau分级之间呈显著正相关(r_(s)分别为0.757、0.737,P均<0.001),且冈上肌FF值在Goutallier和Thomazeau的分级中差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论3.0 T MR IDEAL-IQ序列能量化和客观评估肩袖肌群脂肪浸润程度,肩袖肌群脂肪浸润程度与冈上肌腱损伤分级呈正相关,与年龄、症状持续时间呈正相关。 展开更多

Optical vortex beams carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)offer unique advantages in high-dimensional optical information processing.However,in the context of free-space links,the full reconstruction of highdimensional OAM spectra remains challenging due to scattering-induced distortions.Here,we employ a residual convolutional neural network with a custom quantum-state-fidelity loss function(QLF-ResNet)that reconstructs and demultiplexes high-dimensional OAM light fields from a single distorted speckle pattern.Specifically,we achieve an average fidelity of 97.2% for nine-dimensional OAM states and maintain fidelity above 91.9%with only 6.25%of original data,illustrating resilience to information loss,thus enabling robust data encoding and multiplexing.For this,we employ high-dimensional OAM encoding to achieve efficient,high-fidelity transmission of RGB images under strong scattering conditions.These results underscore the promise of our current approach for precise OAM state reconstruction in intricate real-world environments,paving the way for advancements in next-generation optical communications. 展开更多
