Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching on pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods:1036 children with bronchopneumonia(one family member included for each ch...Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching on pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods:1036 children with bronchopneumonia(one family member included for each child)who were admitted to the hospital between January 2024 and June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The combined group received childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching,while the control group received routine nursing.Symptom recovery time,treatment compliance,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life of the children,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom recovery time in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group,treatment compliance was higher,inflammatory factor levels after intervention were lower,quality of life scores of the children were lower,and family satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching for children with bronchopneumonia can shorten their symptom recovery time,significantly improve treatment compliance and quality of life,reduce inflammatory reactions,and achieve high satisfaction among family members.展开更多
A wideband low-profile aperture-coupled antenna based on a novel dual-mode-composite scheme is presented.The mode-composite scheme where the TM10 cavity mode and the TE121 dielec-tric resonator(DR)mode are combined of...A wideband low-profile aperture-coupled antenna based on a novel dual-mode-composite scheme is presented.The mode-composite scheme where the TM10 cavity mode and the TE121 dielec-tric resonator(DR)mode are combined offers an ap-proach to obtain a wide bandwidth accompanied by stable unidirectional radiation and high efficiency.The use of a lengthened coupling aperture that supports the one-wavelength resonance in the band of interest is an effective feed method of simultaneously excit-ing the two composite modes without compromising the increased complexity of the antenna geometry.An impedance bandwidth of 49%for|S_(11)|of less than-10 dB,a maximum gain of 10.8 dBi,and stable radiation patterns with low cross-polarization are realized ex-perimentally by a fabricated prototype.Considering the simplicity of the geometry,the wide bandwidth that can cover n77,n78,and n79 bands for the fifth generation(5G)mobile communications and the sat-isfying radiation performance,the proposed antenna would be a promising candidate for advanced wireless applications.展开更多
Microneedles(MNs)have been extensively investigated for transdermal delivery of large-sized drugs,including proteins,nucleic acids,and even extracellular vesicles(EVs).However,for their sufficient skin penetration,con...Microneedles(MNs)have been extensively investigated for transdermal delivery of large-sized drugs,including proteins,nucleic acids,and even extracellular vesicles(EVs).However,for their sufficient skin penetration,conventional MNs employ long needles(≥600μm),leading to pain and skin irritation.Moreover,it is critical to stably apply MNs against complex skin surfaces for uniform nanoscale drug delivery.Herein,a dually amplified transdermal patch(MN@EV/SC)is developed as the stem cell-derived EV delivery platform by hierarchically integrating an octopusinspired suction cup(SC)with short MNs(≤300μm).While leveraging the suction effect to induce nanoscale deformation of the stratum corneum,MN@EV/SC minimizes skin damage and enhances the adhesion of MNs,allowing EV to penetrate deeper into the dermis.When MNs of various lengths are applied to mouse skin,the short MNs can elicit comparable corticosterone release to chemical adhesives,whereas long MNs induce a prompt stress response.MN@EV/SC can achieve a remarkable penetration depth(290μm)for EV,compared to that of MN alone(111μm).Consequently,MN@EV/SC facilitates the revitalization of fibroblasts and enhances collagen synthesis in middle-aged mice.Overall,MN@EV/SC exhibits the potential for skin regeneration by modulating the dermal microenvironment and ensuring patient comfort.展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing intervention combined with acupoint patch in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total...Objective:To study the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing intervention combined with acupoint patch in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted between September 2022 and September 2023 were selected and randomly grouped into a control group(conventional care and treatment)and an observation group(joint interventions:traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions,acupoint compresses),with 30 patients each.The arterial blood gas indexes of the two groups,hospitalization time,pulmonary function indexes,and TCM symptom scores were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The arterial oxygen pressure(PaO_(2))(9.52±1.02 kPa)and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))(5.01±1.02 kPa)of the observation group were better than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume(FEV1)(3.38±0.15%),the FEV1% prediction value(72.52±2.25),and the FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)(79.52±1.41%)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time(12.16±1.02 d)and TCM symptom score(4.12±1.26)of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Significant nursing effects were achieved by carrying out combined interventions(Chinese medicine nursing intervention and acupoint application)during the acute exacerbation of COPD.展开更多
Objective:To explore the efficacy of auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital fr...Objective:To explore the efficacy of auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint pressure patches combined with modified Huangqi Decoction.The patients’fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urinary protein quantification,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),and other indicators were detected and recorded before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the FPG,the 2hPG,and the HbA1c between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the FPG,the 2hPG,and the HbA1c of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the urinary protein quantification,the BUN,and the SCr between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the urinary protein quantification,BUN,and SCr of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed better improvement in symptoms such as fatigue,backache,and frequency of nocturia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction effectively treats diabetic nephropathy and it helps control blood sugar and renal function indicators and improve clinical symptoms,therefore improving the patients’quality of life.展开更多

Outward and inward single channels in plasma membrane were observed using cell\|attached recording of patch\|clamp technique. In this study, single channel records showed that more than one species of channel were obtained. 目的探讨原发性喉癌患者癌组织中微小核糖核酸-425-5p(miR-425-5p)/跨膜蛋白受体Patched1(PTCH1)轴分子与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法前瞻性选取2018年7月至2021年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的108例原发性喉癌患者作为研究对象...目的探讨原发性喉癌患者癌组织中微小核糖核酸-425-5p(miR-425-5p)/跨膜蛋白受体Patched1(PTCH1)轴分子与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法前瞻性选取2018年7月至2021年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的108例原发性喉癌患者作为研究对象。比较癌组织、癌旁组织及不同病理特征癌组织miR-425-5p、PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量,采用Spearman法分析miR-425-5p、PTCH1与临床病理特征的相关性,随访3年,统计所有患者的3年生存率,比较生存与死亡患者癌组织中的miR-425-5p、而PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量,并利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线获取miR-425-5p、PTCH1最佳截断值,采用KM曲线分析miR-425-5p、PTCH1与预后的关系。结果原发性喉癌患者癌组织中的miR-425-5p相对表达量为1.81±0.48,明显高于癌旁组织的1.08±0.23,PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量为1.21±0.36,明显低于癌旁组织的1.63±0.41,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、低分化癌组织中的miR-425-5p相对表达量分别为1.97±0.46、2.09±0.42、2.14±0.46,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、中高分化癌组织的1.54±0.41、1.66±0.39、1.60±0.40,PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量分别为1.09±0.21、1.04±0.24、1.01±0.20,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、中高分化癌组织的1.42±0.25、1.30±0.27、1.34±0.23,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman法分析结果显示,miR-425-5p与临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.663、0.702,P<0.05),与分化程度呈负相关(r=-0.681,P<0.05),PTCH1与临床分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(r=-0.652、-0.711,P<0.05),与分化程度呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.05);死亡患者癌组织中的miR-425-5p相对表达量为2.23±0.46,明显高于生存患者癌组织的1.67±0.38,而PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量为0.96±0.21,明显低于生存患者癌组织的1.30±0.34,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC分析结果显示,miR-425-5p、PTCH1预测死亡的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.815(95%CI:0.727~0.884)、0.792(95%CI:0.702~0.865),最佳截断值分别为2.01、1.09;KM分析结果显示,miR-425-5p高表达、PTCH1低表达患者3年生存率均低于miR-425-5p低表达、PTCH1高表达患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论miR-425-5p在原发性喉癌癌组织中表达上调,PTCH1表达下调,联合检测对预后具有一定预测价值,可作为临床评估病情、预测预后的辅助指标,以指导临床工作。展开更多

To succeed in free surface grinding, the property of a ball type wheel must be known. Therefore, a basic study of free surface grinding with a ball type wheel is carried out based on the grinding center (GC). Some working points for achieving sufficient accuracy in free surface grinding are discussed. GSX-F is constructed using the patch division method and is used to test grinding. The paper investigates the foaming and mildness properties of trehalolipids surfactant in rinse-off formulations,comparing it with the traditional nonionic surfactant alkyl-polyglycolide(APG).Both single surfactant an...The paper investigates the foaming and mildness properties of trehalolipids surfactant in rinse-off formulations,comparing it with the traditional nonionic surfactant alkyl-polyglycolide(APG).Both single surfactant and their surfactant complexes are evaluated.And the results show that trehalolipids have significant advantages in reducing surface tension,improving foam performance,and enhancing mildness.For mildness evaluation,multiple methods are employed in the study,including in vitro cell toxicity,inflammatory markers,colorimetric index of mildness CIM,and in vivo method of human skin patch test.The results show that the addition of trehalolipids increases IC50 and reduces the release of inflammatory markers of the binary surfactant system.However,the incorporation of trehalolipids has some negative effects on the skin’s lipid barrier function.Skin patch test results indicate that the addition of trehalolipids improves the mildness of surfactant system,particularly in sulfate-free system.Overall,trehalolipids,as nonionic surfactants,presents great potential to replace traditional surfactants in rinse off formulations with enhanced mildness and foam performance.展开更多

Animal species exhibit a wide range of coloration and patterns,which are under strong selection and often linked to individual quality,influencing mate choice,recognition,signaling,and interspecific interactions such ...Animal species exhibit a wide range of coloration and patterns,which are under strong selection and often linked to individual quality,influencing mate choice,recognition,signaling,and interspecific interactions such as predator avoidance.In amphibians,coloration can vary based on individual traits as well as environmental conditions,including the coloration of their environment.In this study,we described the dorsal coloration(body coloration reticulated by dark patches)in 676 Western spadefoot toads(Pelobates cultripes)from the French Atlantic coast,comparing color variations across different substrates.In addition,we assessed color change in 18 toads transferred between bright and dark substrates.We demonstrated that the dorsal coloration varies based on capture locations(beach vs.inland)and associated substrate types(bright vs.dark),suggesting background color matching.We showed more pronounced effects in females,which might reflect varying predation risks.Experimentally,we showed that individuals can rapidly adjust their coloration to match the substrate within 24 h.Rapid color changes in response to substrate type indicate significant pigmentation plasticity.Bright individuals from sandy substrates showed less dorsal background(body)color change than dark inland individuals,while patch coloration responded differently depending on the substrate of origin.These findings highlight the complex interactions between substrate type,sex,and pigmentation plasticity.These interactions have potential costs and benefits,which might be linked to melanin production,which warrant further investigation.展开更多
Due to the limited regeneration capacity of myocardial tissue after infarction,designing tissue engineering scaffolds are in demand.In the present study,electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds were made out of polyurethane,...Due to the limited regeneration capacity of myocardial tissue after infarction,designing tissue engineering scaffolds are in demand.In the present study,electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds were made out of polyurethane,collagen and gold nanoparticles with random and aligned nanofiber morphologies.The nanoparticles were green-synthesized using saffron extract.Nanoparticle characterizations with UV-Vis.spectroscopy and DLS illustrated theoretical and hydrodynamic diameters of around 7 and 13 nm,respectively,having zeta potential of−37 mV.SEM and TEM micrographs showed the morphology and diameters of obtained nanofibers.Also,further characterization were done by ATR-FTIR,XRD and TGA investigations and degradation studies.Contact angle measurements showed hydrophilic nature of the scaffolds(59±0.6°for aligned PU/Col/Au50 nanofibers compared to 120±2.6°for random PU nanofibers).Mechanical testing demonstrated appropriate tensile properties of the scaffolds for cardiac tissue engineering(Young’s modulus:1.53±0.07 MPa for aligned PU/Col/Au50 nanofibers compared to 0.4±0.05 MPa for random PU nanofibers).Finally,alamar blue assay revealed proper survival of the cells of HUVEC cell line on the prepared scaffolds,where the highest percentages were observed for random and aligned PU/Col/Au50 nanofibers.According to the findings,the fabricated PU/Col/AuNPs nanofibrous scaffolds could be considered as potential cardiac patches.展开更多
To cater the need for real-time crack monitoring of infrastructural facilities,a CNN-regression model is proposed to directly estimate the crack properties from patches.RGB crack images and their corresponding masks o...To cater the need for real-time crack monitoring of infrastructural facilities,a CNN-regression model is proposed to directly estimate the crack properties from patches.RGB crack images and their corresponding masks obtained from a public dataset are cropped into patches of 256 square pixels that are classified with a pre-trained deep convolution neural network,the true positives are segmented,and crack properties are extracted using two different methods.The first method is primarily based on active contour models and level-set segmentation and the second method consists of the domain adaptation of a mathematical morphology-based method known as FIL-FINDER.A statistical test has been performed for the comparison of the stated methods and a database prepared with the more suitable method.An advanced convolution neural network-based multi-output regression model has been proposed which was trained with the prepared database and validated with the held-out dataset for the prediction of crack-length,crack-width,and width-uncertainty directly from input image patches.The pro-posed model has been tested on crack patches collected from different locations.Huber loss has been used to ensure the robustness of the proposed model selected from a set of 288 different variations of it.Additionally,an ablation study has been conducted on the top 3 models that demonstrated the influence of each network component on the pre-diction results.Finally,the best performing model HHc-X among the top 3 has been proposed that predicted crack properties which are in close agreement to the ground truths in the test data.展开更多
This paper is a statistical survey of Southern Hemisphere cold and hot polar cap patches,in relation to the interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)and ionospheric convection geometry.A total of 11,946 patch events were ide...This paper is a statistical survey of Southern Hemisphere cold and hot polar cap patches,in relation to the interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)and ionospheric convection geometry.A total of 11,946 patch events were identified by Defense Meteorological Satellite Program(DMSP)F16 during the years 2011 to 2022.A temperature ratio of ion/electron temperature(T_(i)/T_(e))<0.68 is recommended to define a hot patch in the Southern Hemisphere,otherwise it is defined as a cold patch.The cold and hot patches have different dependencies on IMF clock angle,while their dependencies on IMF cone angle are similar.Both cold and hot patches appear most often on the duskside,and the distribution of cold patches gradually decreases from the dayside to the nightside,while hot patches have a higher occurrence rate near 14 and 21 magnetic local time(MLT).Moreover,we compared the key plasma characteristics of polar cap cold and hot patches in the Southern and Northern Hemispheres.The intensity of the duskside upward field-aligned current of patches in the Southern Hemisphere(SH)is stronger than that in the Northern Hemisphere(SH),which may be due to the discrepancy in conductivities between the two hemispheres,caused by the tilted dipole.In both hemispheres,the downward soft-electron energy flux of the dawnside patches is significantly greater than that of the duskside patches.展开更多

文摘Microneedles(MNs)have been extensively investigated for transdermal delivery of large-sized drugs,including proteins,nucleic acids,and even extracellular vesicles(EVs).However,for their sufficient skin penetration,conventional MNs employ long needles(≥600μm),leading to pain and skin irritation.Moreover,it is critical to stably apply MNs against complex skin surfaces for uniform nanoscale drug delivery.Herein,a dually amplified transdermal patch(MN@EV/SC)is developed as the stem cell-derived EV delivery platform by hierarchically integrating an octopusinspired suction cup(SC)with short MNs(≤300μm).While leveraging the suction effect to induce nanoscale deformation of the stratum corneum,MN@EV/SC minimizes skin damage and enhances the adhesion of MNs,allowing EV to penetrate deeper into the dermis.When MNs of various lengths are applied to mouse skin,the short MNs can elicit comparable corticosterone release to chemical adhesives,whereas long MNs induce a prompt stress response.MN@EV/SC can achieve a remarkable penetration depth(290μm)for EV,compared to that of MN alone(111μm).Consequently,MN@EV/SC facilitates the revitalization of fibroblasts and enhances collagen synthesis in middle-aged mice.Overall,MN@EV/SC exhibits the potential for skin regeneration by modulating the dermal microenvironment and ensuring patient comfort.

文摘Delayed or non-healing of diabetic wounds is a significant complication,often attributed to high glucose-induced M1 macrophage accumulation,impaired angiogenesis,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)buildup.Addressing this,we introduced a strontium polyphenol network microneedle patch(SrC-MPNs@MN-PP)for percutaneous drug delivery.This patch,formulated with polymer poly(γ-glutamic acid)(γ-PGA)and epsilon-poly-l-lysine(ε-PLL),incorporates strontium polyphenol networks(SrC-MPNs).The release of chlorogenic acid(CGA)from SrC-MPNs not only neutralizes ROS,but strontium ions also foster angiogen-esis.Consequently,SrC-MPNs@MN-PP can ameliorate the diabetic wound microenvironment and expedite healing.
文摘Objective:To study the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing intervention combined with acupoint patch in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted between September 2022 and September 2023 were selected and randomly grouped into a control group(conventional care and treatment)and an observation group(joint interventions:traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions,acupoint compresses),with 30 patients each.The arterial blood gas indexes of the two groups,hospitalization time,pulmonary function indexes,and TCM symptom scores were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The arterial oxygen pressure(PaO_(2))(9.52±1.02 kPa)and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))(5.01±1.02 kPa)of the observation group were better than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume(FEV1)(3.38±0.15%),the FEV1% prediction value(72.52±2.25),and the FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)(79.52±1.41%)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time(12.16±1.02 d)and TCM symptom score(4.12±1.26)of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Significant nursing effects were achieved by carrying out combined interventions(Chinese medicine nursing intervention and acupoint application)during the acute exacerbation of COPD.
文摘Objective:To explore the efficacy of auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint pressure patches combined with modified Huangqi Decoction.The patients’fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urinary protein quantification,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),and other indicators were detected and recorded before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the FPG,the 2hPG,and the HbA1c between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the FPG,the 2hPG,and the HbA1c of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the urinary protein quantification,the BUN,and the SCr between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the urinary protein quantification,BUN,and SCr of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed better improvement in symptoms such as fatigue,backache,and frequency of nocturia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction effectively treats diabetic nephropathy and it helps control blood sugar and renal function indicators and improve clinical symptoms,therefore improving the patients’quality of life.
文摘目的研究原发性喉癌(PLC)患者癌组织中微小RNA(miR)-425-5p/Patched homolog1(PTCH1)轴分子与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法选择绵阳市中心医院2020年3月~2021年3月收治的102例PLC患者,比较PLC癌组织及癌旁正常组织中miR-425-5p相对表达量、PTCH1阳性表达率,分析miR-425-5p相对表达量、PTCH1阳性表达率与PLC临床病理参数间的关系;采用Kaplan-Meier曲线和Log-Rankχ^(2)检验分析miR-425-5p,PTCH1阳性/阴性表达组三年累积生存率;采用COX回归模型分析PLC预后的影响因素。结果相较于癌旁正常组织,PLC癌组织miR425-5p相对表达量明显升高(2.12±0.52 vs 0.98±0.17),PTCH1阳性表达率明显降低(27.45%vs 61.76%),差异具有统计学意义(t/χ^(2)=21.045,24.302,均P<0.05)。相较于肿瘤T1~T2期、N0期、中高分化患者,肿瘤T3~T4期、N1~N3期、低分化患者miR-425-5p相对表达量明显升高(t=3.647,2.900,3.029),PTCH1阳性表达率明显降低(χ^(2)=5.842,4.011,5.136),差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。miR-425-5p高表达组三年累积生存率[64.52%(20/31)]明显低于低表达组[84.06%(58/69)],PTCH1高表达组三年累积生存率[80.00%(28/35)]明显高于低表达组[64.62%(42/65)],差异具有统计学意义(Log-Rankχ^(2)=4.287,4.548,均P<0.05)。T分期升高、颈淋巴结复发、N分期升高、咽喉部复发、miR-425-5p升高、PTCH1阴性表达是PLC预后不良的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论PLC患者癌组织中miR-425-5p高表达、PTCH1低表达与T分期升高、肿瘤低分化、N分期升高和三年累积生存率低显著相关。
文摘The authors used suspension cells of Populus euphratica to isolate protoplast in the present study. Protoplasts were successfully obtained after 4 hours incubation in enzyme solution containing 1 0% cellulase “onozuka” R\|10, 0\^01% pectolyase Y\|23,0\^15% macerozyme R\|10 and 0\^1% hemicellulase at 25℃. Outward and inward single channels in plasma membrane were observed using cell\|attached recording of patch\|clamp technique. In this study, single channel records showed that more than one species of channel were obtained. These attempts in protoplast isolation and ion channel recording offers the opportunity to characterize cellular mechanisms of salt tolerance in tree species.
文摘目的探讨原发性喉癌患者癌组织中微小核糖核酸-425-5p(miR-425-5p)/跨膜蛋白受体Patched1(PTCH1)轴分子与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法前瞻性选取2018年7月至2021年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的108例原发性喉癌患者作为研究对象。比较癌组织、癌旁组织及不同病理特征癌组织miR-425-5p、PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量,采用Spearman法分析miR-425-5p、PTCH1与临床病理特征的相关性,随访3年,统计所有患者的3年生存率,比较生存与死亡患者癌组织中的miR-425-5p、而PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量,并利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线获取miR-425-5p、PTCH1最佳截断值,采用KM曲线分析miR-425-5p、PTCH1与预后的关系。结果原发性喉癌患者癌组织中的miR-425-5p相对表达量为1.81±0.48,明显高于癌旁组织的1.08±0.23,PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量为1.21±0.36,明显低于癌旁组织的1.63±0.41,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、低分化癌组织中的miR-425-5p相对表达量分别为1.97±0.46、2.09±0.42、2.14±0.46,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、中高分化癌组织的1.54±0.41、1.66±0.39、1.60±0.40,PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量分别为1.09±0.21、1.04±0.24、1.01±0.20,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、中高分化癌组织的1.42±0.25、1.30±0.27、1.34±0.23,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman法分析结果显示,miR-425-5p与临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.663、0.702,P<0.05),与分化程度呈负相关(r=-0.681,P<0.05),PTCH1与临床分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(r=-0.652、-0.711,P<0.05),与分化程度呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.05);死亡患者癌组织中的miR-425-5p相对表达量为2.23±0.46,明显高于生存患者癌组织的1.67±0.38,而PTCH1 m RNA相对表达量为0.96±0.21,明显低于生存患者癌组织的1.30±0.34,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC分析结果显示,miR-425-5p、PTCH1预测死亡的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.815(95%CI:0.727~0.884)、0.792(95%CI:0.702~0.865),最佳截断值分别为2.01、1.09;KM分析结果显示,miR-425-5p高表达、PTCH1低表达患者3年生存率均低于miR-425-5p低表达、PTCH1高表达患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论miR-425-5p在原发性喉癌癌组织中表达上调,PTCH1表达下调,联合检测对预后具有一定预测价值,可作为临床评估病情、预测预后的辅助指标,以指导临床工作。
文摘To obtain accurate forms and surfaces in free surface grinding, it is important to provide grinding conditions suitable for a curved surface. A grinding support system for the free surface (GSX-F) is proposed to help the operator grind a free surface with the high accuracy and the high productivity. To succeed in free surface grinding, the property of a ball type wheel must be known. Therefore, a basic study of free surface grinding with a ball type wheel is carried out based on the grinding center (GC). Some working points for achieving sufficient accuracy in free surface grinding are discussed. GSX-F is constructed using the patch division method and is used to test grinding. Reasonable results are obtained.
文摘The paper investigates the foaming and mildness properties of trehalolipids surfactant in rinse-off formulations,comparing it with the traditional nonionic surfactant alkyl-polyglycolide(APG).Both single surfactant and their surfactant complexes are evaluated.And the results show that trehalolipids have significant advantages in reducing surface tension,improving foam performance,and enhancing mildness.For mildness evaluation,multiple methods are employed in the study,including in vitro cell toxicity,inflammatory markers,colorimetric index of mildness CIM,and in vivo method of human skin patch test.The results show that the addition of trehalolipids increases IC50 and reduces the release of inflammatory markers of the binary surfactant system.However,the incorporation of trehalolipids has some negative effects on the skin’s lipid barrier function.Skin patch test results indicate that the addition of trehalolipids improves the mildness of surfactant system,particularly in sulfate-free system.Overall,trehalolipids,as nonionic surfactants,presents great potential to replace traditional surfactants in rinse off formulations with enhanced mildness and foam performance.

文摘Aiming at the problem that infrared small target detection faces low contrast between the background and the target and insufficient noise suppression ability under the complex cloud background,an infrared small target detection method based on the tensor nuclear norm and direction residual weighting was proposed.Based on converting the infrared image into an infrared patch tensor model,from the perspective of the low-rank nature of the background tensor,and taking advantage of the difference in contrast between the background and the target in different directions,we designed a double-neighborhood local contrast based on direction residual weighting method(DNLCDRW)combined with the partial sum of tensor nuclear norm(PSTNN)to achieve effective background suppression and recovery of infrared small targets.Experiments show that the algorithm is effective in suppressing the background and improving the detection ability of the target.

文摘Software systems are vulnerable to security breaches as they expand in complexity and functionality.The confidentiality,integrity,and availability of data are gravely threatened by flaws in a system’s design,implementation,or configuration.To guarantee the durability&robustness of the software,vulnerability identification and fixation have become crucial areas of focus for developers,cybersecurity experts and industries.This paper presents a thorough multi-phase mathematical model for efficient patch management and vulnerability detection.To uniquely model these processes,the model incorporated the notion of the learning phenomenon in describing vulnerability fixation using a logistic learning function.Furthermore,the authors have used numerical methods to approximate the solution of the proposed framework where an analytical solution is difficult to attain.The suggested systematic architecture has been demonstrated through statistical analysis using patch datasets,which offers a solid basis for the research conclusions.According to computational research,learning dynamics improves security response and results in more effective vulnerability management.The suggested model offers a systematic approach to proactive vulnerability mitigation and has important uses in risk assessment,software maintenance,and cybersecurity.This study helps create more robust software systems by increasing patch management effectiveness,which benefits developers,cybersecurity experts,and sectors looking to reduce security threats in a growing digital world.

文摘Animal species exhibit a wide range of coloration and patterns,which are under strong selection and often linked to individual quality,influencing mate choice,recognition,signaling,and interspecific interactions such as predator avoidance.In amphibians,coloration can vary based on individual traits as well as environmental conditions,including the coloration of their environment.In this study,we described the dorsal coloration(body coloration reticulated by dark patches)in 676 Western spadefoot toads(Pelobates cultripes)from the French Atlantic coast,comparing color variations across different substrates.In addition,we assessed color change in 18 toads transferred between bright and dark substrates.We demonstrated that the dorsal coloration varies based on capture locations(beach vs.inland)and associated substrate types(bright vs.dark),suggesting background color matching.We showed more pronounced effects in females,which might reflect varying predation risks.Experimentally,we showed that individuals can rapidly adjust their coloration to match the substrate within 24 h.Rapid color changes in response to substrate type indicate significant pigmentation plasticity.Bright individuals from sandy substrates showed less dorsal background(body)color change than dark inland individuals,while patch coloration responded differently depending on the substrate of origin.These findings highlight the complex interactions between substrate type,sex,and pigmentation plasticity.These interactions have potential costs and benefits,which might be linked to melanin production,which warrant further investigation.

文摘Due to the limited regeneration capacity of myocardial tissue after infarction,designing tissue engineering scaffolds are in demand.In the present study,electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds were made out of polyurethane,collagen and gold nanoparticles with random and aligned nanofiber morphologies.The nanoparticles were green-synthesized using saffron extract.Nanoparticle characterizations with UV-Vis.spectroscopy and DLS illustrated theoretical and hydrodynamic diameters of around 7 and 13 nm,respectively,having zeta potential of−37 mV.SEM and TEM micrographs showed the morphology and diameters of obtained nanofibers.Also,further characterization were done by ATR-FTIR,XRD and TGA investigations and degradation studies.Contact angle measurements showed hydrophilic nature of the scaffolds(59±0.6°for aligned PU/Col/Au50 nanofibers compared to 120±2.6°for random PU nanofibers).Mechanical testing demonstrated appropriate tensile properties of the scaffolds for cardiac tissue engineering(Young’s modulus:1.53±0.07 MPa for aligned PU/Col/Au50 nanofibers compared to 0.4±0.05 MPa for random PU nanofibers).Finally,alamar blue assay revealed proper survival of the cells of HUVEC cell line on the prepared scaffolds,where the highest percentages were observed for random and aligned PU/Col/Au50 nanofibers.According to the findings,the fabricated PU/Col/AuNPs nanofibrous scaffolds could be considered as potential cardiac patches.
文摘To cater the need for real-time crack monitoring of infrastructural facilities,a CNN-regression model is proposed to directly estimate the crack properties from patches.RGB crack images and their corresponding masks obtained from a public dataset are cropped into patches of 256 square pixels that are classified with a pre-trained deep convolution neural network,the true positives are segmented,and crack properties are extracted using two different methods.The first method is primarily based on active contour models and level-set segmentation and the second method consists of the domain adaptation of a mathematical morphology-based method known as FIL-FINDER.A statistical test has been performed for the comparison of the stated methods and a database prepared with the more suitable method.An advanced convolution neural network-based multi-output regression model has been proposed which was trained with the prepared database and validated with the held-out dataset for the prediction of crack-length,crack-width,and width-uncertainty directly from input image patches.The pro-posed model has been tested on crack patches collected from different locations.Huber loss has been used to ensure the robustness of the proposed model selected from a set of 288 different variations of it.Additionally,an ablation study has been conducted on the top 3 models that demonstrated the influence of each network component on the pre-diction results.Finally,the best performing model HHc-X among the top 3 has been proposed that predicted crack properties which are in close agreement to the ground truths in the test data.

文摘This paper is a statistical survey of Southern Hemisphere cold and hot polar cap patches,in relation to the interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)and ionospheric convection geometry.A total of 11,946 patch events were identified by Defense Meteorological Satellite Program(DMSP)F16 during the years 2011 to 2022.A temperature ratio of ion/electron temperature(T_(i)/T_(e))<0.68 is recommended to define a hot patch in the Southern Hemisphere,otherwise it is defined as a cold patch.The cold and hot patches have different dependencies on IMF clock angle,while their dependencies on IMF cone angle are similar.Both cold and hot patches appear most often on the duskside,and the distribution of cold patches gradually decreases from the dayside to the nightside,while hot patches have a higher occurrence rate near 14 and 21 magnetic local time(MLT).Moreover,we compared the key plasma characteristics of polar cap cold and hot patches in the Southern and Northern Hemispheres.The intensity of the duskside upward field-aligned current of patches in the Southern Hemisphere(SH)is stronger than that in the Northern Hemisphere(SH),which may be due to the discrepancy in conductivities between the two hemispheres,caused by the tilted dipole.In both hemispheres,the downward soft-electron energy flux of the dawnside patches is significantly greater than that of the duskside patches.
