Objective:To explore the relationship between pain degree and pain catastrophe and medical coping mode in patients with chronic pain.Methods:A visual analogue score scale,medical coping style questionnaire and pain ca...Objective:To explore the relationship between pain degree and pain catastrophe and medical coping mode in patients with chronic pain.Methods:A visual analogue score scale,medical coping style questionnaire and pain catastrophe scale were used to survey 200 patients in the pain department.Results:The average scores of pain degree of patients with chronic pain were(5.97±2.29),the average score of the total score of the Pain Catastrophe Scale was(21.21±11.56),and the average scores of facing,avoidance and surrender in the Medical Response Style Questionnaire were(17.93±3.4),(16.82±2.4),and(8.87±2.83),respectively.Pain degree was positively correlated with the yield dimension in pain catastrophe and medical coping(p<0.05).The yield dimension of medical coping was positively correlated with pain catastrophe(p<0.05).Medical coping methods played a partial mediating role between pain degree and pain catastrophe,and the mediating effect accounted for 21.59%of the total effect.Conclusion:The pain level of chronic pain patients can affect the level of pain catastrophe through medical coping,and clinical medical staff should guide patients to adopt positive coping methods to promote their healthy recovery.展开更多
The objective of this paper is to explore the effect of painless childbirth nursing intervention mode on labor process, pain degree and satisfaction. 110 cases who were in the hospital from June, 2018 to June, 2019 we...The objective of this paper is to explore the effect of painless childbirth nursing intervention mode on labor process, pain degree and satisfaction. 110 cases who were in the hospital from June, 2018 to June, 2019 were taken as experimental subjects and they were randomly selected and divided into two groups with each group 55 cases. 55 cases in the control group were given routine nursing, the observation group of 55 cases of pregnant women were given routine care combined with painless delivery nursing intervention, the two groups of maternal labor process, pain degree and satisfaction were compared. The results are that compared with the control group, the first, second, third stage of labor and the total labor process time of the observation group were reduced. The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The conclusion is that the mode of painless labor nursing intervention can effectively help the patients relieve the pain of childbirth, shorten the delivery process, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients to a certain extent.展开更多

Methods: 78 cases of compulsory spondylitis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by systematic sampling method. The control group (34 cases, conventional nursing method) and the observation group (34 cases, pain nursing method) were arranged to compare the final outcomes. Results: after nursing, the pain status of patients in 2 groups was relieved, and compared with the control group (4.56±0.56), the observation group (1.54±0.22) score was lower, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05);In terms of sleep time, sleep quality, sleep disturbance and daytime function, the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, and there was a greater difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: pain nursing for patients with mandatory spondylitis can not only reduce the pain of patients, but also enhance their sleep quality, highlighting its application value, which can be continued to be used in clinical field.展开更多

The method is that 62 cases of cesarean section patients in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were taken as experimental subjects and randomly divided into routine nursing group and high quality nursing group, with 31 cases in each group. The conventional nursing group used traditional nursing intervention, and the high-quality nursing group used high-quality nursing intervention. Results: the indicators of high quality nursing group were better than those of routine nursing group, and the results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The conclusion is that high quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the pain degree of cesarean section patients and breastfeeding efficacy, which is worthy of promotion.展开更多
BACKGROUND Oral implant surgery is an effective procedure for artificial implants in missing tooth areas under local anesthesia.Because patients under local anesthesia are conscious during this procedure,compared with...BACKGROUND Oral implant surgery is an effective procedure for artificial implants in missing tooth areas under local anesthesia.Because patients under local anesthesia are conscious during this procedure,compared with general anesthesia-related operations,they are more likely to experience negative emotions,such as anxiety and tension.These emotional reactions result in shivering and chills in the limbs,leading to poor doctor-patient cooperation and even avoidance of treatment.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that acupoint massage regulates blood and Qi,dredge menstruation,and relieve pain,which is beneficial for patients’emotional adjustment;however,there are few related clinical studies.AIM To observe the changes in anxiety and pain in patients with oral implant after acupoint massage combined with touch therapy.METHODS One hundred patients undergoing oral implantation in our hospital between May 2020 and May 2023 were randomly divided into control and study groups,according to a random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received acupoint massage combined with touch on the basis of the control group.Anxiety[assessed using the Modified Dental Anxiety Scale(MDAS)],pain severity,blood pressure,heart rate,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Before intervention,the difference in MDAS score between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),while after the intervention,the MDAS scores decreased in both groups compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05);the MDAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressures or heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressures and heart rate in the intervention group,during and after the intervention,were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total degree of satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Acupoint massage combined with touch better relieves anxiety and pain in patients undergoing dental implant surgery,improving the perioperative comfort of these patients and ensuring safety and a smooth operation.展开更多

BACKGROUND A total of 100 patients diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids from October 2022 to September 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into groups by dice rolling and compared with the efficacy of different tre...BACKGROUND A total of 100 patients diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids from October 2022 to September 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into groups by dice rolling and compared with the efficacy of different treatment options.AIM To analyze the clinical effect and prognosis of mixed hemorrhoids treated with polidocanol injection combined with automatic elastic thread ligation operation(RPH).METHODS A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who visited our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the treatment group(n=50)by rolling the dice.The procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)was adopted in the control group,while polidocanol foam injection+RPH was adopted in the treatment group.The therapeutic effects,operation time,wound healing time,hospital stay,pain situation(24 hours post-operative pain score,first defecation pain score),quality of life(QOL),incidence of complications(post-operative hemorrhage,edema,infection),incidence of anal stenosis 3 months post-operatively and recurrence rate 1 year post-operatively of the two groups were compared.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The operation time/wound healing time/hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 24 hours after operation/first defecation pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the QOL scores of the two groups decreased,with the treatment group having higher scores than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of anal stenosis 3 months after operation and the recurrence rate 1 year after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For patients with mixed hemorrhoids,the therapeutic effect achieved by using polidocanol injection combined with RPH was better.The wounds of the patients healed faster,the postoperative pain was milder,QOL improved,and the incidence of complications was lower,and the short-term and long-term prognosis was good.展开更多
BACKGROUND In high-intensity sports like golf,knee joints are prone to injury,leading to pain,limited mobility,and decreased quality of life.Traditional treatment methods typically involve rehabilitation exercises,but...BACKGROUND In high-intensity sports like golf,knee joints are prone to injury,leading to pain,limited mobility,and decreased quality of life.Traditional treatment methods typically involve rehabilitation exercises,but their effectiveness may be limited.In recent years,sodium hyaluronate has emerged as a widely used biomedical material in the treatment of joint diseases.AIM To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training on pain degree,flexion range of motion and motor function of knee joint injured by golf.METHODS Eighty patients with knee joint injury caused by golf were randomly divided into control(group B)and observation group(group A).The group B was treated with rehabilitation training,and the group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,range of motion and function of knee joint,quality of life and inflammatory factors were compared.RESULTS The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the group A was raised than group B.At 6 weeks and 3 months after treatment,the range of motion of the two groups was raised than that before treatment,and that of the group A was raised than group B.After treatment,the scores of Lysholm and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)in the group A were raised,and those in the group A were raised than group B.The VAS score of the two groups was reduced than that of the group B,and the SF-36 score of the group A was reduced than group B.The interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were reduced,and those in the group A were reduced than group B.CONCLUSION Sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with knee joint injury caused by golf,which relieve pain,maintain knee joint function and improve patients'life quality.展开更多
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Carisolv,a minimally invasive caries removal technique and traditional mechanical caries removal treatment on children’s dental caries.Methods:A total of 97 children with d...Objective:To explore the curative effect of Carisolv,a minimally invasive caries removal technique and traditional mechanical caries removal treatment on children’s dental caries.Methods:A total of 97 children with dental caries who were treated in the Department of Stomatology in Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University,Chifeng from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected and recruited as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.Forty-nine individuals were assigned in the control group while the remaining 48 individuals in the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional mechanical caries removal method,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive caries removal technique,i.e.Carisolv.Both groups were followed up for six months.The degree of pain,recovery time of dental function and complications after six months of treatment were observed in the two groups of children.Results:During the treatment,compared with the control group,the children in the observation group experienced lower degree of pain and had shorter recovery time of dental function.After six months of treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional mechanical caries removal method,Carisolv,a minimally invasive caries removal technique could reduce the pain of children during the treatment process,shorten the time to restore dental function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and had a better therapeutic effect in treating children’s dental caries.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND In high-intensity sports like golf,knee joints are prone to injury,leading to pain,limited mobility,and decreased quality of life.Traditional treatment methods typically involve rehabilitation exercises,but their effectiveness may be limited.In recent years,sodium hyaluronate has emerged as a widely used biomedical material in the treatment of joint diseases.AIM To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training on pain degree,flexion range of motion and motor function of knee joint injured by golf.METHODS Eighty patients with knee joint injury caused by golf were randomly divided into control(group B)and observation group(group A).The group B was treated with rehabilitation training,and the group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,range of motion and function of knee joint,quality of life and inflammatory factors were compared.RESULTS The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the group A was raised than group B.At 6 weeks and 3 months after treatment,the range of motion of the two groups was raised than that before treatment,and that of the group A was raised than group B.After treatment,the scores of Lysholm and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)in the group A were raised,and those in the group A were raised than group B.The VAS score of the two groups was reduced than that of the group B,and the SF-36 score of the group A was reduced than group B.The interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were reduced,and those in the group A were reduced than group B.CONCLUSION Sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with knee joint injury caused by golf,which relieve pain,maintain knee joint function and improve patients'life quality.
文摘Objective:To explore the curative effect of Carisolv,a minimally invasive caries removal technique and traditional mechanical caries removal treatment on children’s dental caries.Methods:A total of 97 children with dental caries who were treated in the Department of Stomatology in Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University,Chifeng from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected and recruited as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.Forty-nine individuals were assigned in the control group while the remaining 48 individuals in the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional mechanical caries removal method,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive caries removal technique,i.e.Carisolv.Both groups were followed up for six months.The degree of pain,recovery time of dental function and complications after six months of treatment were observed in the two groups of children.Results:During the treatment,compared with the control group,the children in the observation group experienced lower degree of pain and had shorter recovery time of dental function.After six months of treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional mechanical caries removal method,Carisolv,a minimally invasive caries removal technique could reduce the pain of children during the treatment process,shorten the time to restore dental function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and had a better therapeutic effect in treating children’s dental caries.
文摘Objective: to explore the effect of moxibustion combined with cupping nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected and analyzed. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into two groups, and the nursing effects of moxibustion combined with cupping in the observation group were compared. Results: the clinical symptoms and related nursing scores of patients in the observation group after comprehensive nursing intervention were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: moxibustion combined with cupping nursing intervention can improve the clinical effect and reduce the pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation due to qi stagnation and blood stasis.
