目的:探讨背侧入路外固定架联合克氏针治疗背侧移位的桡骨远端双柱Die-punch骨折临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2023年1月应用外固定架联合克氏针治疗的15例桡骨远端双柱Die-punch骨折患者临床资料。男10例,女5例;左侧6例,右侧9... 目的:探讨背侧入路外固定架联合克氏针治疗背侧移位的桡骨远端双柱Die-punch骨折临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2023年1月应用外固定架联合克氏针治疗的15例桡骨远端双柱Die-punch骨折患者临床资料。男10例,女5例;左侧6例,右侧9例;年龄22~76岁。记录患者术前、末次随访时Cooney腕关节功能评分。记录骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况。结果:15例术后获得12~16个月随访,所有骨折获得骨性愈合,时间8~16周。未出现切口感染、骨折再次移位或肌腱损伤等并发症。所有患者在术后6周去除克氏针及外固定架,并启动腕关节的恢复训练。Cooney腕关节功能评分由术前的5~45分提升至末次随访时的65~100分。末次随访时优10例,良4例,可1例。结论:背侧入路外固定架联合克氏针治疗桡骨远端双柱Die-punch骨折的临床疗效满意。 展开更多

Double-shaft-driven needle punching machine is a specialized equipment designed for processing C/C crucible preforms.Its main needle punching module is operated by two sets of reciprocating crank-slider mechanisms.The intense vibration during needle punching not only generates huge noise,but also substantially reduces the quality of the preform.It is imperative to perform a dynamic analysis and optimization of the entire needle punching machine.In this paper,the three-dimensional(3D)model of the entire double-shaft-driven needle punching machine for C/C crucible preforms is established.Based on the modal analysis theory,the modal characteristics of the needle punching machine under various operating conditions are analyzed and its natural frequencies and vibration modes are determined.The harmonic response analysis is then employed to obtain the amplitude of the needle plate at different frequencies,and the structural weak points of the needle punching machine are identified and improved.The feasibility of the optimized scheme is subsequently reevaluated and verified.The results indicate that the first six natural frequencies of the machine increase,and the maximum amplitude of the needle plate decreases by 70.3%.The enhanced dynamic characteristics of the machine significantly improve its performance,enabling more efficient needle punching of C/C crucible preforms. 展开更多

Weldability evaluation of in-service ethylene cracking furnace tubes after small punch sampling

The small punch test technique facilitates the convenient acquisition of the mechanical properties of in-service equipment materials and the assessment of their remaining service life through sampling.However,the weldability of components with thin walls after small punch sampling,such as ethylene cracking furnace tubes,requires further investigation.Therefore,the weldability of in-service ethylene cracking furnace tubes following small punch sampling was investigated through nondestructive testing,microstructural characterization,and mechanical testing.Additionally,the impact of small punch sampling size and residual stress on the creep performance of the specimens was studied using an improved ductility exhaustion model.The results indicate that both the surface and interior of the weld repair areas on new furnace tubes and service-exposed furnace tubes after small-punch sampling are defect-free,exhibiting good weld quality.The strength of the specimens after weld repair was higher than that before sampling,whereas toughness decreased.Weld repair following small punch sampling of furnace tubes is both feasible and necessary.Furthermore,a linear relationship was observed between specimen thickness,diameter,and creep fracture time.The residual stress of welding affects the creep performance of the specimen under different stresses. 展开更多

As an independent sand control unit or a common protective shell of a high-quality screen,the punching screen is the outermost sand retaining unit of the sand control pipe which is used in geothermal well or oil and gas well.However,most screens only consider the influence of the internal sand retaining medium parameters in the sand control performance design while ignoring the influence of the plugging of the punching screen on the overall sand retaining performance of the screen.To explore the clogging mechanism of the punching screen,this paper established the clogging mechanism calculation model of a single punching screen sand control unit by using the computational fluid mechanics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)combined method.According to the combined motion of particles and fluids,the influence of the internal flow state on particle motion and accumulation was analyzed.The results showed that(1)the clogging process of the punching sand control unit is divided into three stages:initial clogging,aggravation of clogging and stability of clogging.In the initial stage of blockage,coarse particles form a loose bridge structure,and blockage often occurs preferentially at the streamline gathering place below chamfering inside the sand control unit.In the stage of blockage intensification,the particle mass develops into a relatively complete sand bridge,which develops from both ends of the opening to the center of the opening.In the stable plugging stage,the sand deposits show a“fan shape”and form a“V-shaped”gully inside the punching slot element.(2)Under a certain reservoir particle-size distribution,The slit length and opening height have a large influence on the permeability and blockage rate,while the slit width size has little influence on the permeability and blockage rate.The microscopic clogging mechanism and its law of the punching screen prevention unit are proposed in this study,which has some field guidance significance for the design of punching screen and sand prevention selection. 展开更多

To further investigate the forming mechanism and springback characteristics of strips under multi-square punch forming (MSPF) considering partial-unloading effects, a series of concave form ing tests of strips are conducted on the MSPF machine. This paper aims to reveal the physical mecha nism of the elastic-plastic deformation in the MSPF process considering the effect of the forming ap proaches, and derive appropriate mathematical interpretations. The theoretical model is firstly estab lished to analyse the concave forming mechanism and springback characteristics of the strip, and its accuracy is then validated by experimental data. The forming history and load evolutions are depicted to explore the required forming capacity through the proposed analytical method. Besides, the paramet ric studies are carried out to discuss their effects on the springback of the strip. The results suggest that the deformation paths of the strip are influenced by the forming approach, and the springback of the strip in convex forming is larger than that in concave forming. 展开更多

This study investigated the effect of pressure,pre-charge time,punch velocity and oxygen content on the mechanical properties of X42 pipeline steel in gaseous hydrogen environment by using small punch test.When exposed to nitrogen,the fracture mode of X42 pipeline steel undergoes ductile fracture,but in the presence of hydrogen,it shifts to brittle fracture.Moreover,an increase in hydrogen pressure or a decrease in punch velocity is found to enhance the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of X42 pipeline steel,as evidenced by the decrease of maximal load,displacement at failure onset and small punch energy.But the effect of pre-charge time on the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of X42 pipeline steel is not very obvious.Meanwhile,the presence of oxygen has been found to effectively inhibit hydrogen embrittlement.As the oxygen content in hydrogen increases,the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of X42 pipeline steel decreases. 展开更多

This study investigates the impact of silicon(Si)on the corrosion resistance and post-corrosion toughness of ferrite/martensitic(F/M)steels in a liquid lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE)environment.Corrosion tests were performed on HT-9 and EP-823(1.17 wt%Si)steels at 550℃for 1000 h under oxygen-controlled conditions.The resulting oxide layer consisted of an outer magnetite layer,a spinel layer and an inner oxide zone(IOZ).A Si-rich oxide layer was identified within the spinel and IOZ layers of EP-823,which slowed the growth rate of the oxide layer,enhanced antioxidant performance,and inhibited dissolution corrosion by the LBE.Post-corrosion mechanical properties were evaluated using a small punch test.Results showed a significant reduction in HT-9's toughness within 240 h of corrosion,while EP-823 exhibited increased brittleness after 500 h due to Si-promoted carbide and Laves phase precipitation,significantly reducing its toughness. 展开更多

To accurately describe the mechanical properties of aluminium alloy sheet during deformation, an inverse identification was presented to deal with material parameters from the popular punch stretch test. In the identification procedure, the optimization strategy combines finite element method (FEM), Latin hypercube sampling (LHS), Kriging model and multi-island genetic algorithm (MIGA). The proposed approach is used on material parameter identification of aluminium alloy sheet 2D12. The anisotropic yield criterion Hill’90 is discussed. The results show that the Hill’90 anisotropic yield criterion with identified anisotropic material parameters has a good potential in describing the anisotropic behaviours. It provides a way to obtain the material parameters for FE simulations of sheet metal forming. 展开更多

目的探讨采用掌侧入路"L"形锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端Die-punch骨折的临床疗效。方法对2012-06/2016-06月在作者医院采用掌侧入路"L"形锁定钢板内固定治疗的21例桡骨远端Die-punch骨折患者病例资料进行回顾性分析... 目的探讨采用掌侧入路"L"形锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端Die-punch骨折的临床疗效。方法对2012-06/2016-06月在作者医院采用掌侧入路"L"形锁定钢板内固定治疗的21例桡骨远端Die-punch骨折患者病例资料进行回顾性分析,其中男9例,女12例;年龄24~47岁,平均31.7岁;右侧损伤13例,左侧8例。均采用掌侧入路,复位后用桡骨远端"L"形钢板内固定治疗。结果本组21例患者术后获得随访9~23个月,平均13个月,骨折临床愈合时间为2~4个月,平均2.3个月,术后掌倾角9~15°,平均11.6°,尺偏角18~25°,平均22.3°,腕关节掌屈、背伸活动范围89~138°,平均117.4°,腕关节尺偏活动平均32°,桡偏活动平均26°。术后半年随访患腕疼痛,按视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评估:0分17例,1分2例,2分1例,3分1例;按照改良Mayo法评价术后患腕功能:优13例,良7例,可1例,总体优良率95.2%。结论采用掌侧入路"L"形锁定钢板内固定可有效治疗桡骨远端Die-punch骨折,能早期恢复解剖形态并牢固固定,便于患肢的早期功能锻炼,术后患者功能恢复良好。 展开更多

We previously determined 'Tableting properties' by using a multi-functional single-punch tablet press(GTP-1). We proposed plotting 'Compactability' on the x-axis against'Manufacturability' on the y-axis to allow visual evaluation of 'Tableting properties'. Various types of tableting failure occur in commercial drug production and are influenced by the amount of lubricant used and the shape of the punch. We used the GTP-1 to measure'Tableting properties' with different amounts of lubricant and compared the results with those of tableting on a commercial rotary tableting machine. Tablets compressed with a small amount of lubricant showed bad 'Manufacturability', leading to sticking of powder on punches.We also tested various punch shapes. The GTP-1 correctly predicted the actual tableting results for all punch shapes. With punches that were more likely to cause tableting failure, our system predicted the effects of lubricant quantity in the tablet formulation and the occurrence of sticking in the rotary tableting machine. 展开更多

The servomotor drive turret punch press is attracting more attentions and being developed more intensively due to the advantages of high speed,high accuracy,high flexibility,high productivity,low noise,cleaning and energy saving.To effectively improve the performance and lower the cost,it is necessary to develop new mechanisms and establish corresponding optimal design method with uniform performance indices.A new patented main driving mechanism and a new optimal design method are proposed.In the optimal design,the performance indices,i.e.,the local motion/force transmission indices ITI,OTI,good transmission workspace good transmission workspace(GTW) and the global transmission indices GTIs are defined.The non-dimensional normalization method is used to get all feasible solutions in dimensional synthesis.Thereafter,the performance atlases,which can present all possible design solutions,are depicted.As a result,the feasible solution of the mechanism with good motion/force transmission performance is obtained.And the solution can be flexibly adjusted by designer according to the practical design requirements.The proposed mechanism is original,and the presented design method provides a feasible solution to the optimal design of the main driving mechanism for servo punch press. 展开更多

The microstructure evolution of spray formed and rapidly solidified Al-Cu-Mg alloy with fine grains during rapid cold punching and recrystallization annealing was investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the precipitates of fine-grained Al-Cu-Mg alloy during rapid cold punching and recrystallization annealing mainly consist of S phase and a small amount of coarse Al6Mn phase. With the increase of deformation passes, the density of precipitates increases, the size of precipitates decreases significantly, and the deformation and transition bands disappear gradually. In addition, the grains are refined and tend to be uniform. Defects introduced by rapid cold punching contribute to the precipitation and recrystallization, and promote nucleation and growth of S phase and recrystallization. Deformation and transition bands in the coarse grains transform into deformation-induced grain boundary during the deformation and recrystallization, which refine grains, obtain uniform nanocrystalline structure and promote homogeneous distribution of S phase. 展开更多

High-resolution transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),and hardness test were used to study the evolution of long plate-shaped S'phase in the spray-formed fine-grained Al−Cu−Mg alloy during aging after rapid cold punching deformation.Results show that the long plate-shaped S'phase in the extruded Al−Cu−Mg alloy undergoes evident distortion,brittle failure,separation and redissolution,during rapid cold punching deformation,leading to the transformation of long plate-shaped S'phase into short rod or even redissolution and disappearance,causing the matrix to become a supersaturated solid solution.After the aging treatment,the reprecipitation of the phases occurs,and these aging phases are mainly long plate-shaped and granular.The incompletely dissolved S'phase acts as nucleation core,promoting uphill diffusion of the surrounding solute atoms.The S'phase gradually grows with increasing the aging time.The completely dissolved S'phase forms the incoherent equilibrium phase with the matrix to reduce its free energy.After rapid cold punching,the aging response of the deformed Al−Cu−Mg alloy is accelerated,and the hardness of the alloy is substantially increased. 展开更多

Punch shearing is used to form the part in the material process.Cryogenic treatment(CT)has active effect on local mechanical properties of steel,but it is still uncertain of the influence of CT on the properties of the magnesium alloy during punch shearing.In this work,the influence of AZ31 sheet treated by cryogenic on punch shearing was studied.Microstructures were observed with a ZEISS optical microscope,and mechanical properties,as well as shear properties were tested by tensile testing and punch shearing.The results show that the number of secondary phase increases and a large number of twins appear in the grains after CT.Meanwhile,the ultimate tensile strength(UTS),the ductility,and hardness of AZ31 are improved,while the yield strength(YS)decreases gradually during CT.During punch shearing,the shearing strength decreases,the rollover radius changes insignificantly,and the height of the burr on the edge of the cross section decreases.At the same time,a larger proportion of smooth zone on the cross section has been achieved. 展开更多

The aim of this research is to evaluate the local creep damage of various microstructures such as coarse grained heat affected zone (CGHAZ), fine grained heat affected zone (FG- HAZ), intercritical heat affected zone (ICHAZ) known as Type IV region, weld metal, and base metal of P92(9Cr-2W) steel weldment by small punch (SP) creep test at 600~ C. Also, to determine the weakest local part of the weldment, the effect of microstructures on creep rupture behavior in the weldment of P92 steel was studied. From the experimental results, the FGHAZ and Type IV region turned out to be very weak local parts of P92 weldment. Especially, the TYPE IV region showed the greatest displacement rate and had the shortest rupture life with many creep cavities widely spreaded in most of the region. 展开更多
