针对结构振动试验中仅能获取应力均方根(root mean square,RMS)值而缺失功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)数据的问题,提出一种试验-仿真融合的振动应力PSD重构方法。该方法通过模态试验修正有限元模型,结合实测模态阻尼与RMS约... 针对结构振动试验中仅能获取应力均方根(root mean square,RMS)值而缺失功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)数据的问题,提出一种试验-仿真融合的振动应力PSD重构方法。该方法通过模态试验修正有限元模型,结合实测模态阻尼与RMS约束优化,实现高精度PSD重构。基于航空组合件在宽带随机振动(20~1000 Hz)下的试验验证表明:重构PSD与试验PSD在谱型(主频误差<2%、幅值误差<5%)和RMS值上均高度吻合;采用24种载荷谱模型的疲劳寿命预测最大误差为10.2%,其中18种模型误差低于3.28%。以某机载液压驱动装置为例,验证了该方法在结构优化中的实用性,显著减少实物试验迭代次数。 展开更多

Shaft alignment is an important technique during installation and maintenance of a rotating machine. A high-precision laser alignment system has been designed with dual PSDs (Position Sensing Detector) to change traditional manual way of shaft alignment and to make the measurement easier and more accurate. The system is comprised of two small measuring units (laser transmitter and detector) and a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with measurement software. The laser alignment system with dual PSDs was improved on a single PSD system, and yields higher measurement accuracy than the previous design, and has been successful for designing and implements actual shaft alignment. In the system, the range of offset measurement is ±4 mm, and the resolution is 1.5 μm, with accuracy being less than 2 μm. 展开更多

Taking three-phase electrode adjusting system of submerged arc furnace as study object which has nonlinear, time-variant, multivariable and strong coupling features, a neural adaptive PSD(proportion, sum and differential) dispersive decoupling controller was developed by combining neural adaptive PSD algorithm with dispersive decoupling network. In this work, the production technology process and control difficulties of submerged arc furnace were simply introduced, the necessity of establishing a neural adaptive PSD dispersive decoupling controller was discussed, the design method and the implementation steps of the controller are expounded in detail, and the block diagram of the controlled system is presented. By comparison with experimental results of the conventional PID controller and the adaptive PSD controller, the decoupling ability, adaptive ability, self-learning ability and robustness of the neural adaptive PSD dispersive decoupling controller have been testified effectively. The controller is applicable to the three-phase electrode adjusting system of submerged arc furnace, and it will play an important role for achieving the power balance of three-phrase electrodes, saving energy and reducing consumption in the process of smelting. 展开更多

Shaft alignment is an important technique during installation and maintenance of a rotating machine. A high-precision laser alignment system has been designed with dual PSDs (Position Sensing Detector) to change traditional manual way of shaft alignment and to make the measurement easier and more accurate. The system is comprised of two small measuring units (laser transmitter and detector) and a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with the measurement software. The laser alignment system with dual PSDs was improved on a single PSD system,and it gets higher measurement accuracy than the previous design,and it has been succeeded in designing and implement for actual shaft alignment. As an important part of the beam diagnostic system, the synchrotron light beam position measurement has a very high value in the high quality and high stability light source applied research. A new photon beam position monitor based on position-sensitive detector (PSD) has been developed to measure the photon beam position in vertical and horizontal directions at the same time at HLS (Hefei Light Source). The new PBPM based on the PSD has fast response speed, high sensitivity and wide dynamic range. This PBPM system also includes the C4674 signal processing circuit, NI USB-9215 data acquisition device and the LABVIEW data acquisition program. This PBPM system has been calibrated vertically and horizontally on-line, and then has been applied in the beam line B3EA of HLS to measure the position of the synchrotron light. As the results shown, the resolution of the system is better than 3 mm. 展开更多

Power quality is a crucial area of research in contemporary power systems,particularly given the rapid proliferation of intermittent renewable energy sources such as wind power.This study investigated the relationships between power quality indices of system output and PSD by utilizing theories related to spectra,PSD,and random signal power spectra.The relationship was derived,validated through experiments and simulations,and subsequently applied to multi-objective optimization.Various optimization algorithms were compared to achieve optimal system power quality.The findings revealed that the relationships between power quality indices and PSD were influenced by variations in the order of the power spectral estimation model.An increase in the order of the AR model resulted in a 36%improvement in the number of optimal solutions.Regarding optimal solution distribution,NSGA-II demonstrated superior diversity,while MOEA/D exhibited better convergence.However,practical applications showed that while MOEA/D had higher convergence,NSGA-II produced superior optimal solutions,achieving the best power quality indices(THDi at 4.62%,d%at 3.51%,and cosφat 96%).These results suggest that the proposed method holds significant potential for optimizing power quality in practical applications. 展开更多

Three-dimensional Information Decoupling System Based on PSD were designed based on LabVIEW, in order to achieve precision, timeliness, reliability require-ments of the PSD used in the ATP system of Satellite Earth quantum communication. Firstly, the laser light source was driven by a stepper motor to scan on the PSD photosensitive surface, and the voltage value was collected and calculated to get the spot position. Analyzing the cause of nonlinear, a mathematical model was built between the actual value and the measured value by using binary quadratic polynomial method, PSD nonlinear correction function would be got. Then, the object micro displacement and angle offset were measured by combining optical triangulation method, and the error of the measurement results was corrected. Experimental results showed that, after the correction, the measuring deviation could be significantly reduced, the PSD performance calibration requirements was achieved, the efficiency of the system was developed greatly by using LabVIEW. 展开更多
