The atmospheric corrosion monitoring(ACM)technique has been widely employed to track the real-time corrosion behavior of metal materials.However,limited studies have applied ACM to the corrosion protection properties ...The atmospheric corrosion monitoring(ACM)technique has been widely employed to track the real-time corrosion behavior of metal materials.However,limited studies have applied ACM to the corrosion protection properties of organic coatings.This study compared a bare epoxy coating with one containing zinc phosphate corrosion inhibitors,both applied on ACM sensors,to observe their corrosion protection properties over time.Coatings with artificial damage via scratches were exposed to immersion and alternating dry and wet environments,which allowed for monitoring galvanic corrosion currents in real-time.Throughout the corrosion tests,the ACM currents of the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating were considerably lower than those of the blank epoxy coating.The trend in ACM current variations closely matched the results obtained from regular electrochemical tests and surface analysis.This alignment highlights the potential of the ACM technique in evaluating the corrosion protection capabilities of organic coatings.Compared with the blank epoxy coating,the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating showed much-decreased ACM current values that confirmed the effective inhibition of zinc phosphate against steel corrosion beneath the damaged coating.展开更多
In this paper a fully parametrized finite element simulation model of the stator bar end is created using the COMSOL Multiphysics.The model allows conducting the comparison of different corona protection structures’d...In this paper a fully parametrized finite element simulation model of the stator bar end is created using the COMSOL Multiphysics.The model allows conducting the comparison of different corona protection structures’design,various materials properties,and finally optimizing the corona protection system.Several samples of SiC based nonlinear conductivity materials for corona protection were fabricated in laboratory and then investigated.The conductivity dependencies on electric field(0.05 to 1 kV/mm)and temperature(20 to 155℃)were measured.By comparing the heat-resistant grades of the corona protection material and the insulating material,the maximum working temperature of the corona protection material corresponds to the heat-resistant grade F of the insulating material.As the temperature increases,the nonlinear characteristics of the corona protection material in the experiment decrease dramatically,reducing the heat-resistant grade of the corona protection material.The decrease in the nonlinear characteristics of the corona protection material at the maximum operating temperature causes the maximum electric field strength at the end of the HV rotating machines end corona protection(ECP)exceeding the corona discharge electric field strength,resulting in corona phenomenon.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Hemiplegia,a prevalent stroke-related condition,is often studied for motor dysfunction;however,spasticity remains under-researched.Abnormal muscle tone significantly hinders hemiplegic patients’walking rec...BACKGROUND:Hemiplegia,a prevalent stroke-related condition,is often studied for motor dysfunction;however,spasticity remains under-researched.Abnormal muscle tone significantly hinders hemiplegic patients’walking recovery.OBJECTIVE:To determine whether early suspension-protected training with a personal assistant machine for stroke patients enhances walking ability and prevents muscle spasms.METHODS:Thirty-two early-stage stroke patients from Shenzhen University General Hospital and the China Rehabilitation Research Center were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=16)and the control group(n=16).Both groups underwent 4 weeks of gait training under the suspension protection system for 30 minutes daily,5 days a week.The experimental group used the personal assistant machine during training.Three-dimensional gait analysis(using the Cortex motion capture system),Brunnstrom staging,Fugl-Meyer Assessment for lower limb motor function,Fugl-Meyer balance function,and the modified Ashworth Scale were evaluated within 1 week before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After the 4-week intervention,all outcome measures showed significant changes in each group.The experimental group had a small but significant increase in the modified Ashworth Scale score(P<0.05,d=|0.15|),while the control group had a large significant increase(P<0.05,d=|1.48|).The experimental group demonstrated greater improvements in walking speed(16.5 to 38.44 cm/s,P<0.05,d=|4.01|),step frequency(46.44 to 64.94 steps/min,P<0.05,d=|2.32|),stride length(15.50 to 29.81 cm,P<0.05,d=|3.44|),and peak hip and knee flexion(d=|1.82|to|2.17|).After treatment,the experimental group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group in walking speed(38.44 vs.26.63 cm/s,P<0.05,d=|2.75|),stride length,peak hip and knee flexion(d=|1.31|to|1.45|),step frequency(64.94 vs.59.38 steps/min,P<0.05,d=|0.85|),and a reduced support phase(bilateral:24.31%vs.28.38%,P<0.05,d=|0.88|;non-paretic:66.19%vs.70.13%,P<0.05,d=|0.94|).For early hemiplegia,personal assistant machine-assisted gait training under the suspension protection system helps establish a correct gait pattern,prevents muscle spasms,and improves motor function.展开更多
[Objectives]To explore biodiversity characteristics of Yuncheng Salt Lake and provide protection countermeasures.[Methods]According to the field survey data of 978 plant quadrats and cluster analysis,species diversity...[Objectives]To explore biodiversity characteristics of Yuncheng Salt Lake and provide protection countermeasures.[Methods]According to the field survey data of 978 plant quadrats and cluster analysis,species diversity indicators such as Margalef richness index and Shannon-Wiener index were selected to deeply explore the structure and diversity characteristics of higher plant communities in Yuncheng Salt Lake.[Results]There were 117 species belonging to 97 genera and 35 families of higher plants in Yuncheng Salt Lake,of which Asteraceae and Gramineae were dominant families,and the North Temperate Distribution Genus accounted for 27.35%of the total genera;according to profile coefficient method,the optimal cluster number was 7,which was divided into 7 plant community types,including Artemisia capillaris community and Suaeda glauca(Bunge)community;the Lolium perenne community was the highest(d=2.537),the Artemisia scoparia community was the best(E=0.658),the Suaeda salsa(L.)Pall community was the lowest(H′=1.779),and the spatial distribution of species showed a significant aggregation pattern.[Conclusions]We put forward some countermeasures for biodiversity protection,including constructing dynamic monitoring system,implementing adaptive management strategy and promoting multi-party collaborative governance,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for ecological restoration and sustainable development of Yuncheng Salt Lake.展开更多
BACKGROUND:As disasters intensify and professional deficits persist,civil protection is reliant on medical volunteers.With limited physician availability,telemedicine is promising.No system currently empowers lower-qu...BACKGROUND:As disasters intensify and professional deficits persist,civil protection is reliant on medical volunteers.With limited physician availability,telemedicine is promising.No system currently empowers lower-qualified paramedics for physician-delegated telemedicine.Existing telemedicine technology unfits for civil protection.This study aimed to evaluate a modified system at a music festival to simulate disaster situations.METHODS:A tablet-based telemedicine system,integrating vital sign monitoring,was deployed at the "Summerjam" music festival characterized by various medical emergencies.A physician could be contacted via telemedicine or requested onsite.Medical feasibility was rated by patient condition changes,with National Advisory Committee of Aeronautics(NACA) score and Primary Ranking for Initial Orientation in the Rescue service(PRIOR) algorithm for triaging.Technical feasibility was assessed by connection stability,communication,and vital sign transmission.RESULTS:Of 404 treatments,34(8.4%) were performed using telemedicine,49(12.1%) were carried out with a physician onsite.Telemedicine treatments accounted for 40.9% of all treatment in which a physician was involved.Patient conditions varied up to NACA III(moderate disturbance).A variety of internal medical(76.5%) and surgical(23.5%) conditions were addressed,some of which required invasive measures or application of medication.No patients experienced a deterioration in their condition.Despite technical difficulties,treatment was not significantly impacted,confirming technical feasibility.CONCLUSION:The study shows that lower-qualified paramedics can effectively use telemedicine for physician-delegated treatment,suggesting potential applicability to civil protection.Nonetheless,further system robustness improvements and research are needed.展开更多
Distributed data fusion is essential for numerous applications,yet faces significant privacy security challenges.Federated learning(FL),as a distributed machine learning paradigm,offers enhanced data privacy protectio...Distributed data fusion is essential for numerous applications,yet faces significant privacy security challenges.Federated learning(FL),as a distributed machine learning paradigm,offers enhanced data privacy protection and has attracted widespread attention.Consequently,research increasingly focuses on developing more secure FL techniques.However,in real-world scenarios involving malicious entities,the accuracy of FL results is often compromised,particularly due to the threat of collusion between two servers.To address this challenge,this paper proposes an efficient and verifiable data aggregation protocol with enhanced privacy protection.After analyzing attack methods against prior schemes,we implement key improvements.Specifically,by incorporating cascaded random numbers and perturbation terms into gradients,we strengthen the privacy protection afforded by polynomial masking,effectively preventing information leakage.Furthermore,our protocol features an enhanced verification mechanism capable of detecting collusive behaviors between two servers.Accuracy testing on the MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets demonstrates that our protocol maintains accuracy comparable to the Federated Averaging Algorithm.In scheme efficiency comparisons,while incurring only a marginal increase in verification overhead relative to the baseline scheme,our protocol achieves an average improvement of 93.13% in privacy protection and verification overhead compared to the state-of-the-art scheme.This result highlights its optimal balance between overall overhead and functionality.A current limitation is that the verificationmechanismcannot precisely pinpoint the source of anomalies within aggregated results when server-side malicious behavior occurs.Addressing this limitation will be a focus of future research.展开更多

This study aimed to assess the w...Introduction: The use of radioactive radiations in healthcare facilities must comply with radioprotection safety rules in order to avoid threatening the health of workers and patients. This study aimed to assess the working conditions, the protective measures and the medical monitoring of workers directly involved in X-ray work at hospitals in Douala, Cameroon. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out during the 1st quarter of 2018, across various state and private health facilities of the city of Douala. Sampling was non-random, based on convenience and all the willing participants that fulfilled the inclusion criteria were enrolled. Quantitative analyses were conducted using EPI INFO 7.0 software and the results were presented in both univariate and bivariate forms. Results: The sample consisted of 56 men and 31 women with a mean age of 34.75 ± 8.77 years. X-ray technicians were over-represented (41.38%). Day/night shift work was the main work pattern (68.96%). The distribution of work zones A&B was known by 87.5% of the participants. Hazard warning signs were effective in work zones A and B (75.86%), and the walls of the premises were also reinforced in these work zones (88.51%), but the use of radiation dosimeters was rare (9.20%). Radiation aprons (94.30%) and hand-held dosimeters (63.20%) were the most commonly used personal protective equipment. The majority of the participants did not benefit from medical follow-up by an occupational health specialist (62.1%). Conclusion: The implementation of radiation protection measures remains a significant concern in Douala based health facilities, and requires stricter administrative controls and sanctions to prevent serious health consequences for exposed staff.展开更多
The increasing severity of air pollution necessitates more effective and sustained air filtration technology.Concurrently,the desire for more environmentally friendly,sustainable materials with better filtering perfor...The increasing severity of air pollution necessitates more effective and sustained air filtration technology.Concurrently,the desire for more environmentally friendly,sustainable materials with better filtering performance and less environmental impact drives the move away from conventional synthetic membranes.This review presents lignocellulosic biocomposite(LigBioComp)membranes as an alternative to traditional synthetic membranes.It focuses on their materials,fabrication,and functionalization techniques while exploring challenges and proposing methods for resourceful utilization.Renowned for their abundance and renewable nature,lignocellulosic materials consist of cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin.Various applications can benefit from their antibacterial properties,large surface area,and remarkable mechanical strength.LigBioComp membranes are fabricated through casting,electrospinning,and freeze-drying,with advancements in fabrication techniques enhancing their performance and applicability.It is suggested to use solvent-free or low-solvent techniques such as Layer-by-Layer assembly to minimize environmental impact.Freeze-drying and electrospinning with green solvents can be used for achieving specific membrane properties,though energy consumption should be considered.Apply dry-wet spinning and solvent casting processes selectively.Functional groups,including carboxyl,hydroxyl,or amino groups,can significantly improve the membrane’s capacity to capture particulate matter.Chemical etching or the precise deposition of nanoparticles can further optimize pore size and distribution.The choice of chemicals and methods is critical in functionalization,with silane coupling agents,polyethyleneimine,and polydopamine.Future research should prioritize refining fabrication methods,advancing functionalization strategies,and conducting performance and recyclability assessments on hybrid and composite materials.This will enhance integrated systems and contribute to the development of smart filters.展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elde...Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion.展开更多
The protection effectiveness of traditional Lightning Strike Protection(LSP)for composite rotor blade of helicopter can be diminished due to the explosion risk in overlapping attachment under lightning strike,so a new...The protection effectiveness of traditional Lightning Strike Protection(LSP)for composite rotor blade of helicopter can be diminished due to the explosion risk in overlapping attachment under lightning strike,so a new protection method based on Air Breakdown and insulating adhesive layer(AB-LSP method)was designed to avoid it.In this study,a numerical method was developed to simulate the electrical breakdown,and verified by experiment results.Based on this method,a Finite Element Model(FEM)was established to investigate the effect of two factors(breakdown strength and initial ablation temperature of adhesive layer)on the LSP effectiveness.The results show that the breakdown strength impacts more to the ablation damage in composite than that of high-temperature resistance.Then,another FEM was established to predict the ablation damage by lightning strike in the AB-LSP method protected composite rotor blade.The mechanisms and potential key parameters(magnitude of lightning current,discharge channel location,adhesive layer thickness,and air gap width)that could affect the protection effectiveness were analyzed.The introduction of air breakdown changes the current conduction path and reduces explosion risk.After rational design,this method can offer effective lightning protection for composite helicopter rotor blade and other composite structures.展开更多

文摘Deep sea,with rich oil,gas,and mineral resources,plays an increasingly crucial role in scientific and industrial realms.However,the highly corrosive feature of deep sea hinders further exploration and development,which requires metal materials with robust corrosion resistance.This review covers an in-depth and all-around overview of the up-to-date advances in corrosion and protection of metals in deep-sea environment.Firstly,the unique characteristics of deep-sea environment are summarized in detail.Subsequently,the corrosion performances of metals in both in situ and simulated deep-sea environments are illustrated systematically.Furthermore,corrosion prevent strategies of metals,including sacrificial anode protection,organic coatings,as well as coatings achieved by physical vapor deposition(PVD coatings),are highlighted.Finally,we outline current challenges and development trends of corrosion and protection of metals in deep-sea environment in the future.The purpose of this review is not only to summarize the recent progress on metal corrosion and protection in deep sea,but also to aid us in understanding them more comprehensively and deeply in a short time,so as to boost their fast development.
文摘This article takes the current autonomous driving technology as the research background and studies the collaborative protection mechanism between its system-on-chip(SoC)functional safety and information security.It includes an introduction to the functions and information security of autonomous driving SoCs,as well as the main design strategies for the collaborative prevention and control mechanism of SoC functional safety and information security in autonomous driving.The research shows that in the field of autonomous driving,there is a close connection between the functional safety of SoCs and their information security.In the design of the safety collaborative protection mechanism,the overall collaborative protection architecture,SoC functional safety protection mechanism,information security protection mechanism,the workflow of the collaborative protection mechanism,and its strategies are all key design elements.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some references for the collaborative protection of SoC functional safety and information security in the field of autonomous driving,so as to improve the safety of autonomous driving technology and meet its practical application requirements.

文摘In the digital era,the protection of human rights inevitably integrates digital technology and presents distinctive relevant characteristics.Therefore,the concept of digital inclusion should be introduced.However,the protection of human rights in the digital age still faces four significant challenges,namely,limitations in hardware systems with unrealized access rights,lack of digital competency with widening digital divide,low degree of empowerment and inefficiency in digital utilization,as well as frequent digital infringements and compromised digital rights.To address these challenges,it is essential to ensure barrier-free access to information technology to strengthen the foundation of human rights protection,promote the extensive participation of social entities to expand the scope of human rights protection,provide inclusive services for diverse groups to deepen the content of human rights protection,eliminate the digital divide to promote equal realization of human rights protection,and enhance citizens’digital literacy and capabilities to improve the efficacy of digital protection of human rights.Under the framework of digital inclusion,the specific measures to achieve the digital protection of human rights are led by the value orientation and practical needs of the rights to subsistence and development,aiming to advance the universal protection,differential protection,and enhanced protection of human rights through digital inclusion.

文摘The atmospheric corrosion monitoring(ACM)technique has been widely employed to track the real-time corrosion behavior of metal materials.However,limited studies have applied ACM to the corrosion protection properties of organic coatings.This study compared a bare epoxy coating with one containing zinc phosphate corrosion inhibitors,both applied on ACM sensors,to observe their corrosion protection properties over time.Coatings with artificial damage via scratches were exposed to immersion and alternating dry and wet environments,which allowed for monitoring galvanic corrosion currents in real-time.Throughout the corrosion tests,the ACM currents of the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating were considerably lower than those of the blank epoxy coating.The trend in ACM current variations closely matched the results obtained from regular electrochemical tests and surface analysis.This alignment highlights the potential of the ACM technique in evaluating the corrosion protection capabilities of organic coatings.Compared with the blank epoxy coating,the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating showed much-decreased ACM current values that confirmed the effective inhibition of zinc phosphate against steel corrosion beneath the damaged coating.
文摘In this paper a fully parametrized finite element simulation model of the stator bar end is created using the COMSOL Multiphysics.The model allows conducting the comparison of different corona protection structures’design,various materials properties,and finally optimizing the corona protection system.Several samples of SiC based nonlinear conductivity materials for corona protection were fabricated in laboratory and then investigated.The conductivity dependencies on electric field(0.05 to 1 kV/mm)and temperature(20 to 155℃)were measured.By comparing the heat-resistant grades of the corona protection material and the insulating material,the maximum working temperature of the corona protection material corresponds to the heat-resistant grade F of the insulating material.As the temperature increases,the nonlinear characteristics of the corona protection material in the experiment decrease dramatically,reducing the heat-resistant grade of the corona protection material.The decrease in the nonlinear characteristics of the corona protection material at the maximum operating temperature causes the maximum electric field strength at the end of the HV rotating machines end corona protection(ECP)exceeding the corona discharge electric field strength,resulting in corona phenomenon.
文摘BACKGROUND:Hemiplegia,a prevalent stroke-related condition,is often studied for motor dysfunction;however,spasticity remains under-researched.Abnormal muscle tone significantly hinders hemiplegic patients’walking recovery.OBJECTIVE:To determine whether early suspension-protected training with a personal assistant machine for stroke patients enhances walking ability and prevents muscle spasms.METHODS:Thirty-two early-stage stroke patients from Shenzhen University General Hospital and the China Rehabilitation Research Center were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=16)and the control group(n=16).Both groups underwent 4 weeks of gait training under the suspension protection system for 30 minutes daily,5 days a week.The experimental group used the personal assistant machine during training.Three-dimensional gait analysis(using the Cortex motion capture system),Brunnstrom staging,Fugl-Meyer Assessment for lower limb motor function,Fugl-Meyer balance function,and the modified Ashworth Scale were evaluated within 1 week before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After the 4-week intervention,all outcome measures showed significant changes in each group.The experimental group had a small but significant increase in the modified Ashworth Scale score(P<0.05,d=|0.15|),while the control group had a large significant increase(P<0.05,d=|1.48|).The experimental group demonstrated greater improvements in walking speed(16.5 to 38.44 cm/s,P<0.05,d=|4.01|),step frequency(46.44 to 64.94 steps/min,P<0.05,d=|2.32|),stride length(15.50 to 29.81 cm,P<0.05,d=|3.44|),and peak hip and knee flexion(d=|1.82|to|2.17|).After treatment,the experimental group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group in walking speed(38.44 vs.26.63 cm/s,P<0.05,d=|2.75|),stride length,peak hip and knee flexion(d=|1.31|to|1.45|),step frequency(64.94 vs.59.38 steps/min,P<0.05,d=|0.85|),and a reduced support phase(bilateral:24.31%vs.28.38%,P<0.05,d=|0.88|;non-paretic:66.19%vs.70.13%,P<0.05,d=|0.94|).For early hemiplegia,personal assistant machine-assisted gait training under the suspension protection system helps establish a correct gait pattern,prevents muscle spasms,and improves motor function.

文摘[Objectives]To explore biodiversity characteristics of Yuncheng Salt Lake and provide protection countermeasures.[Methods]According to the field survey data of 978 plant quadrats and cluster analysis,species diversity indicators such as Margalef richness index and Shannon-Wiener index were selected to deeply explore the structure and diversity characteristics of higher plant communities in Yuncheng Salt Lake.[Results]There were 117 species belonging to 97 genera and 35 families of higher plants in Yuncheng Salt Lake,of which Asteraceae and Gramineae were dominant families,and the North Temperate Distribution Genus accounted for 27.35%of the total genera;according to profile coefficient method,the optimal cluster number was 7,which was divided into 7 plant community types,including Artemisia capillaris community and Suaeda glauca(Bunge)community;the Lolium perenne community was the highest(d=2.537),the Artemisia scoparia community was the best(E=0.658),the Suaeda salsa(L.)Pall community was the lowest(H′=1.779),and the spatial distribution of species showed a significant aggregation pattern.[Conclusions]We put forward some countermeasures for biodiversity protection,including constructing dynamic monitoring system,implementing adaptive management strategy and promoting multi-party collaborative governance,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for ecological restoration and sustainable development of Yuncheng Salt Lake.

文摘BACKGROUND:As disasters intensify and professional deficits persist,civil protection is reliant on medical volunteers.With limited physician availability,telemedicine is promising.No system currently empowers lower-qualified paramedics for physician-delegated telemedicine.Existing telemedicine technology unfits for civil protection.This study aimed to evaluate a modified system at a music festival to simulate disaster situations.METHODS:A tablet-based telemedicine system,integrating vital sign monitoring,was deployed at the "Summerjam" music festival characterized by various medical emergencies.A physician could be contacted via telemedicine or requested onsite.Medical feasibility was rated by patient condition changes,with National Advisory Committee of Aeronautics(NACA) score and Primary Ranking for Initial Orientation in the Rescue service(PRIOR) algorithm for triaging.Technical feasibility was assessed by connection stability,communication,and vital sign transmission.RESULTS:Of 404 treatments,34(8.4%) were performed using telemedicine,49(12.1%) were carried out with a physician onsite.Telemedicine treatments accounted for 40.9% of all treatment in which a physician was involved.Patient conditions varied up to NACA III(moderate disturbance).A variety of internal medical(76.5%) and surgical(23.5%) conditions were addressed,some of which required invasive measures or application of medication.No patients experienced a deterioration in their condition.Despite technical difficulties,treatment was not significantly impacted,confirming technical feasibility.CONCLUSION:The study shows that lower-qualified paramedics can effectively use telemedicine for physician-delegated treatment,suggesting potential applicability to civil protection.Nonetheless,further system robustness improvements and research are needed.

文摘Distributed data fusion is essential for numerous applications,yet faces significant privacy security challenges.Federated learning(FL),as a distributed machine learning paradigm,offers enhanced data privacy protection and has attracted widespread attention.Consequently,research increasingly focuses on developing more secure FL techniques.However,in real-world scenarios involving malicious entities,the accuracy of FL results is often compromised,particularly due to the threat of collusion between two servers.To address this challenge,this paper proposes an efficient and verifiable data aggregation protocol with enhanced privacy protection.After analyzing attack methods against prior schemes,we implement key improvements.Specifically,by incorporating cascaded random numbers and perturbation terms into gradients,we strengthen the privacy protection afforded by polynomial masking,effectively preventing information leakage.Furthermore,our protocol features an enhanced verification mechanism capable of detecting collusive behaviors between two servers.Accuracy testing on the MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets demonstrates that our protocol maintains accuracy comparable to the Federated Averaging Algorithm.In scheme efficiency comparisons,while incurring only a marginal increase in verification overhead relative to the baseline scheme,our protocol achieves an average improvement of 93.13% in privacy protection and verification overhead compared to the state-of-the-art scheme.This result highlights its optimal balance between overall overhead and functionality.A current limitation is that the verificationmechanismcannot precisely pinpoint the source of anomalies within aggregated results when server-side malicious behavior occurs.Addressing this limitation will be a focus of future research.
文摘Introduction: The use of radioactive radiations in healthcare facilities must comply with radioprotection safety rules in order to avoid threatening the health of workers and patients. This study aimed to assess the working conditions, the protective measures and the medical monitoring of workers directly involved in X-ray work at hospitals in Douala, Cameroon. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out during the 1st quarter of 2018, across various state and private health facilities of the city of Douala. Sampling was non-random, based on convenience and all the willing participants that fulfilled the inclusion criteria were enrolled. Quantitative analyses were conducted using EPI INFO 7.0 software and the results were presented in both univariate and bivariate forms. Results: The sample consisted of 56 men and 31 women with a mean age of 34.75 ± 8.77 years. X-ray technicians were over-represented (41.38%). Day/night shift work was the main work pattern (68.96%). The distribution of work zones A&B was known by 87.5% of the participants. Hazard warning signs were effective in work zones A and B (75.86%), and the walls of the premises were also reinforced in these work zones (88.51%), but the use of radiation dosimeters was rare (9.20%). Radiation aprons (94.30%) and hand-held dosimeters (63.20%) were the most commonly used personal protective equipment. The majority of the participants did not benefit from medical follow-up by an occupational health specialist (62.1%). Conclusion: The implementation of radiation protection measures remains a significant concern in Douala based health facilities, and requires stricter administrative controls and sanctions to prevent serious health consequences for exposed staff.

文摘The increasing severity of air pollution necessitates more effective and sustained air filtration technology.Concurrently,the desire for more environmentally friendly,sustainable materials with better filtering performance and less environmental impact drives the move away from conventional synthetic membranes.This review presents lignocellulosic biocomposite(LigBioComp)membranes as an alternative to traditional synthetic membranes.It focuses on their materials,fabrication,and functionalization techniques while exploring challenges and proposing methods for resourceful utilization.Renowned for their abundance and renewable nature,lignocellulosic materials consist of cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin.Various applications can benefit from their antibacterial properties,large surface area,and remarkable mechanical strength.LigBioComp membranes are fabricated through casting,electrospinning,and freeze-drying,with advancements in fabrication techniques enhancing their performance and applicability.It is suggested to use solvent-free or low-solvent techniques such as Layer-by-Layer assembly to minimize environmental impact.Freeze-drying and electrospinning with green solvents can be used for achieving specific membrane properties,though energy consumption should be considered.Apply dry-wet spinning and solvent casting processes selectively.Functional groups,including carboxyl,hydroxyl,or amino groups,can significantly improve the membrane’s capacity to capture particulate matter.Chemical etching or the precise deposition of nanoparticles can further optimize pore size and distribution.The choice of chemicals and methods is critical in functionalization,with silane coupling agents,polyethyleneimine,and polydopamine.Future research should prioritize refining fabrication methods,advancing functionalization strategies,and conducting performance and recyclability assessments on hybrid and composite materials.This will enhance integrated systems and contribute to the development of smart filters.
文摘This study investigates the impact of investor protection on corporate R&D investment using panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies spanning 2015 to 2022.By employing OLS regression,mediation,and moderation analyses,the results demonstrate that robust investor protection mechanisms significantly enhance corporate R&D expenditures.The mediation analysis reveals that investor protection alleviates financing constraints and improves information disclosure quality,both of which serve as key channels for fostering R&D investment.Furthermore,internal control systems and media attention are identified as positive moderators,amplifying the beneficial effects of investor protection on R&D.In contrast,the equity Herfindahl index(HHI)does not exhibit a significant moderating role.The study also highlights that financial leverage,profitability,and equity concentration negatively influence R&D,while revenue growth exerts a positive effect.These findings underscore the critical role of investor protection in driving corporate innovation and sustainable growth,offering valuable insights for policymakers and corporate managers aiming to optimize R&D strategies through improved governance frameworks.

文摘With the rapid development of web3.0 applications,the volume of data sharing is increasing,the inefficiency of big data file sharing and the problem of data privacy leakage are becoming more and more prominent,and the existing data sharing schemes have been difficult to meet the growing demand for data sharing,this paper aims at exploring a secure,efficient and privacy-protecting data sharing scheme under web3.0 applications.Specifically,this paper adopts interplanetary file system(IPFS)technology to realize the storage of large data files to solve the problem of blockchain storage capacity limitation,and utilizes ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE)and proxy re-encryption(PRE)technology to realize secure multi-party sharing and finegrained access control of data.This paper provides the detailed algorithm design and implementation of data sharing phases and processes,and analyzes the algorithms from the perspectives of security,privacy protection,and performance.
文摘This review emphasizes the exemplary safety and efficacy of rebamipide in the treatment of gastric ulcers and other mucosa-related disorders,positioning it as a viable candidate for inclusion in treatment guidelines across India and globally.An in-depth literature review of rebamipide was carried out on PubMed and Google Scholar.Rebamipide has a multifaceted mechanism of action,including prostaglandin synthesis,scavenging free radicals,and enhancing mucin produc-tion,leading to enhanced mucosal protection and ulcer healing.Rebamipide serves as a highly effective and safe treatment option for gastric ulcers and gas-troesophageal reflux disease.The efficacy of this drug in treating ulcers often surpasses that of routinely used agents such as pantoprazole,sucralfate,misop-rostol,famotidine,lansoprazole,and esomeprazole.This superiority of rebami-pide can be attributed to the low rate of adverse events associated with it and its mild side effects,contributing to its widespread adoption across Southeast Asia and Russia.This popularity extends to its application beyond gastrointestinal ailments.Notably,it has been successfully employed in the treatment of ophthal-mological,oncological,and bone regeneration-related issues.Rebamipide's exemplary safety and efficacy in treating gastric ulcers and other mucosa-related disorders support its potential for inclusion in treatment guidelines,not only in India but also globally.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion.
文摘The protection effectiveness of traditional Lightning Strike Protection(LSP)for composite rotor blade of helicopter can be diminished due to the explosion risk in overlapping attachment under lightning strike,so a new protection method based on Air Breakdown and insulating adhesive layer(AB-LSP method)was designed to avoid it.In this study,a numerical method was developed to simulate the electrical breakdown,and verified by experiment results.Based on this method,a Finite Element Model(FEM)was established to investigate the effect of two factors(breakdown strength and initial ablation temperature of adhesive layer)on the LSP effectiveness.The results show that the breakdown strength impacts more to the ablation damage in composite than that of high-temperature resistance.Then,another FEM was established to predict the ablation damage by lightning strike in the AB-LSP method protected composite rotor blade.The mechanisms and potential key parameters(magnitude of lightning current,discharge channel location,adhesive layer thickness,and air gap width)that could affect the protection effectiveness were analyzed.The introduction of air breakdown changes the current conduction path and reduces explosion risk.After rational design,this method can offer effective lightning protection for composite helicopter rotor blade and other composite structures.

文摘Foshan Liang Garden,as a unique cultural heritage in the Lingnan region,possesses high artistic,scientific,and cultural value.Through field surveys and literature research,this paper sorts out the current problems in the protection and utilization of Foshan Liang Garden,establishes the basic principles of emphasizing both protection and revitalization and implementing them simultaneously,and summarizes methods for protection and utilization,including expanding funding channels,strengthening dynamic monitoring and scientific protection,exploring cultural connotations,and encouraging multi-stakeholder participation in joint construction.Furthermore,it proposes revitalization strategies such as empowering garden services with digital technology,integrating cultural resources to innovate cultural and creative products,promoting the museumization of idle functional spaces,and using cultural and educational activities for inheritance and dissemination.It is hoped that these measures will help Foshan Liang Garden better integrate into modern life,meet people’s diverse needs,and provide new ideas and methods for the protection and utilization of garden cultural heritage.
