Methods: From July 2018 to April 2021, 80 cases of patients receiving hysterectomy after delayed abortion were selected to participate in the study, and they were divided into study group and control group by double-blind method, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with TCM decoction, and patients in the research group were treated with E2V combined with PRGE intervention. The postoperative recovery and treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and vaginal bleeding between the study group and the control group (P > 0.05). The duration of vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and menstrual remenstruation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the visual simulation score of abdominal pain was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of uterine adhesion in the study group was 7.5% significantly lower than that in the control group (17.5%, P < 0.05). The compliance index of the study group was 95.0%, and that of the control group was 80.0%. The compliance index of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of E2V combined with PRGE in uterine clearance of delayed abortion is beneficial to promote the rapid postoperative recovery of patients, help to prevent intrauterine adhesion, shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding, menstruation and abdominal pain, and relieve abdominal pain.展开更多
