Background:High altitude disease(HAD)can reduce combat effectiveness and damage the health of soldiers at high altitudes.The objective of this hypothesis study is to build a four-period prevention model for high altitude disease that can be applied at high altitudes of over 3000 m.Presentation of the hypothesis:We divided the time at high altitude into nine periods,with three stages from the ascent preparation to the descent to the plain,and applied a continuous dynamic and systematic four-period prevention model across the nine periods.Each period of three stages has its own different measures and targets high altitude health care services for the prevention of high altitude disease.A standard four-period prevention model for high altitude disease was constructed for the high altitude health services at the population level.Testing the hypothesis:Our hypothesized HAD prevention model represents a continuous dynamic and systematic four-period prevention model across the nine periods.This hypothesis can be tested from three aspects.The first one is assessment of soldiers’operating efficacies.The second is comparison of the long-term high altitude population health basic data and development and utilization of big data.The third is descent population health status comparative study and historical retrospective study on prevention.Implications:As we know,it is necessary to protect soldiers’health through the ascent and descent.Through the standard four-period model,we can protect soldiers’health by preventing high altitude diseases,screening the susceptible population,securely tracking their location and maintaining soldiers’health statuses;we also maintain their operational capabilities,eliminate their psychological fears and ease their family troubles. 展开更多

Recently, ransomware has been a rapidly propagated subject for social engineering techniques especially the ransomware. Users can delete a ransomeware code using an antivirus software code. However, the encrypted data would be impossible to recover. Therefore, ransomware must be prevented and must have early detection before it infects any data. From 2015 to 2016,the hepatopancreatic lesion syndrome had a higher mortality rate,which caused great economic losses to farmers. In order to study the high-efficiency disease-preventing crab pond intercropping mode,an experiment was successfully conducted to intercrop Chinese sucker( Myxocyprinus asiaticus) in a crab pond in 2017. We optimized the traditional stocking mode,and mainly cultured river crabs when intercropping Chinese suckers. Meanwhile,the cultivation environment was strengthened,and the test pond was not affected by disease throughout the year. The results showed that the production benefits were river crab 115 620 yuan/hm^2,Chinese sucker 44 280 yuan/hm^2,and silver carp and bighead carp 5 418 yuan/hm^2,with a total output of 165 318 yuan/hm`2,and the output-input ratio was 1∶ 1. 72. The Chinese sucker-intercropping river crab culture mode promoted the improvement of pond culture environment,effectively controlled the occurrence of hepatopancreatic lesion syndrome,and significantly improved the economic benefits of crab pond culture. 展开更多

In this study,the communication error generation mechanism was analyzed from the view of human's psychological trait and organizational behavior,based on the basic process of communication,and the individual factors and organizational factors which cause communication errors were examined.Communication error doesn't just say that there was just a slip in transport of information(misinformation),the behavior which information wasn't conveyed or which couldn't be transported is also included(non-information). To prevent communication error,it's necessary to consider from the individual personal level and the organizational level based on a process of communication. The model to prevent communication error in the industrial organization was tried to propose by this consideration. In recent years,the trouble and accident by nonverbal communication which doesn't depend on language often generate at a work site. Background: Preventing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries is important to avoid long-term adverse health consequences. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing the incidence of these injuries. Our purpose was to identify barriers of implementation for ACL injury prevention programs and suggest mechanisms for reducing the barriers through application of a SocioEcological Model(SEM).Methods: Studies investigating ACL prevention program effectiveness were searched in Medline via PubMed and the Cochrane Library, and a subsequent review of the references of the identified articles, yielded 15 articles total. Inclusion criteria encompassed prospective controlled trials, published in English, with ACL injuries as the primary outcome. Studies were independently appraised by 2 reviewers for methodological quality using the PEDro scale. Barriers to implementation were identified when reported in at least 2 separate studies. A SEM was used to suggest ways to reduce the identified barriers.Results: Five barriers were identified: motivation, time requirements, skill requirements for program facilitators, compliance, and cost. The SEM suggested ways to minimize the barriers at all levels of the model from the individual through policy levels.Conclusion: Identification of barriers to program implementation and suggesting how to reduce them through the SEM is a critical first step toward enabling ACL prevention programs to be more effective and ultimately reducing the incidence of these injuries. 展开更多

Under the global circumstances where data leakage gets more and more severe, we present a trustworthiness-based distribution model that aims at data leakage prevention (DLP). In our model, first, the distributor calculates the user's trustworthiness based on his historical behaviors; second, according to the user's trustworthiness and his obtained file set overlapping leaked file set, the distributor accesses the probability of the user's intentional leak behavior as the subjective risk assessment; third, the distributor evaluates the user's platform vulnerability as an objective element; last, the distributor makes decisions whether to distribute the file based on the integrated risk assessment. The experiments indicate that the model can distinguish users of different types and make the probability of malicious users' requirements being denied much higher than that of honest users' requirements being denied, so that the model is capable of preventing data leakage validly. 展开更多

Effective Factors in Urinary Tract Infection Prevention among Children: Application of Health Belief Model

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is one of the most common bacterial infections among children using preventive manipulations, especially among children less than 6 years old. This study aimed at exploring factors which could affect urinary tract infection prevention among children. A descriptive analytical study was conducted on 70 mothers who had children less than 6 years old in 2013. Multistage cluster sampling method was utilized in which each kindergarten was considered as a cluster and data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire designed based on Health Belief Model (HBM). Validity and reliability of questionnaire were confirmed by a pilot study. ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficient were conducted using SPSS, version 18. The mean and standard deviation of knowledge and practice were 6.96 ± 2.14 and 15.47 ± 1.54 respectively. Means and standard deviation of Health Belief Model constructs (perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers and self-efficacy) were 17.64 ± 2.50, 22.02 ± 2.55, 20.90 ± 2.38, 27.56 ± 5.20 and 21.49 ± 3.18 respectively. More participants were in the moderate levels of knowledge (74.3%) and practice (45.7%). These findings revealed a significant relation between practice and perceived susceptibility (p = 0.02), perceived barriers (p = 0.001), self-efficacy (p = 0.014) and cues to action (p = 0.016). Based on the current study, the intervention based on Health Belief Model can be useful to improve preventive behaviors of Urinary Tract Infection. 展开更多

Methods: from January 2012 to December 2020, 163 patients with tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group provided general medical treatment, while the research group introduced the model of tuberculosis compound. Self-care and quality of life before and after nursing were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the ability of self-care and quality of life in the study group was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of "Triune" model of tuberculosis type of tuberculosis patients gives specific results, which increases the ability of patients to take care of patients independently and improve their quality of life. 展开更多

深部煤炭开采已成为必然,研究深部岩层动力灾害发生机理、防控原理及工程技术,对于保障煤矿安全生产、践行煤炭托底保供国家要求具有重要意义。首先,探讨了工作面推进方向覆岩、侧空覆岩、断层切割覆岩3种典型条件下其运动致灾动力学过... 深部煤炭开采已成为必然,研究深部岩层动力灾害发生机理、防控原理及工程技术,对于保障煤矿安全生产、践行煤炭托底保供国家要求具有重要意义。首先,探讨了工作面推进方向覆岩、侧空覆岩、断层切割覆岩3种典型条件下其运动致灾动力学过程,构建了覆岩结构力学模型,解答了覆岩运动诱发巷道动力冲击的力学机制。然后,基于深部岩层结构的复杂性、致灾特征的多样性,提出了岩层空间结构全尺度调控方法,揭示了从巷道围岩局部卸压到区域岩层改性全尺度卸压力学原理。最后,阐明了以覆岩结构改性、上行卸压开采、煤层弱化、煤柱宽度设计、高预应力支护为主要内容的灾害防控基本原理,并开展了多项防治工程实践。实践结果表明,麦垛山煤矿水压致裂后围岩变形量减小了44.61%~46.53%,枣泉煤矿大直径钻孔卸压后煤体位移降低了68.24%~77.78%,大安山煤矿高强吸能支护后两帮变形量减小了62.5%,上行卸压开采和多参量智能化监测预警平台分别在忻州窑矿和新巨龙煤矿取得了成功应用。 展开更多

不同防控技术模式对当归主要病虫害的防控效果

为推进中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)落地,提升甘肃渭源当归的品质与产量,针对当地当归生产中麻口病、水烂病及地下害虫等核心病虫害问题,2023-2024年在整合多年技术研究成果的基础上,构建了涵盖土壤处理、种苗处理、苗期浇根及叶面喷雾... 为推进中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)落地,提升甘肃渭源当归的品质与产量,针对当地当归生产中麻口病、水烂病及地下害虫等核心病虫害问题,2023-2024年在整合多年技术研究成果的基础上,构建了涵盖土壤处理、种苗处理、苗期浇根及叶面喷雾等关键技术的当归病虫害生物综合防控与绿色综合防控2种技术模式,并系统开展了2种模式对当归主要病虫害的防控效果研究。结果表明,2023、2024年2种技术模式均表现出显著防控与增产效果,其中生物综合防控技术模式下,当归出苗提高率分别为6.56%、14.13%,水烂病防效分别为73.72%、81.23%,麻口病防效分别为80.51%、88.76%,增产率分别为54.30%、77.46%;绿色综合防控技术模式下,当归出苗提高率分别为4.04%、12.72%,水烂病防效分别为64.52%、71.16%,麻口病防效分别为65.22%、67.75%,分别增产44.52%、61.75%。2024年对当归蛴螬的防效生物综合防控技术模式显著高于绿色综合防控技术模式。综上,当归病虫害生物综合防控技术模式在病虫害防控效果、出苗率提升及增产幅度上均优于绿色综合防控技术模式,可为甘肃渭源当归GAP标准化生产提供高效、绿色的技术支撑。同时,生物综合防控技术模式在减少化学农药使用、降低环境污染及提升当归品质方面优势显著,具备更高推广价值。 展开更多

Thus, data security and data leakage prevention have become important in a distributed environment. In this aspect, mobile agent-based systems are one of the latest mechanisms to identify and prevent the intrusion and leakage of the data across the network. Thus, to tackle one or more of the several challenges on Mobile Agent-Based Information Leakage Prevention, this paper aim at providing a comprehensive, detailed, and systematic study of the Distribution Model for Mobile Agent-Based Information Leakage Prevention. This paper involves the review of papers selected from the journals which are published in 2009 and 2019. The critical review is presented for the distributed mobile agent-based intrusion detection systems in terms of their design analysis, techniques, and shortcomings. Initially, eighty-five papers were identified, but a paper selection process reduced the number of papers to thirteen important reviews. 展开更多

老年牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复并发口腔感染的预测模型构建与防治策略

目的探讨老年牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复并发口腔感染的影响因素,构建预测模型并制定针对性防治策略。方法前瞻性选取2021年9月至2023年12月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的择期行口腔种植修复的老年牙列缺失患者176例为建模集,按照口腔... 目的探讨老年牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复并发口腔感染的影响因素,构建预测模型并制定针对性防治策略。方法前瞻性选取2021年9月至2023年12月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的择期行口腔种植修复的老年牙列缺失患者176例为建模集,按照口腔种植修复是否并发口腔感染分为感染组(58例)和非感染组(118例);另选2024年1月至2024年4月我院收治的老年牙列缺失患者44例为验证集。收集患者基线资料行单因素分析有统计学差异结果,行二元logistic多因素分析,构建老年牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复并发口腔感染的Nomogram预测模型并使用ROC曲线进行验证。结果单因素分析显示,两组吸烟、糖尿病、牙周病、种植区骨密度、术前口腔卫生指数、牙龈出血指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,吸烟、糖尿病、牙周病、种植区骨密度、术前口腔卫生指数、牙龈出血指数是老年牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复并发口腔感染的影响因素(P<0.05)。内部验证,构建的模型ROC曲线下面积为0.810(95%CI:0.740~0.880),敏感性67.2%,特异性84.7%。外部验证,曲线下面积0.783(95%CI:0.646~0.920),灵敏度为86.7%,特异度为65.5%。校准曲线的理论值和实际值平均绝对误差为0.028,有较好的一致性。结论老年牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复后感染风险与糖尿病、吸烟及骨密度密切相关。构建的预测模型对临床感染风险分层具有实用价值,建议通过术前血糖控制、戒烟干预、改善口腔卫生及骨增量治疗等策略降低感染率。 展开更多

极端咸潮下长江口补水效应分析

长江口作为上海市主要水源地,取水安全常受咸潮入侵威胁。为探究保障取水有效举措,应用MIKE21软件构建了长江口二维水盐耦合数值模型,结合实例设计了双因素梯级补水方案,通过对比不同补水策略下的环境响应变化量,对压咸效益进行综合评... 长江口作为上海市主要水源地,取水安全常受咸潮入侵威胁。为探究保障取水有效举措,应用MIKE21软件构建了长江口二维水盐耦合数值模型,结合实例设计了双因素梯级补水方案,通过对比不同补水策略下的环境响应变化量,对压咸效益进行综合评估。结果表明:梯级补水方案下,北港等盐度线向外海后退约为3.04~3.18 km/(10~3 m^(3)/s),南港约为3.5~3.84 km/(10~3m^(3)/s),陈行、青草沙水库水体盐度存在递减规律,衰减率大致为0.06‰/(10~3 m^(3)/s)和0.1‰/(10~3 m^(3)/s),且与补水流量基本呈线性相关;可取水窗口期时长与补水时长趋于非线性关系,表现出一定的边际效益,模拟结果显示补水流量在9 900 m^(3)/s水平下,维持13 d有望获得较优的取水效益;长江口杭州湾登陆台风倾向于对北港及青草沙水库补水效应产生显著干扰。该研究成果可为枯季极端工况下补水调度决策提供技术支撑。 展开更多

基于随机森林算法预测食管癌放化疗并发肺部感染危险因素

目的探讨食管癌(EC)放化疗患者并发肺部感染(PI)的危险因素,构建随机森林预测模型并基于此制定防治策略。方法回顾性收集2020年5月-2023年12月南昌大学第一附属医院收治的227例食管癌放化疗患者的临床资料。根据是否并发肺部感染,分为... 目的探讨食管癌(EC)放化疗患者并发肺部感染(PI)的危险因素,构建随机森林预测模型并基于此制定防治策略。方法回顾性收集2020年5月-2023年12月南昌大学第一附属医院收治的227例食管癌放化疗患者的临床资料。根据是否并发肺部感染,分为感染组46例和非感染组181例。采用多因素logistic回归分析筛选危险因素,并基于此利用R软件(4.3.2版)构建风险预测模型。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,吸烟、年龄、营养不良和肿瘤位置是EC放化疗患者并发PI的危险因素(P<0.05);构建随机森林模型结果显示,影响EC放化疗患者并发PI的重要性排序依次为肿瘤位置、吸烟、年龄及营养不良;随机森林算法预测模型的AUC为0.774(95%CI:0.714~0.827),logistic回归模型预测的AUC为0.743(95%CI:0.681~0.798),两种模型的AUC比较,结果显示Z=1.981,P=0.048。结论肿瘤位置、吸烟、高龄及营养不良是EC放化疗患者并发PI的独立危险因素。本研究构建的随机森林预测模型准确性较高,可为临床识别高危患者、制定针对性防治策略提供理论依据,以降低PI发生率。 展开更多
