Background:High altitude disease(HAD)can reduce combat effectiveness and damage the health of soldiers at high altitudes.The objective of this hypothesis study is to build a four-period prevention model for high altit...Background:High altitude disease(HAD)can reduce combat effectiveness and damage the health of soldiers at high altitudes.The objective of this hypothesis study is to build a four-period prevention model for high altitude disease that can be applied at high altitudes of over 3000 m.Presentation of the hypothesis:We divided the time at high altitude into nine periods,with three stages from the ascent preparation to the descent to the plain,and applied a continuous dynamic and systematic four-period prevention model across the nine periods.Each period of three stages has its own different measures and targets high altitude health care services for the prevention of high altitude disease.A standard four-period prevention model for high altitude disease was constructed for the high altitude health services at the population level.Testing the hypothesis:Our hypothesized HAD prevention model represents a continuous dynamic and systematic four-period prevention model across the nine periods.This hypothesis can be tested from three aspects.The first one is assessment of soldiers’operating efficacies.The second is comparison of the long-term high altitude population health basic data and development and utilization of big data.The third is descent population health status comparative study and historical retrospective study on prevention.Implications:As we know,it is necessary to protect soldiers’health through the ascent and descent.Through the standard four-period model,we can protect soldiers’health by preventing high altitude diseases,screening the susceptible population,securely tracking their location and maintaining soldiers’health statuses;we also maintain their operational capabilities,eliminate their psychological fears and ease their family troubles.展开更多

In order to study the high-efficiency disease-preventing crab pond intercropping mode,an experiment was successfully conducted to intercrop Chinese sucker( Myxocyprinus asiaticus) in a crab pond in 2017. We optimized the traditional stocking mode,and mainly cultured river crabs when intercropping Chinese suckers. Meanwhile,the cultivation environment was strengthened,and the test pond was not affected by disease throughout the year. The results showed that the production benefits were river crab 115 620 yuan/hm^2,Chinese sucker 44 280 yuan/hm^2,and silver carp and bighead carp 5 418 yuan/hm^2,with a total output of 165 318 yuan/hm`2,and the output-input ratio was 1∶ 1. 72. The Chinese sucker-intercropping river crab culture mode promoted the improvement of pond culture environment,effectively controlled the occurrence of hepatopancreatic lesion syndrome,and significantly improved the economic benefits of crab pond culture.展开更多

To prevent communication error,it's necessary to consider from the individual personal level and the organizational level based on a process of communication. The model to prevent communication error in the industrial organization was tried to propose by this consideration. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing t...Background: Preventing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries is important to avoid long-term adverse health consequences. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing the incidence of these injuries. Our purpose was to identify barriers of implementation for ACL injury prevention programs and suggest mechanisms for reducing the barriers through application of a SocioEcological Model(SEM).Methods: Studies investigating ACL prevention program effectiveness were searched in Medline via PubMed and the Cochrane Library, and a subsequent review of the references of the identified articles, yielded 15 articles total. Inclusion criteria encompassed prospective controlled trials, published in English, with ACL injuries as the primary outcome. Studies were independently appraised by 2 reviewers for methodological quality using the PEDro scale. Barriers to implementation were identified when reported in at least 2 separate studies. A SEM was used to suggest ways to reduce the identified barriers.Results: Five barriers were identified: motivation, time requirements, skill requirements for program facilitators, compliance, and cost. The SEM suggested ways to minimize the barriers at all levels of the model from the individual through policy levels.Conclusion: Identification of barriers to program implementation and suggesting how to reduce them through the SEM is a critical first step toward enabling ACL prevention programs to be more effective and ultimately reducing the incidence of these injuries.展开更多

In our model, first, the distributor calculates the user's trustworthiness based on his historical behaviors; second, according to the user's trustworthiness and his obtained file set overlapping leaked file set, the distributor accesses the probability of the user's intentional leak behavior as the subjective risk assessment; third, the distributor evaluates the user's platform vulnerability as an objective element; last, the distributor makes decisions whether to distribute the file based on the integrated risk assessment. The experiments indicate that the model can distinguish users of different types and make the probability of malicious users' requirements being denied much higher than that of honest users' requirements being denied, so that the model is capable of preventing data leakage validly.展开更多

This study aimed at exploring factors which ...Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is one of the most common bacterial infections among children using preventive manipulations, especially among children less than 6 years old. This study aimed at exploring factors which could affect urinary tract infection prevention among children. A descriptive analytical study was conducted on 70 mothers who had children less than 6 years old in 2013. Multistage cluster sampling method was utilized in which each kindergarten was considered as a cluster and data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire designed based on Health Belief Model (HBM). Validity and reliability of questionnaire were confirmed by a pilot study. ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficient were conducted using SPSS, version 18. The mean and standard deviation of knowledge and practice were 6.96 ± 2.14 and 15.47 ± 1.54 respectively. Means and standard deviation of Health Belief Model constructs (perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers and self-efficacy) were 17.64 ± 2.50, 22.02 ± 2.55, 20.90 ± 2.38, 27.56 ± 5.20 and 21.49 ± 3.18 respectively. More participants were in the moderate levels of knowledge (74.3%) and practice (45.7%). These findings revealed a significant relation between practice and perceived susceptibility (p = 0.02), perceived barriers (p = 0.001), self-efficacy (p = 0.014) and cues to action (p = 0.016). Based on the current study, the intervention based on Health Belief Model can be useful to improve preventive behaviors of Urinary Tract Infection.展开更多

Methods: from January 2012 to December 2020, 163 patients with tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group provided general medical treatment, while the research group introduced the model of tuberculosis compound. Self-care and quality of life before and after nursing were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the ability of self-care and quality of life in the study group was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of "Triune" model of tuberculosis type of tuberculosis patients gives specific results, which increases the ability of patients to take care of patients independently and improve their quality of life.展开更多

Conclusion : An effective model for blindness prevention and treatment should be based on clinical service, population based epidemiological survey and local ophthalmic professionals training. Thus, to tackle one or more of the several challenges on Mobile Agent-Based Information Leakage Prevention, this paper aim at providing a comprehensive, detailed, and systematic study of the Distribution Model for Mobile Agent-Based Information Leakage Prevention. This paper involves the review of papers selected from the journals which are published in 2009 and 2019. The critical review is presented for the distributed mobile agent-based intrusion detection systems in terms of their design analysis, techniques, and shortcomings.
