In this article,a novel model-free coordinated optimal regulation design methodology is proposed for the rigidly connected dual permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)system via adaptive dynamic programming(ADP).Firs...In this article,a novel model-free coordinated optimal regulation design methodology is proposed for the rigidly connected dual permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)system via adaptive dynamic programming(ADP).First,we adopt the classical master-slave structure to maintain torque synchronization by virtue of field-oriented control.Then,a reducedorder model of the dual-PMSM system is established through the application of singular perturbation theory(SPT),which is of significance to decrease the learning time and computational complexity in the outer speed loop design.Afterwards,we design a coordinated adaptive optimal regulator in framework of ADP to drive the speed of girth gear asymptotic tracking the reference signal and accommodate the load torque disturbance,which is independent of the knowledge of model parameters of the system.According to SPT,we analyze the suboptimality,closed-loop stability,and robustness properties of the obtained controller under mild conditions.Finally,comprehensive experimental studies are provided to verify that the proposed control strategy can achieve the speed regulation and the torque synchronization,as well as ameliorate the transient response.展开更多

For a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)model predictive current control(MPCC)system,when the speed loop adopts proportional-integral(PI)control,speed regulation is easily affected by motor parameters,resulting ...For a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)model predictive current control(MPCC)system,when the speed loop adopts proportional-integral(PI)control,speed regulation is easily affected by motor parameters,resulting in the inability to balance the system robustness and dynamic performance.A PMSM optimal control strategy combining linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)and two-vector MPCC(TV-MPCC)is proposed.Firstly,a mathematical model of a PMSM is presented,and the PMSM TV-MPCC model is developed in the synchronous rotation coordinate system.Secondly,a first-order LADRC controller composed of a linear extended state observer and linear state error feedback is designed to reduce the complexity of parameter tuning while linearly simplifying the traditional active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)structure.Finally,the conventional PI speed regulator in the motor speed control system is replaced by the designed LADRC controller.The simulation results show that the speed control system using LADRC can effectively deal with the changes in motor parameters and has better robustness and dynamic performance than PI control and similar methods.The system has a fast motor speed response,small overshoot,strong anti-interference,and no steady-state error,and the total harmonic distortion is reduced.展开更多

A simple adaptive scheme is derived using Popov ' s hyperstability theory. The torque ripple detected by the observer is compensated by a feed forwarding equivalent current which gives fast response. The noisy current information is exempt from the observer to avoid its deterioration to the quality of the observer. The speed measurement delay is considered by using observed speed sinee the instantaneous velocity can't be estimated precisely at low speed because of too few position pulses from the absolute encoder during one time interval. The noisy current information is exempt from the observer to avoid its deterioration to the quality of the observer. The speed measurement delay is considered by using observed speed sinee the instantaneous velocity can't be estimated precisely at low speed because of too few position pulses from the absolute encoder during one time interval. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the dynamic performance of PMSM servo system satisfyingly.

文摘This paper presents a novel model-free sliding mode control(MFSMC)method to improve the speed response of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)drive system.The ultra-local model(ULM)is first derived based on the input and the output of the PMSM.Then,the novel MFSMC method is presented,and the controller is designed based on ULM and MFSMC.A sliding mode observer(SMO)is constructed to estimate the unknown part of the ULM.The estimated unknown part is feedbacked to MFSMC controller to performcompensation for parameter perturbations and external disturbances.Compared with the sliding mode control(SMC)method,the results of simulation and experiment demonstrate that the presented MFSMC method improves the dynamic response and robustness of the PMSM drive system.
文摘In order to improve the dynamic performance and suppress current harmonic for seven-phase PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor),this paper proposed an MPCC(mode predict current control)scheme based on SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation)technique.By this scheme,the 14 virtual voltage vectors are first calculated based on the principle:the voltage vector synthesized in the 3rd harmonic subspace and the 5th harmonic subspace should be zero,in each sampling period,the optimal voltage vector is directly selected from the 14 virtual voltage vectors to achieve the best output current performance of seven-phase PMSM.In addition,no cost function related calculations are required in the MPCC scheme,reducing the calculation time and improving the dynamic response of the system.The simulation model of the seven-phase PMSM vector control system is established by using the Simulink tool of MATLAB,and the effectiveness of the scheme will be presented.
